Finished the install today on a range, Jose Zapata was the installer, he did a great job. The previous install for the oven was a little bit off, they came back and reset it immediately. I appreciate good service and when paying for high quality appliances, good installation is key.

Spent a lot on a Jennair new refrigerator, it just arrived and doesnt work. Once delivered, the delivery team set it up, checked everything and said it was all working fine and left. We packed all our food into the new refrigerator and went out for dinner shortly after. We returned and the refrigerator was not working. All of our frozen food was defrosted and we had to throw it out. We have a service person coming to look at it on Monday but didnt even get even an apology from the store manager.

A shout out to Arlo! I called Mile High Appliances to get a price on a list of items I wanted. I had to leave a message, but was called back within minutes. I spoke with a very personable and knowledgeable salesman named, Arlo. We exchanged email contacts so I could receive and view pricing, warrantee choices etc. I was informed, but never felt pushed to go with other brands/warrantee( I did my research), or rushed to make a decision. My order was placed within hours and I am looking forward to my new appliances. If youre looking for appliances, talk to Arlo at Mile High!

I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Mountain High this weekend and the process could not have been better. I worked with Michael and he was fantastic.Highlights:* He had a very high service focus in all of my interactions with him. I never once felt like I was just a potential sale to him* He spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and was very knowledgeable but sincere (i.e. I never felt he was telling me only what would be the most effective at making the sale). He took the time to show me a lot of details on a number of different models I was considering* I never felt he was ever trying to upsell me - it genuinely felt he was trying to understand my needs in order to help me make the best decision. He helped me to make an educated decision on the refrigerator that was different than my original thoughts by pointing out all of the relevant considerations - as a result I opted for a different model that will even more closely match my needs* He was very engaged and attentive but not pushy. I never felt he was trying to push any urgency and he even encouraged me to have my wife come in on a different day to look at the models to help us make a decision (she did so the next day)* My interactions with others (reception at the front) were also very pleasant. She (I unfortunately missed her name) and Michael represented Mountain High very wellBased on my experience thus far, I will plan on going to Mountain High for all of my future appliance needs.

I had difficulty working with some people at the Louisville MHA although since I began communicating with Lindsey, things have drastically improved. Other sales people & sales assistants had treated my husband & I with disrespect, but Lindsey has been a joy to work with. I was impressed by her diligence & commitment to making things right for us despite manufacturing delays. If it werent for her, I would have taken my business to Speciality Appliance. Great experience so far in placing my order for a new refrigerator. Lori has been so helpful and knowledgeable about all things appliances. She made the experience easy and with the least amount of stress for me. Mountain High Appliance has always been my first stop for appliances and will continue to be. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, including the delivery team. They make it all work easily! Now the wait for the the manufacturer to come through and deliver in light of COVID.

I ordered a washer and dryer set, from the Colorado Springs location. Of course they are on back order which seems to be a trend these days no matter where you go. My first stop was Lowe’s and I learned more about their extended warranty than the actual appliances. I was happy that the sales person at Mountain High was able and more than willing to answer my questions about the actual product. They only reason I did not go with 5 stars is I feel I need to see how delivery and installation goes. Shop small!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. While my buying experience was fine, my appliance installation and subsequent service has been a complete nightmare. I ordered a Monogram double oven, microwave and refrigerator; a Bosch dishwasher, and a Jenn-Air gas stovetop. When the guys came to deliver and install the appliances, they didnt hook up the dishwasher, didnt flip the switch to the double oven to ensure it was installed properly and in good working order, refused to connect the waterline to the refrigerator because it was plastic tubing (never told me that would be the case), and didnt connect the stovetop to the gas line. Fortunately, when I called MHA, they refunded the installation fees for the items that werent installed properly. Sounded good until everything started to fall apart. When they installed the double oven, the packaging was missing a part, so they said they would have to come back with the part later to finish the installation. Over 3 months later and I still dont have that part, rendering my bottom oven worthless. My Bosch dishwasher had scratches all over the coating of the bottom rack and started rusting within the first month of use. Im supposedly getting a replacement rack for that, but 6 weeks have gone by and still nothing. Worst of all, the icemaker on my refrigerator stopped working about a month in. About a month after that, while trying to get someone out to fix the ice maker, it started pouring water out of the icemaker, which then froze all over the shelving and food in the freezer, creating a block of ice. After a few days of that, water started dripping on my hardwood floors. Sounds like a fairly urgent issue to me, but do you think I could get anyones attention at Mile High Appliance or GE to come fix it??? NO! I just keep getting the run around for weeks and weeks. Save yourself a major headache and buy Samsung appliances from Home Depot. No problems with any appliance Ive ever bought there and, shockingly, the customer service is 100 times faster and easier. Once you pay MHA, you mean nothing to them. They dont back the products they sell, and youll pay twice as much as anywhere else.

