Id give it 0 stars if i could... This place is terrible... They are rushed, kinda pushy and talk about not folowing the payment plans... Ive been getting messages and random declind charges for different ammounts constantly.... Calls from verious numbers and harassed on my brand new phone i never gave them consent to message... I started getting redflags soon as their text messaging systems pay price didnt match the price i was paying with auto pay... I had to cancle my card just to make sure i easnt being charged multiple times... This was only a few weeks into the payments as well... Would not recomend them at all..... And i see a lot of the horror storys here are true... I didnt want to believe them but it was wrong for me not to heed warnings...

Wasnt told that was a used couch when I bought it because it was only minor damages and it was a $1000 couch for $350, so I took it. My problem is the amount of times Brian calls me every single day for a used couch. I explained to them that my mom was in the hospital and she nearly almost died and he continued to harass my phone and even called my dad. I think that is highly disrespectful. This place is extremely unorganized and I didnt even know that I was supposed to be making payments on the couch and this is the last time I will be doing business here

We searched all day Saturday for the perfect furniture to be told the colors we were looking for were out. On our drive home we saw Bestway and decided to stop in. We were greeted promptly which is very important especially since I am also in the business of sales and have high expectations. Everyone that we came in contact with going forward was very helpful and very engaging in conversation. We had found the perfect furniture. There was a minor hiccup in delivery and when I expressed my concerns I can only say the service that I received was hands down one of the best. Terry really went above and beyond....Thank You and Welcome to Louisville!!! You will definitely get my recommendations 😁

Great experience! Wonderful people helped us and we were finished with our rental in about 30 minutes. Delivered brand new in the factory packaging furniture and set it up. Thanks!

No good customer service. My chair has been broken a month, first they kept giving me the run around finally said they order new chair but wants me to pay for chair thats broken Chad over talked me by yelling so this tells me that his customer service skills is really lacking. Would not recommend anyone going here as i will be going somewhere else. Update they got me together and was very nice about got me a new chair i am very happy about that will continue to get my business and they did apologize for any inconvenience Thanks Mesha

Love renting from them, they really try yo help you out and if for some reason I miss a payment they understand as long as you let them know. Just be honest with them and they will take great care of you!

At first seemed nice I rented a laptop 55 dollars biweekly, ohhhhh myyyy so every 2 weeks I get 5 text msgs as a reminder than phone calls, I walk into make appt new mgr says my name weve bn expecting you, what never met this woman anyways I jus paid 55 last wed he calls and harrasress me telling me it put me on weekly so now I owe a payment, first of all u cant change a contract when both parties are unaware I mean duhhhhhhhh... And then he says I have late charges for what paying on time following our agreement, even last week when I made a payment the manager said your next payment is due on the 2 ND, which is correct but this dude didnt even Kno when my payment was due lol ......Bottom line, they are stealing from their customers they change contracts, charge late fees and than u give the merchandise back and they jus so the exact same thing to the next customer, BEST WAY IS THE BEST WAY TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY, BEST BET IS AVOID THIS PACE

They take your money. And tell you a time that it will be delivered and when that time comes no furniture and they give you the runaround on verifying information. Will never go to them again. If I could tell them off I would.

Delivered a couch to us with bed bugs in, have told them to cancel it and pick it up they refuse to pick up the furniture. I have a court case in the works for injurys from there bed bug ridden couch. I highly recommend stay away from this company and the nasty furniture.

Was interested in renting something but they didnt seem interested in my business

This place is a joke, delivered a couch to our house that was full of bedbugs. They gave us the runaround as far as an inspection from an exterminator, kept offering to call us back, and would pawn us off to someone who knew nothing of the situation. The couch was replaced the next day, and we found a much better deal for a brand new couch at Aarons. My advice, avoid Bestway at all costs.

Horrible management been trying to get a hold of the ma anger for 4 days now. Keep getting different answers and keep getting place on hold for 10+min. I will NEVER rent again from here and wouldnt refer nobody to this place. I give them a 0 star if it would let me

I was hoping to be employed with them I and I hope not going to be employed I didnt know that took almost a month to do a background check I have thought I was going to be employed I guess I was add a carrot to have the range being employed with them but obviously you take I was sleep I must not being good enough for them it doesnt take 3 4 weeks do a background check if Im apparently I must not be in the can they they want........

I totally understand this company is hitty as all get out......... and they need to stop threatenin me cause I dont take threats litely. I only have a loil time left n I aint gonna deal wit them treatenin me ever again there were other pieces of furniture I needed but I sure as heck will not go back there again.EVER
