Took my car to Reece Service Center because my check engine light had come on. $200 later, they decided I needed a new gas cap. It would have been $250 parts and labor, the price I was quoted on the phone (when I called them twice - no one ever called me,) but I didnt buy the gas cap from them. If that sounds like a good deal to you, Reece Service Center is the place!

Highly recommend these guys! Had a van that had the A/C compressor go out. After tearing it apart they determined it was going to be too costly for the age of the van. No charge.Since bought a newer vehicle. Theyve gotten me in quickly. Really affordable prices. Explain every detail. No tricks. Just good service.Love that they are locally owned.

Mike and his team takes care of all our family cars. Small fixes like nails in tires and oil changes to bigger items like timing belts and struts and shocks. Either way I let Mike and his team take care of those issues for me and my family so i dont have too.

I arrived around 8:30 am and they were already very busy. I needed them to check out some systems that were having problems, including an undeterminable metal or belt rubbing noise.They squeezed me in about 30 minutes later. My 97 Buick had a stick caliper, bad radiator and 213000 miles.The decission was made to find a newer car.Very helpful, professional and courteous. And he fixed what was immediately wrong with the radiator.All at a very reasonable price *****

Reece Auto Service on Norris in the Highlands was the best car experience Ive ever had. They were friendly, honest, gave me options, and were extremely quick. They are what everyone wants in a service shop.People always say things like I dont like going to the dealer, if I just could find a mechanic I can trust...I have, go to Reece Service, you will not be disappointed. Meh...took my car here last year to try to get something fixed. They dont communicate, I had to call them a bunch of times to get updates. From my experience they dont do anything complicated, they might change your oil or tires or something. Took my car to another establishment who actually called me throughout the process of repairing my vehicle to keep me in the loop.

As a business owner, I sympathize with anyone with a negative review, but please understand that with 2500 satisfied customers per year I do not put forth much effort in correcting problems for a customer when they go straight to the internet to vent without giving me some type of notice that they are unhappy. If a customer has a poor visit, please let someone know. If you feel the need to post a poor review, have the fortitude to put your name on it! Call us! Let us explain. How can I fix a problem when a customer gives us no notice that there is an issue.

I have done business with Reece for 20 years. I depend on their honesty and acuracy. If it needs fixed they will fix it. If it is something that can hold off 6 months or longer they will let you know that too. No pressure here. Just the facts and straight up honesty. Good prices for the service and not enough praise for these long term employees!!!

In the past has done great work for me at really great price. Recently cost has gone WAAAY up, but quality of work is still great. Three stars is only for price increase.

Go here! Im a shade tree mechanic and they help me with things that are beyond me. They do it right and always make sure its right.

Ill give one star for them at least being honest about how long it would take to look at my vehicle, two days, they are busy so if youre in a hurry dont bother. They basicly let me know that my truck was not up to standard of a vehicle they want to work on. They left me with only its an electrical problem and we cant fix it oh and they suggested I take it to a place that wasnt even in business anymore, thanks for the help!!

Reece Service is great for the small stuff i.e. oil changes, check ups, tire rotations etc., but if you need anything serious done go elsewhere. Reece replaced my radiator (for a not so cheap fee) and in the process damaged my air conditioner compressor causing a freon leak. Obviously I took it back to be fixed and was charged full labor, parts and an unknown fee that they failed to explain. No explanation, apology or deal was given. Grand total from this disaster of a car repair was over $1,100. Go there at your own risk.

I went to Classie Express Lube to get my tire plugged real quick one Saturday afternoon since they have a pretty quick express service. The serviceman walked up reaaalllly slow, snacking on something, and detachedly asked what I needed. There was no one else in line. I showed him the near flat tire and I know I needed it plugged. He asked me to roll forward and little then announced that he didnt see anything stuck in it and I needed to go somewhere where the tire could be submerged to find the leaks.Needing the tire plugged badly I rode by Reece on my way home. His garage door was open but he was closed ( I didnt know when I rolled up). He agreed to look at my tire in spite of being closed for the weekend, found TWO pieces of sharp metal in the tire, and had it plugged in 10 minutes. His card machine was down for the weekend but he just told me to pay him on Monday. What a life-saver!! Thats besides all the other efficient/honest work hes done on our car.

They had my truck for less than 30 minutes, and called me with a $1300 estimate, and the same repairs were done at another shop for $500. Also, they had told me my alternator was bad, and when the other shop tested it, it was not. I wont take another car to Reece.