He spent at least 30 minutes with us on an operational stove top to show us the features and how it works. Very satisfied with the buying experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We remodel houses as a family business and decided to try MHA as a new supplier with one house. TERRIBLE customer service experience the entire time. The appliances didnt fit our house AT ALL, so they had to take them back. Then they tried to charge us a restocking fee after THEY screwed up the measurements. After 2 months of back and forth, and them holding our money hostage, we finally got our refund. In good faith, we tried to order new fitting appliances. The day of the SECOND delivery, they never showed up after waiting 4 hours. No call, nothing. We called them 5 times and no answer to their phones when trying to contact them about the delay. Later in the day we finally got a hold of someone named Steve who was extremely combative and argued with us that they tried to call us and blatantly lied to our faces. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Brad Barnett should be ashamed of this operation. I will make sure all of my network knows how horrible this place is as well. We have ordered appliances from other providers and they have already been delivered and installed issue free (try BAC they are great!).DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!The only helpful person that works at this company is Julie, the front desk person. She needs a new company!

I really appreciate the good communication that Mtn High Appliance established with me when looking into purchasing a new dishwasher. Josh was incredible from the start and through the details, shipping vs pickup options and installation process. He provided a link to the dishwasher for confirmation and easily answered all questions I had. I also like the price point which was lower than competitors. Because of how popular this item is, the shipment to their warehouse arrives in a couple weeks. I purchased a refrigerator from mountain high appliance eight months ago after comparing them with many different stores.With covid- there was a delay in the delivery from the manufacturer.Once delivered, we enjoyed the new state of the art appliance for six short months.Being just our luck, the new fridge went out. I called and spoke to mountain high about my issue. Not only did they deliver a loaner unit right away, they took my problem and made it theirs .You always can tell how well a company is run, by what happens when there is an issue.I would never consider buying any appliance from anywhere else.It is wonderful to have a company that stands for exceptional service.Greg

Waited six weeks to get the washer and dryer we ordered. Upon delivery it was found the dryer didn’t work. The delivery men took it away and said they would have customer service call the next day to tell us when the replacement would arrive.No call.I called and was told I’d have a call back the next day with information.No call.I call again asking for info. Still don’t have any, but promise to call by the next day.No call.Seeing a pattern here?Customer service seems to be a concept Mountain High Appliance is unfamiliar with.Have to go now. Need to call them yet again since they can’t be bothered.UPDATE:I finally found the person that could help me(Josh). Once we spoke, the problem was resolved and we had our new dryer in a few days. Delivery crew was very professional. Changed star rating based on this.

