DISGUSTING !!Can’t believe this is even allowed to be called a Quiktrip.I purposefully go out of my way to use QT over any other gas station for the fact that they always have exceptionally clean facilities.This one is so trashed and grotesque I couldn’t even change my baby’s diaper on the changing table because it was covered in filth. The whole inside of the store smells and looks like a dirty hole in the wall gas station, I got out of there as fast as I could !!!!

Roach crawling at coffee dispenser

They run out of Mountain Dew weekly. They also never have macadamia nut and white chocolate cookies. Every once in awhile they have a pack of two. Obviously they sell because today they had absolutely no cookies!

Stopped here yesterday evening and purchased feul and two 🍋 cakes to have with my coffee the next day. People there polite and respectful prices are reasonable store is clean inside and outside. Been trading with QT now more than twenty years and going to keep trading with them.Easy access from many different ways in interstate I-20 and six flags, plus theres plenty of other amenities nearby that you might need when traveling.

Very unusual for a quiktrip to be filthy, cluttered, and not stocked very dark as far as the parking lot and side walk, everyone is migrating across the street. I gave one star because I couldn’t give a half star will not go back to this store.

Staff is great, but Rooster Booster frozen drink never works. So this store is near useless.

I stop here pretty regularly after work at night and the staff is always nice and friendly and prompt about stocking the food overnight. Theres also always good security here, so I feel safe and welcome and enjoy coming to this location.

Friendly staff. I can usually get in and out quickly. The outside needs to be better maintained. Even though this location is very new, there are lots of heavy oil spots in the parking lot. There is usually paper trash swirling around in the parking lot. This location just never seems as well maintained outside as most QT locations I visit.

Quick visit for some coffee. Coffee was good and hot. No wait time to pay. Staff greeted me when I entered and thanked me when I left.

Stopped at this particular location to purchase fuel and something to drink people are friendly and courteous, store and parking area clean,easy access from two major roads and not far from interstate I-20 and plenty of amenities nearby, Ive been trading with QT since 1999 and Im going to keep trading with them great service and personal and products.

Absolutely worst customer service experience tonight I have ever encountered at a quick trip. At least 20 people inside the store two people working behind the register no one working behind the QT kitchen that they try this pride themselves on. Finally someone comes from behind the register goes behind a quick trip kitchen doesnt wash her hands or anything. Has an attitude about her. Her name is Jacqueline she doesnt seem like she really wants to work there and if she doesnt then she needs to get another job. I asked for a general managers card or the store managers card and the clerk actually just writes down a phone number on a receipt. The new race track across the street definitely has superior customer service over this location.

Top notch Convenience Store. Always Clean brightly lit, friendly service, wide selection... with super quick check out! Parking lot large, bright, neat, bunches of gas pumps, with competitive pricing. Inside coffee, tea, soft drink, frozen drinks, etc are always kept fresh and operational. Food choices are ready made, custom made, and ready to be prepared. Always a large selection to choose from. In my opinion Quik Trip is a step above Racetrac stores. Plus you dont have to check yourself out...lol. I avoid any Racetrac with self check out. Quik Trip is King!

Very friendly staff. Greeted upon entering the store by not only the cashier but the staff at the fresh food station. Also told to have a great day as I was leaving! Clean, organized store!

There seems to always be a line of cars at every pump every time I stop in. Seemingly always a line at the Air pump for your tires well. As i have a baby and like the convenience of being able to keep an eye on my baby while pumping gas, I also would like the convenience of retrieving my receipt at the pump as well, but at this QT, it always says Your receipt is ready. like 🤔 why yall never have receipt paper at the pumps?? Customer service is as it should be.

Actually all is fine with this Quick Trip EXCEPT for one very important incident that happened to me this morning:There was a person waiting to get in line for gas and was waiting in his car next to the gas pump. The person was smoking a cigarette. I looked and saw him dropping the lint outside of his car on the floor, the area next to the pump that had gasoline on the floor. I pointed out to the person that this was a gas station and smoking was prohibited. The person chose to ignore me and continued smoking, albeit in his car. I didnt check whether he still was putting the lint onto the floor.Went inside and informed the staff at the cashier that they acknowledged, that smoking was prohibited at the gas pump but said that people did it anyway. I responded in asking if that meant they dont do anything about it and the lady simply ignored me and processed my orderDANGEROUS! I also was not able to easily see any NO SMOKING signs around the pumps.

Stop in several times a day. Great group of staff and not even an F1 tornado can take this place down 💪🙏
