I have been going to hearing life now for about 4yrs best decision I ever made to be able to hear things at 42yrs old (when I got the hearing aids) that I have not heard since I was a kid brought tears to my eyes. They are very thorough and do not push you to buy they recommend what is the best choice for you. You only live 1 life make it so you can have the best experiences you can I took my hearing for granted not no more! Thanks HearingLife!!

Had a problem with hearing aids not working properly. They sent the aids off for repair. About a week later they called me in to pick up a brand new pair. All handled under warranty. Good folks. Good service.

Everything was fine during appt. I prefer to call the Madison East direct for appointments or questions, issues with my hearing aids. I have been a customer here for 19 years. In those years, I never had a problem with calling and having a person at the East location answer the call. Now I have to call another number in another location to set up an appt or get questions answered. I was treated with respect and excellent service with Avada. I miss Judy.

We have been calling the many phone numbers to set up a CONTACT person with Hearing Life. There has been NO Response from anyone. We also have left messages on-line with NO Response. We wonder if Hearing Life is even in business any more??????