(6/14/2021 update) - Brad Barnett, if you see this, I would reach out.Brad Shelton and I worked out a deal that I would be compensated with the dishwasher if I updated my review. We both agreed to leave the initial review for transparency purposes, which I commend him on. The last update Brad gave me, the fridge was suppose to come in early June. It is 6/14 and I havent received an update on the order itself. This is literally the same problem I had with his subordinates.He gave me his number in May and told him to contact him on this number if I had any issues or needed assistance. My fridge that I ordered from them in 2018 ended up having a lighting. I asked him last Tuesday (6/8/2021) who I should get in contact with and he said he would have customer service reach out. I waited until Thursday (6/10/2021) and I texted him in the morning because I havent heard anything. He replied later that evening that hell check on it. It is Monday of the following week (6/14/2021) and I still havent heard anything. I ended up finding my paperwork from my initial order and found the information I needed.(5/3/2021 update) - Brad Shelton from Mountain High Appliance contacted me and apologized for the service I received. He had all the information he needed and he agreed the situation could have been handled in a better way. He thanked me for the constructed criticism and offered to fix the issue. I’m happy we were able to resolve the issue and he assured me the problem would be addressed.Original PostI have ordered appliances twice through them and have had varying results. I ordered a Fridge and washer/dryer from them in 2018 without any issues.I ordered a Kitchenaid dishwasher from Gabe in November 2020 with an estimated date around January 20th. I called a few days after the 20th to follow up and when I spoke with Gabe, he said they pushed the delivery back to around mid April. I asked why he didnt inform me about this and he said he wasnt aware it was backordered. He was quick to take the order but never followed up after the initial purchase. Strike 1.I called last Friday to cancel my order because I didnt hear anything from them and my dishwasher should have arrived by now. Steve (the manager on duty) told me the dishwasher should be there Monday and that I would have to pay a restocking fee if the dishwasher was already shipped out. He ended up calling me back after an hour and said he would go ahead and process the refund. I asked him when it was suppose to be delivered and he said June. I explained this was the exact reason I wanted a refund because they leave their customers in the dark after they get paid. Steve said he was going to talk to the other department to issue me a refund. Strike 2.A week later (today) I still havent received a refund. I call back and Steve said that they didnt have my card information on file to process the refund. I asked why they didnt call me back and find out? He said he has been off the last few days so he was unaware of the issue. Ive been a supervisor for 10 years and keeping in contact with customers, especially ones who are upset, is top priority. That doesnt seem to be the case here. Strike 3.I understand the supply chain has been disrupted heavily due to the pandemic and everything is backordered. If you make a sale to a customer and the customer does not receive the goods or services, you should keep them in the loop; Thats basic customer service. Neither the sales person or manager did that in this transaction.People hate Amazon, Walmart and the big box stores but at least you get good customer service and accountability most of the time. If you can find products cheaper elsewhere and better customer service, why would anyone order from you all? Unfortunately I know I wont be doing so again and you are already at a disadvantage being a smaller company.If you dont want to go out of business I would advise you train your management team and sales people on customer service and accountability.

I have spent over $25,000 with them and they have failed to get everything WRONG! MULTIPLE TIMES! The $12,000 refrigerator freezers dont function properly, the useless service and installers are UNTRAINED and Careless. They needed me to explain to them the basics of the installation of a cooktop /downdraft. I have had it and will call to return everything today. Stay tuned to see if they respond as ineptly as they have so far.

It may be premature because I have not received my appliance yet, but so far I had a great experience with Mountain High Appliance. I was looking everywhere for a specific dishwasher that MHA happened to show as being on sale on their website. I called the Littleton store and although they didn’t have one in stock I was able to order it over the phone with an anticipated arrival in March at the current price, which was the cheapest I’d seen around also. The process was fast and simple and Mark was pleasant and helpful.

After a $400 microwave purchase it broke (stopped heating) after 3 months, called M High....lots of help, just referred me to the manufacturer, Sharp. Sharp says they have NO service people in Denver to fix the microwave. So, here we are, no microwave, holidays, kids, no popcorn, no microwave, nobody to fix it. Happy Holidays Mountain High 2020.

Let me start by saying Mountain High has a very knowledgeable staff with great showrooms. One reason I buy from them over the big box stores. This is why I just bought appliances for my 4th kitchen from them. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed when MHA would not let me return a unopened box from my recent Thermador order. I was happy to pay the 25 % restocking fee. At the time of the purchase I wasn’t sure I was going to need it. If I knew i could not return it I would have waited to order it. I will chalk it up as a lesson learned. Hopefully they do the same by letting customers know when they are buying something non returnable.

Excellent buy on our Kitchenaid refrigerator. Salesman was terrific! Delivery was right on the time and called about 15 minutes out to verify delivery. Great work by the two delivery guys. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and left the new stainless refrigerator in spotless condition. Mountain High is a stand up company. They have made us a loyal customer!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We actually cancelled an order from Lowes dues to the unit we wanted was on back-order until mid February. So we tried Mountain High and purchased a refrigerator in early January 2020, and it was delivered in late January, but had blemishes. First, Mountain High did not believe me when I sent pictures of the blemished unit, the same day as the unit was delivered, claimed they couldnt see them in the photo. Salesman asked for more photos to see the blemishes, if the unit was truly blemished...but he would call me first thing the next morning to work this out. He didnt call until late evening the next day. So I was sent to their customer service department, who again, gave me the feeling I was not believed. They also quickly turned me over to GE, as this now was, between me and GE...but they offered to set up a GE Tech to come out and confirm it was blemished, which in two weeks, came out and confirmed. The solution was to replace the damaged door, which I wasnt thrilled with but Mountain High would not replace the unit. The GE Tech also told me due to shipping the replacement door could be damaged, which is was, upon delivery, as were the next three doors shipped to our home. Finally GE stepped up and told us they would replace the unit with a new one, which we received on March 26th. All this time, I have heard nothing from Mountain High. Never heard from Salesman. This was a major purchase and they will not get another dime from me or anyone else I can influence!

