Terrible branch. The manager didn’t know how to reset the wifi when it wasn’t working. I don’t mean that he tried and failed which is ok. He didn’t even know how to come near that and was not apologetic even about the fact that their wifi was 100% not functional.

Update: yesterday blew me away. I waited in line for 15 minutes or more because of one car. The barista paid for my coffee because I waited so long. I was shocked and so happy. I worked a double and got off at 6am. I had to be back at work at 2pm. That small gesture made my heart full and fueled my day like no other. This location is my favorite. The staff is so loving and kind. Drinks are always on point.love stopping here before work. The staff is always kind. My drinks are always on point.

This store is my favorite. The baristas know my order better than I do. They are the fastest location I go to and I know that even if the line is around the building they still will have us in and out in little time. I mentioned a rough experience at another location and the baristas were so nice about it. The girl said “I know everyone has bad days, but I’m so sorry someone else’s bad day effected you. Please have your drink on me today and I’ll let them know about your experience.” They made my day and got a new regular customer in the process.

I have been going to this Starbucks since it had initially opened about 20 years ago. It is part of my coffee family. They treat their customers with respect and are so attentive to their needs. A few of them still work there and it gives me comfort to know they still do, a fact which reflects well on the Starbucks establishment. To all the workers and management: Bravissimo!

This Starbucks is one stop from what I consider our neighborhood shop. Configured differently than many, this shop has less comfy furniture and space. They do have seasonally pleasant outdoor seating, and a typically good and consistent menu.

Everyone that works there is great and very friendly. They always get my order correct and are pretty fast too!

Their service is excellent! The supervisor is so kind. She treats her customers very nice and warm. She really considered her customers’ feelings. Thank you.

Ive been to several locations in the area to study and this one is by far my favorite!! The baristas are the best! Youre always greeted with a smile and fast service. I drive out of my way because I know my order will always be on point.

Not entirely sure how special of a review I can write since this starbucks isnt particularly better than any of the SBUX Ive been to. However, I was greeted by the friendly staff. My name was probably called, but I probably couldnt hear them since I had my own music playing in my earbuds. It wouldve been nice if they had grabbed my attention to let me know my hot americano is gonna go lukewarm. There was seating available on a Tuesday afternoon. Anyway, I wont be so uptight about the rating because I mightve been contributive to the previously mentioned situation.

Not your traditional Starbucks adorned with the traditional green color scheme.This one fronts a blue/white/black color contrast giving it a pleasant, yet unexpected twist. The staff was friendly as well and the service was quick. Id go again!

Traffic nightmare. Parking very cramped, difficult to navigate. I’ve witnessed multiple parking lot arguments between drivers. A relatively new building with a horrible traffic pattern, awful flow.No fault of the Starbucks staff but they are usually overwhelmed with customers and overflow from restaurant next door.

I have been here multiple times and have waited at least 20min in the drive through--thats only with around 2 cars in front of me. Not sure why it always takes FOREVER. Went inside a couple times to see if it was faster--about a 15mim wait min for 1 cafe americano.

Coffee was good, but the breakfast bacon sandwich was awful. The bacon was chewy, and tasted raw. My day after eating the sandwich consisted of diarrhea, cramps, and vomiting!!

We had a mix up drink and they fixed it right away- so friendly & professional staff!

The baristas working the bar need to clean their steaming wands more than never, and change out the sanitizing water for the steaming wands more than never. People are going to give their customers food poisoning. Gross.
