Shady dealings in the service department. I tried to make an appointment online for an oil change however it did not allow me. I was able to call and set up the appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I let them know I was there for an oil change. As they were checking me in they give me a total that was higher than what I had seen online and mentioned that they would be doing a the oil change as well as an inspection and tire rotation. I let them know that I did not need the tire rotation and they said ok and took it off. When I got home I received an email stating my car was activated for a free trial of SiriusXM which my car is not even capable of using. So they are definitely just adding things to peoples bills hoping they don’t notice and they just pay it.

A young man asked me if I needed help as soon as I entered the showroom and introduced himself as John Cross. He offered to help me at his desk and listened intently as I explained what I wanted and he set about helping me. He found a sales person to further assist me. All were very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and all while searching for the vehicle that suited my request! If you are in the market to be treated honestly and fairly ... If you want to purchase a Jeep, you will thank yourself everyday by skipping all the other dealers and sellers in town and going straight to Cross Motors…these folks ARE the Jeep people! I went to nearly a dozen different places, test driving, and understanding what kind of ride and Jeep package I wanted, but kept coming back to Cross Motors because they know what they’re talking about, they have the inventory, they are never never pushy or aggressive, and truthfully their financing division is honest and frank and very easy to deal with. In my 40+ years in buying, selling, or trading cars, this was by far the easiest and least stressful deal I ever made, and most of the credit probably goes to one of their salesman, Shawn L. Ask for this salesman, and you with again thank yourself for doing so; people like him make a difference in the car buying experience (which is something I never thought I’d say because I hate buying cars, hate dealing with salesman, and always feel taken advantage of after I get a car from a seller due to unforeseen costs, financing gimmicks, and unreliable products). I bought a Jeep Gladiator, and have never been happier with the process of buying a car as well as having the truck of my dreams…and furthermore, at the end of the day, I didn’t have to leverage everything I owned just to get it. I did go in with a good bank - P.S., check out Transcend Credit Union before you talk to the dealership’s finance dept - and I got an incredible trade-in value from Carvana for my cars (which was actually recommended by the Cross financing Dept!!!). Carvana is the easiest trade-in concept I’ve every encountered as well - a check immediately upon drop-off. But all of this came together under the Cross Motors umbrella, and it helped my bottom line. Once again, huge shout out to Shawn L., a five-star salesman and top-notch person.

NOT PROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST!! I was not given accurate information about a vehicle that required a 2500.00 deposit to hold because I live 430 miles from the dealership. I was told there was a “slight sound” coming from the rear tires. When I asked what they thought it was the salesman told me “The guy who has been driving it said, that noise is just something that those type of cars make” He reassured me there was no mechanical problems at all and that the car was perfect.BUT..........on my test drive which was only 2 miles long because it felt like the right rear tire was flat or the rim was bent! Completely jacked up and extremely annoying!So when we got back to the dealer the “owner” had to talk to the guy that had been driving the car and that guy said “yes it’s very annoying”.So they put it on a tire balancer and came up with the excuse the tire had a flat spot.BUT......on the Carfax someone had just replaced and balanced that very tire.The “owner” said he was willing to credit me the cost of a new tire and then wanted me to leave with the car in that condition and drive 430 miles home!!!On a car that they had priced at $131,500!!!THEY DID NOT OFFER TO REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY SAID THE SALESMAN DISCLOSED THE NOISE!!! THE PROBLEM IS, IT WASNT JUST A NOISE!! Something is wrong!!So I left and drive 430 miles home with no remorse from anyone at this dealership.The car is still at their dealership today as I write this review.BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS A DEPOSIT UNTIL YOU DRIVE IT!!!

Marcus Rothell was very helpful in the process of us finding our Jeep. He sent us more pictures that we asked for about the Jeep, the inspection report, and the total costs. It was really helpful since we were from 170 miles away. The dealership was very friendly and made the paperwork quick and easy.

First dealership that did not play the numbers game. Told me exactly what my trade was worth and exactly what my purchase price would be. No haggling!! They treated me better than my local dealership that I have purchased several vehicles from. From the time I arrived to the final fist bump I was very impressed. Evan was my sales representative and he answered all of my questions and went over every option available on my new jeep. He explained it to such great detail that I had no questions in the end.

Do not take your vehicle to this location for service. The service department takes absolutely no ownership when mistakes are made. We had a warranty on the car we had purchased and brought it to Cross to have some items taken care of. A day after we got the car back the alternator caught on fire and stranded my wife and I in the middle of a busy road. We had never had any issues with this vehicle leading up to this time, minus the leaks that were taken care of during the initial visit that were covered under warranty. We had to car towed back to Cross and their response was essentially It isnt our fault. The service writer told me he worked at Autozone for 7 years so he knows what hes talking about (cringe). We went ahead and got the items fixed so that we could get the car back and move on with our lives. They had the car this time for 30 days and we received the car back we noticed it was struggling to start (THE DAY WE PICKED IT UP). We have 3 children so we needed to use the vehicle until we could secure a rental and get this issue diagnosed and resolved. My wife had all 3 kids in the vehicle and it completely shut down, would not start at all, leaving her and my 3 kids stranded at the mall until we could retrieve them. This place has a joke of a service department. I do not write negative reviews, in fact this is the first time I ever have but the level of service at this dealership was absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Commonwealth Dodge is the place to go.

I have really enjoyed the service dept. of Cross Jeep. They really take interest in your vehicle even after you purchased it. Rick was my service man and I enjoyed him very much. 5-Star Experience - Cedric was very respectful and knowledgeable on the Rubicons that I was looking for. Meeting his Sales Manager Jon Cross just made the purchase experience that much better. I worked with Chris and BJ to buy a new Wrangler. Treated with respect and none of the dreaded back & forth of let me check with my manager. Expectations were upfront with no surprises.