Mountain High Appliance is the absolute BEST! I ordered a GE gas range from Lowes during the 4th of July sale, only to find out two weeks later it was cancelled because of lack of inventory. They promised to get me a different stove at the same price and said it would arrive in two weeks. When I called, they told me the order was never placed. I gave up on them and called Mike at Mountain High. He found the exact stove I wanted (which is out of stock everywhere, but somehow he managed to find one!), gave me a discount, and personally delivered it the next day. It was a little more expensive than Lowes, but completely worth it.

This company only earns one star because of their amazing salesperson who was informative. Since then it has been nothing, but failed promise after promise. Huge props to Sean McLeod!July 9th: We received a phone call the day before our installation of a new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher that the dishwasher has been back ordered. No problem we understand, but a little strange we only find out the night before.July 10th: The installation of our new appliances seems to go well. We realize that after they leave many problems. They ask me to shut the water off multiple times to install a new line to our refrigerator. After they leave we notice the french doors are all scratched up (installers did not note this to us.) I try running the water for five minutes to filter through three gallons of water and have low water pressure It takes fives minutes to get less than a gallon. We leave a message for customer service over the weekend. I am thinking why did the installation crew not take five minutes to do this and make sure the water was working.July 13th: Customer service gets back to me. I am told on the phone that an outside company will be contacting me about fixing the doors. They also state that their scheduling department will contact me in a few hours. No one from their scheduling department contacts me.July 14th: The outside company calls me first thing in the morning and tells me there will be a ten day minimum wait for new doors. No problem it is only cosmetic and the fridge other than the water is still working. No call from their scheduling department so I call them. They schedule me for the next day between 3 and 5 PM to check the water.July 15th: It is 5:05 PM and no one has shown up or called me. I call them again and I am told they are running a little late and will be at my place at 6. No courtesy call to inform me they are late. Guess what six goes by and no one is there. At 6:30 I get a call telling me they will be there at 7 which is over two hours out of their window. They get to our place and find out there is a faulty valve (their best guess) and are unable to fix the fridge. I will get a call tomorrow from their office about what is going to happen.July 16th: Guess what no once calls me again... I call around three in the afternoon and am told that they will get back to me on Friday.July 17th: I get a call stating they will be out to fix our fridge for a charge of $150. At the this point I am fed up. It has been a week of this company making promises and failing to meet them. No apologies or offers on their part to make things right and then they want to charge me 150 more dollars on top of our installation fee! If the company had met its own deadlines that they kept giving me I would have been more than happy to pay to get my fridge fixed. Told over the phone that a manager would be contacting me. It is now July 20th and I havent heard anything.At this point a lot of the joy of our new appliances are gone. We have spent a lot of money with this company and I have never felt like a priority once they had our money. I will not be recommending Mountain High Appliances to my family or friends until they decide to actually make things right.

After my personal experience, I would NEVER recommend Mountain High Appliance to anyone.Total nightmare experience, from sales to installation, floor damage, wasted hours and months of time, and phone calls trying to get resolution/ having to chase people down. Playing the total run around, not returning calls, pass the buck game.Isn’t customer service supposed to be about resolution, trying to rectify issues, repair and make things right. After months .. finally got minimal compensation for floor damage.. dryer is still not right.. I gave up.

If you want a mountain of problems from start to finish purchase an appliance from them. Good luck! See my detailed one star review on yelp. Left me with a new dryer that doesn’t work. They did not plug it in and I paid 125.00 plus tip for install. Now have to have a repair person fix a brand new dryer. It is under warranty as it is not even turned on for use they will not honor sale. Pay by cc not cash like I did so you could have recourse. The sales people are knowledgeable use that and go elsewhere. If I could give -10 stars I would. If they respond to my issues will update my review. They need to get it together.Motto: If is is not a problem we will work it until it becomes a problem.Or: We overcharge and undeliver every 3rd customer so we can bring you good prices.

