Open until 10 p.m. means open until 10 p.m., not 9:50 p.m. or 9:55 p.m., but actually doors unlocked until exactly 10 p.m.! Not everyone works a first-shift job or lives a first-shift life. If your employees need to be gone by 10 p.m. then you need to have your actual working hours set at 9:30 p.m.

The store is clean and seems to be well lit and stocked. I have been there several times since I moved into the area. Ive had one issue where the deli messed up my online order and switched the cheese on the two that I ordered. Luckily we both were fine with our sandwiches. Just a heads up, if youre ordering the chicken tenders, sometimes they dont have them ready on hand. Order online ahead of time!

I ABSOLUTELY Love Publix! This is a Southern chain grocery store thats a mix between Whole Foods and Trader Joes. The customer service is PHENOMENAL! I mean Top Notch! Ive visited various places in in the South and each Publix store has a great variety of international, organic, and conventional items.Josh from the Cobbs County Publix store in Georgia was one of thee most knowledgeable, and genuinely patient Grocer Reps, Ive met. He knew where every product was that I inquired about. He looked up items avidly and was able to tell me whether it was available or not. He then walked and led us to the exact place of the item.We also purchased snapper from their fresh fish market. The frozen fish selection is also vast with options from grouper, to shark, to seabass. These fish usually leave the freezer shelves fast. I Love the big open isles and the organization of the groceries. They even have a bathroom, and there is an option to withdrawl money I believe up to $50 per transaction.Lastly, you can make suggestions for a particular type of product that you want Publix to sell, the regional Director and Merchandiser will take it into consideration as well as supply the items in the store. Another great thing about Publix is, if you arent satisfied with a product or grocery you purchased, you can return it for a full refund.This is the way grocery shopping is meant to BE...! This kind of service and quality 💚💚💚💚 💯

This Walmart has not changed in 15 years. The only help you can find are the people the who are trying to sell you internet service next to the electronics department. And they dont work for Walmart, and they dont know how to take NO for an answer. The lines are long, but they seem to move when I go. The secret to getting out quickly is. Dont buy more than cart full of items, and you might be able to leave within 20 minutes.

The customer service and cashier in the front are great and are always friendly and nice. The deli really needs help. They are extremely slow when it comes to making sandwiches and providing meats and cheeses. I did understand why 3 people are not on the sandwhich station. One for online orders and two people for walking. Then two people for the deli. One for slicing for the grab and go and for the sandwich station and another person for walk ups. The hot grill is not even on so I have no clue as to why everyone moves like snails.. That means 5 people total and that does not include the hot food area. I live across the street from this publix and I will drive to east west connecter just because this location is THAT SLOW. Seafood department is wonderful!! The bagging staff are the best as well. Its just the deli. From the end of bakery where the deli starts all the way to the lemonade and tea fridge needs to have some training and additional staff.

This publix is consistent with bad vibes. The some of the staff is not attentive.

Publix sub didnt disappoint. It was a little busy but Im sure its because I went around lunch time. The employees were nice and professional. But...I waited in line for my sub for a good minute. They do need to speed it up with prepping the subs. Of course, I also believe it has to do with the customers themselves but when it was my turn they were still slow. I really wanted Mrs. Swing to prep mine she dont play when it comes to fixing up your sub! But still she and others need to make it quicker.

Normally I have a good experience at this Publix, about a month agoI received freezer burn shrimp. Once I got home I noticed it was freezer burn, the Seafood Clark should have noticed it before putting them on display. Had to go back for a refund

If your looking for the wonderful service that your accustomed to receiving when you walk in to. Publix —this is not that Publix. You won’t get that here. Beginning with Daniel Vincent (store manager) down through every level of store personnel this is by far one of the worst places to shop. This should be downgraded to a Kroger. The store is never fully stocked, the grocery staff never knows where anything is in the store. This is my local store, less than 3 miles from door to door, but to receive the level of professionalism and service (all levels) that I feel deserved I have make the trek up to the East West Connector Publix. The Veteran Memorial store is an embarrassment to the Publix family and their corporate office should be ashamed and really consider cleaning house and starting over; beginning with Daniel Vincent. A team is only as great as their leader—this location is being lead by the blind. Horrible store!

Great shopping experience, Though not the best work place. High micro management, New managers have poor Manager direction and handling with interpersonal problems, such as family health and well care. If you come for the service your guarantied to get a great experience with associate that care and appreciate the customers. If here for work base, it would be suggested finding a different store or job as within this job location, an associate is not accounted as an individual but rather than a body needed to fill a shift. You have your job, shut up and put on the smile.

This is the worst Publix. The employees in the deli area move so slow. The customer service was horrible. I waited 40 minutes for chicken. One reason was because no one was really working in the area. Then they had to fry some. I was told it would take 15 minutes. 30 minutes past before I asked for a manager. I finally got my food and no manager appeared.

Found more than what I went in for. The bogo offers were too good to pass up.

I had the most great gift. I went to purchase some lemonade and tea. This young lady didnt have enough money to pay for her items. I was blessed with a little change so I gave back and pay for her items. Happy 4th if July. My pleasure
