Kris and the whole gang in the service department are amazing. They are always spot on with diagnosis and repair if needed. They go overboard to make sure you are kept up to date with every procedure being performed on you vehicle. If they dont have the answer, they will find it for you. Their sales department is equally as great! Highly recommend Neil Huffman Acura at Oxmoor!

My car went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was returned with an airbag sensor light on. The light was not on when the tech took the car for the oil change. Mysteriously, the car suddenly needed a $1500 repair after the oil change. The service manager claimed this was simply a “coincidence.” You decide what happened. A coincidence or a shady car dealer?

They have excellent customer service and they are very timely. I pulled in to get an oil change and Aleena was right there with a smile and very great customer service . Everyone said hello as I walked in. I thought I would be there for a while but they changed my oil, rotated my tires and washed my car in 20 minutes. Great job guys!

Service was good, however, there were minuses. After the service, they turned my headlights to the OFF position. They should have a checklist to make sure they set the position to the preference of the owner. Not doing so can be a hazard, especially for owners like me who always keep the headlights on auto. We tend not to always notice when our headlights are off. They also filled the tires higher than the recommended amount listed on the vehicle. Other than that I think service was good. They were friendly and efficient!

There is a recall/replacement for the fuel pump system on my car. Dee was wonderful. SHE called ME to schedule this work to be done. I also had an oil change while they had my car. Her communications, knowledge and smile throughout the progress was supurb! All was done in the timeframe promised.THANK YOU DEE.

Prices are a little high in the service department, but the service and quality of work match it. You get what you pay for. Cynthia is the service expert you want to ask for when you go. Summarize what I met on my new 2021 RDX, tried to touch base with them and there is no respone:1. When I first came to the dealership, no one came over and introduce the car. Very weird and no one care about your business.2. It is been almost 4 weeks and I didnt hear back any of the information on the tag. Not sure what is wrong and have been told to wait, if the temp tag is expired and will send another to me.3. It was a season floor mat in the car, It was gone when I picked up the car. I can not find it after I got home and my wife complains about my carelessness.4. Air conditioning does not provide the cold air as my CRV.5. Every time I start from Reverse, I heard the BANG when I release the brake. Or you need to deep press the brake.6. When playing the music and starting the navigation simultaneously but in different volumes, the navigation volume will sometimes increase volume suddenly. Will scare you and cause a heart attack.7.It happened last week, when I met a traffic light yesterday, the car was in idle mode and the engine shut off. When the light turned green, I released the brake and I cant move. After a while of checking, it was very weird that the gear shifted from D to P.That is the worst experience for Acura, Try to schedule a service.

Took MDX in to replace transfer assembly fluid. No appointment needed (weekday), no wait, and service was completed on time. Everyone followed social distancing protocols including in the waiting room. Very pleased with the service this time. The cost for this service was less than I was quoted at a non-dealer auto service facility (because they have to get the fluid from the dealer at an up-charge).Many of my experiences with this service facility in the past have been negative, but this one was excellent.

Had my car in for service a few weeks prior and spent $2000 on repairs and afterwards my car developed a vibration. Took it back to analyze the situation. I was told it now needed struts and new tires, an additional $3,000. Then I was told the parts would need to be “after market “ because they couldn’t my get Acura struts but they touted a $700 savings over the original price. My Acura only has 46,000 miles on it. The Neil Huffman dealer had my car almost two weeks and after the first week we asked for a loaner. If I had been told on the first visit that my total was almost $5,000 I would have traded the car and not fixed it. Then after picking up my car I found that two people had driven it to Red lobster and left their trash in my side door pocket. Not cool!

On Interstate 65, 80 miles south of Louisville, I ran over a timber 6x6x3 that bent the driver side rims and caused the tires to go flat. I called the dealer and the parts department associate was able to order 2 new wheels and have them delivered the next day.In the service department, Alex was able to work the repair into the schedule and get me out the door after the wheels were delivered. Also, worked with my insurance company to get the required paperwork and video evidence to them the same day. The insurance company was then able to process a claim check the next day.Great job by this dealer and staff!

I wish I could recommend this service department but after using them for several years I simply cant. At this price service should be better. The service always takes longer than they say it will and for more money. One time they actually broke something they claimed was already damaged. I had to take it to Lexus for the actual repair. Most of the people are very kind but a couple have attitude problems. Ill be taking my cars to another place in the future.

From the time my elderly Mother (87 years old) and I entered the service area and was greeted by DAndrea Ferrell I felt very comfortable and welcome. DAndrea was very professional, personable and friendly and it wasnt just cursory service but just a natural desire to ensure our service experience was the best. DAndrea was very explanatory and ensured that all my Mothers concerns were very well explained. We had not planned on waiting but DAndrea told us we would be out in about an hour so we decided to wait. When I had to move my vehicle DAndrea assured me she would take care of my Mother and she did. When I got to the customer lounge my Mother was sitting with a smile on her face eating snacks and drinking a coke. DAndrea returned and offered me snacks and took the time to have a natural conversation with my Mother which really impressed my Mother. After the car was serviced (in less than an hour) DAndrea got us checked out and to our surprise my Mothers car was sparkling clean (of which we didnt expect). I live in Florida but was so impressed by DAndreas natural demeanor of service that I had to take this opportunity to let Neil Huffman know that DAndrea is the personification of what all businesses strive to have in an employee. Thank You again DAndrea Ferrell for giving my Mother a service experience she hasnt had in a long time.

I bought a used Honda Accord from Acura at Oxmoor for my daughter. Sweet 16. After a few short months of driving there was a substantial oil leak uncovered. The Sales and Service team stepped up and fixed the leak at no charge to me and my daughter. The work was substantial and not an easy fix. The Sales and Service team were total pros and did the right thing. They’ve more than earned my future business!

Incredibly unhappy with the way I was treated, I came in to look at a car, I got Ashley as a sales person who first of all comes off as incredibly fake and not in the slightest bit sincere. She got up to go talk to her manager so I went to the bathroom, as I was walking by the office I overheard her talking about me, and it wasnt anything nice. Are they seriously employing people who talk about their customers this way?! Im going to be calling corporate and complaining. Ive never felt so disrespected and I will never buy a car her thanks to her.

Terrible treatment, the councilor for terrible service, I was there for 5 hours and she did not even tell me why or what they were doing, I had to go ask what the delay was, in conclusion, do not go to that place, it is not a decent place to fix anything .