I had a good sales experience at Mountain High Appliance, and their prices were a bit better than a nearby appliance store. However, the Red Carpet delivery service was a disaster. First, they had no coverings (even cardboard) to protect my newly refinished wood floors while wheeling in my new appliances. Luckily, the final finish coat hadnt been applied yet. Second, the installers switched the hot and cold hoses for my washing machine, and it took two visits from Columbine to figure out why my clothes were coming out very wrinkled. Finally, the installers wouldnt take my old refrigerator down from a very low palate that it was on (because of the floor refinishing) to take it away. Luckily a handyman was in my home at the time and did that for them. Because of this very poor delivery experience, I would hesitate to shop at Mountain High again. I described the delivery issues to my salesperson, but no one followed up to indicate that these issues would be resolved for future customers.

We were remodeling a rental property. Mountain High Appliance was great. They recommended the perfect oven and dishwasher- low cost yet sturdy enough for a rental. We were in and out quickly, plus they were doing a cooking demo and we got samples! Nice touch. The store called my a few times with updates on my order and the appliances were delivered on the date we agreed on. The delivery guys were great. Highly recommend!!

I would avoid buying anything from them if you ever have issues with a product. I purchased a beverage center with the extended warranty. They delivered a non working not tested unit from the clearance center, When I plugged in it was not functioning. They said they would get a service tech scheduled to fix, 3 weeks later still waiting they finally said they can not find a service person to fix it, they didn’t offer any other form of repair. They said since we cant fix it we will refund you, I asked if they could just send me a new one and call it good. They ultimately had over a month backorder because it comes from out of country. I wanted a refund so I could buy one elsewhere. They said they would process the refund I was told. After another 4 weeks nothing was processed I spoke to managers, and 4 different people in different departments, no one knew what was going on and no one wanted to take the time to ensure the issue was resolved. I called the president of the company and no response from him either. They finally gave me a refund but this was after 4 months of back and forth no responses and failed follow ups. I would steer clear unless you want an absolutely bad customer experience and them to hold your money hostage for an unnecessary amount of time.

Great selection, but we cant seem to receive the range hood we ordered >2 weeks ago. We requested an in-store pick up. First they said it would be a couple days after the order was placed, then another week, and now were told its in the Denver warehouse but no one seems to know when or how it will make it to Louisville. Wed very much like to receive what we paid for.

Our fridge died overnight and we needed a new fridge ASAP. I called Mountain High Appliance and spoke to Aldo. The service was amazing - our first choice would have to be brought in and our time crunch didnt allow for that - but Aldo checked the warehouse to see what similar options they had. Unfortunately, there werent any that fit the bill (we had some very odd measurements we were trying to match, which complicated the entire situation) but he still took the time to help me understand which brands were reliable and a good value. I didnt get my fridge from them but they will have all of our households business going forward. Thank you MHA for the amazing service you provided me during this stressful time.

They have a lot of high dollar appliance options here, but they also sell the average Joe stuff you might find at the big box stores. This place gave me the best price for my oven and dishwasher. When there was an issue with the oven, they sent someone out to fix it. The issue was promptly resolved and everyone was very nice.

Had a great experience. Chris was an excellent salesman. When I placed my order for a new washer and dryer he provided me with all the necessary paperwork for a rebate with the manufacturer. He said they were on back order 2-3 weeks. Which was fine. Much to my surprise they called in 2 days and were ready to delivery the next morning. The installers were professional and courteous. I was very impress with Mountain High Appliance. Our new home has all of the kitchen appliances from Mountain High purchased through our contractor.

We ordered new appliances for a kitchen remodel that took months to get completed because of contractor problems and they held our appliances for much longer than originally anticipated. Everyone from the salesman to the schedulers, to the delivery people were professional and pleasant to deal with and provided great customer service. I highly recommend this company. I purchased a Electrolux LuxCare Wash SmartBoost and a LuxCare Predictive Dry after my washing machine broke with the door locked and 2 loads of wash in it 😱! Mountain High Appliance was wonderful not only by expediting my order, but also with the Delivery Men. They were so very nice, they even helped me sweep the floor prior to the new washer/dryer going in!I absolutely love my new washer/dryer! I, like you didnt know where to start to find our appliance package. I reached out to Mountain High Appliance because of past business dealings and I am so glad we did. Tanya Olvera was a professional, taking the time to listen to us and learning about our needs and usage so that she could recommend the right appliance for us. She was terrific. I was involved in a remodel/renovation and if you have done anything like this in this market, we were not on our proposed schedule, I know, shocker. The delay was inconvenient for all and Mountain High Appliance was very accommodating with a delayed delivery. When they delivered, the crew could not have been more polite and professional. They were very caring of the home and took the time to show us the operation of the appliances.Overall, it was an experience that exceeded our expectations. Their customer service was exceptional.
