Darren was our salesperson. He was professional and knowledgeable and never pressured us. We bought a stove and refrigerator and the guys that delivered them, Greg and Dee, were outstanding! They were friendly and professional and were very careful not to cause any damage. They had to work extra hard because the doors had to come off the fridge in order to fit through the doorway. Buying from Bargain Supply was a positive experience.

I have been shopping here for over a year, They have a great selection on tools, appliances and lots of other merchandise. Their prices are very competive and you will save money shopping there. Their staff are great and very friendly. I have bought a small freezer and a microwave there in the past year and paid a lot less for them than I would have at one of their competitors. I also buy most of my cleaning products from them. The store is very cleaned and well stocked. I have recommended them to both friends and family.

I asked a gentleman at the tool counter where the cut off wheels were, he replied on the wall. Where on the wall? Hell, which wall are we talking about here? He simply pointed. He wasnt taking another order or on the phone. Normally everyone in the store is more than helpful and will take you to the correct location. I own a business nearby and will drive to Home Depot or Lowes for future needs.

Service like this in 2020. Amazing! When Covid hit it was a tough time for all of the stores and we knew it. We had a bit of a mess when our washing machine went out and wouldnt dream of putting extra demands. But we had so much difficulty with big box stores and hardware stores. We couldnt get through to inquire and when we tried to order we kept hitting road blocks. I believe when we phoned it was one of the store owners. He was very kind and so helpful. We fully expected that wed be without a machine possibly weeks. When he set us up with great delivery guys within days we were gratefully surprised. Ok place bought a dryer there. Just a basic spin dial knob dryer. Was a bad machine had to return it and pick up another one. They were so willing to help me No questions asked. BEST HARDWARE/APPLIANCE STORE IN LOUISVILLE, PERIOD. Dedicated to customer satisfaction and going above and beyond.The folks at Bargin Supply Co are as good as it gets. We walked in here with intentions to look at scratch and dent washers and dryers. We were blown away by their great selection of not only scratch and dent but brand new appliances also. But thats not where it ends.We were approached by a fella named Phil who gave us a run down of some specials they were about to have. We told them our budget and what we were looking for. They then had a great deal on a set of brand new Electrolux washer and dryer. They said theyd have to let us know when they were getting them in though as they hadnt arrived when they were supposed to. So we gave Phil our number and to call us once he knew.After leaving Phil called us and regretted to tell us they would not be receiving the model that he quoted us. So instead, they were going to give us the upgraded model for the SAME PRICE, a savings of over $400 from Lowes and Home Depot. This spoke volumes for their customer service and overall dedication for making their customers happy. This is what you get from a small mom and pop shop type shop as compared to the bigger retailers.In addition to their great supply and brand variety, their prices are superb. Quick example, a large shop broom for $35 compared to a similar one at Lowes for $40. This place rocks. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Everyone was super nice and welcoming.

Do you remeber going to the tools store with grandpa? This store has the most nostalgic feel to it. Staff is very friendly, and the prices are super cheap. One thing to consider is that the majority of the cheaper tools and equipment are not meant to be a 10+ year life span. If you need something cheap this is your place.With that said, they do offer better quality products but youll be paying the accurate price for it.

It was covid friendly but they are a bit aggressive about the masks. I had an employee follow me through the store and they kept telling me to pull it up over my nose. I told them i have copd ans can barely breathe but they still keot following me and it was embarrassing.

Great place to find bargains. They have a large selection of just about everything. I am getting ready to rent an apartment and picking up some of the things I will need there. I spent close to $200 there last week and walked out with probably $400 worth of merchandise. Definitely worth a trip if you are bargain shopping. Staff are great and keep the store clean.

Oh my word! Such an awesome place! The goodwill of home needs! I can not believe how awesome it was to go and get a huge chest freezer for less than $900. This place has everything a home or apartment owner would need. I absolutely loved it and am totally going again.

Im sure their prices are great, they sure seemed like it by the appliances I saw with prices on them. They didnt have prices on a lot of units and I would have loved to have some help but after walking around and standing by the customer service desk with everybody on the phone I gave up and left. I was wanting to buy a washer and dryer immediately, and then I need to switch my kitchen to stainless but it didnt seem like anyone was available to help. If you want verification just look for a guy on your security cameras in a brown shirt and khaki pants walking around the appliances and by the front desk around lunch time on 10/14...
