I went in for a hearing test yesterday and was treated very well. Jodie was very knowledgeable and did my test and explaining how my test compared with last years. We were told about the different hearing aids. Since my husband has aids and his arent very old they can adapt his for me and we can him new ones. Financing is available through them which is great. Joanne and Gina did the paperwork and figured out the financing stuff. We like the staff here a lot. Very personable all of them.

After talking to Gina about it I found out that she was able to work everything out and she saved me hundreds on a replacement aid for an older model.Hands down the best service I have ever revived anywhere. The folks at Miracle Ear on Odana Road have been extremely helpful, both in counseling me with respect to my hearing aid needs and assisting me in the purchase of my aids, as well as providing the post-sale follow-up care and attention they have provided to make sure that my aids are working properly and providing me with the best possible hearing experience. Their receptionist, Gina, has been particularly helpful over the years by setting up my appointments and reminding me of them and even taking care of minor problems I have occasionally experienced in between scheduled appointments. The staff is friendly and courteous and has always been willing to fit me in if I should need some minor assistance outside of my regularly scheduled appointments. It would obviously be preferable not to need hearing aids but, if you do, Miracle Ear is an excellent choice for attending to your needs.

Was extremely nervous about going through this whole process. At 62 ..there was so much apprehension that I was at a point where possibly I might have to resort to getting a hearing aid. I know my hearing was getting bad (especially in my left ear)...or so I thought. After thorough testing was done by Paulette, it was clear to me that I would need aids in Both ears. Cannot say enough about the compassion, patience, and total understanding from Paulette during this whole process. Not sure had it been anyone else (re:male)...would I have been so receptive to the idea of getting hearing aids for both ears. Pride had alot to do with it...but again...Paulette was there to pick me up and was a Godsend at that moment for me....and Now?...My life with Miracle Ear has changed 180 degrees! Hearing things I never could..or barely could before. Total enhancing all the sounds that were fading from my person. As the cliche goes, total eye opening.. but in my case..total ear opening! I was having issues with my first set of aids from miracle ear and was not hearing very well, but Paulette worked very hard to get my old ones to work for me. I stopped in get a appointment and Gina said she would clean them and do what she could do to make them work better until my appt. She did a great job with my old aids. I decided to try a different aidsfrom Miracle Ear. Paulette was keeping me informed about the new technology out there. I was amazed at the sound of the new ones. Im thrilled at the way they work. I would recommend Paulette and Gina to anybody that would listen to me. I give them both a 12 on a scale from 1-10. Thanks to the both of you. Great team. Great hearing aids.Terry

I went with a friend to Miracle -Ear in Stoughton, WI on11/27/19 and we both had Bryan, test our hearing. He was very warm and friendly, and made both of us feel welcome and at ease. He treated us with respect and was very professional. We established a baseline for our hearing deficits and will go to him again as our hearing changes. We also have talked to our friends about this experience and refered him.

The staff and the hearing aids have been very helpful to me. I was just fitted with the new technology that allows calls to be streamed directly into my hearing aids. Extremely helpful as a truck driver.

Hearing loss is very difficult for the person affected and also the family. Miracle Ear has always been here for us when we have needed help. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Miracle Ear is great to work with! They were kind enough to get me new earmolds even though I dont wear Miracle Ear hearing aids. Joanne also was kind enough to ship me batteries when I needed them. Joanne at Miracle-Ear in Madison is wonderful! She helped me clean and service my aids when they were giving me trouble...and I hadnt even bought them from her! After I moved to Georgia she continues to check in and even mails me batteries! When I need a new pair of hearing aids I will be stopping by to see Joanne on my next trip back to Wisconsin.

Miracle Ear on Odana Rd is the best place I have been to for my hearing aids. I have been to a couple other places for hearing aids, all they wanted to do was sell me what they wanted and not listen to what I was looking for. At Miracle Ear they listened to what I wanted and recommend what they thought would work best for me based off my needs and my hearing loss. I am pleased with the choice and different options that they recommended.They treat you with respect and get to know you as a person. If you call them with questions/concerns or issues they will either get you in the same day or the next. The receptionist Gina is great, I always like how she asks how you are and whats new, always make me laugh. The staff there is great, wish I would of thought of them in the past.

This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything but there are so many reasons that Miracle Ear deserves five stars so I had to share my story. Two years ago in Dec., I found out my new insurance in Jan. wouldnt cover hearing aids so I started calling around to get an appt. somewhere quickly. This was alot harder than I expected and I started to panic.The receptionist at the Odana Rd location patiently listened to my dilemma and asked if she could call me right back. She had spoken to the specialist and both agreed that they could stay a little late and squeeze me in the next day. When I arrived for my appt., all of us instantly bonded!!I was truly amazed at how knowledgable both Paulette and Gina are. Gina is not just a receptionist, she is highly educated about hearing aids and finances and answered many questions and fears before I even saw Paulette.The next year Paulette left and I retired which meant I would now have to start going to a different office which was closer. I was so bummed because they treated me so good but to my surprise, the staff at the East Washington office is just like the west side office!! The hearing aids work great but the customer service itself deserves five stars so I would highly recommend either Miracle Ear location.
