I love this place especially for organization and home accessories. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Great place to buy gifts for Christmas as well because the prices arent too bad and you can usually use as many coupons as you want. Lol

I discovered by accident that items purchased online and returned in the store are marked as clearance. I got a beautiful outdoor rug for $30 and a baby gate that I actually use as a dog gate that had been $100 for $50 I am extremely happy and the staff was very helpful!

The store was NOT STOCKED with any bedding other than, pretty much, twin size. Plus, not stocked well at all for a BBB. Go to the Saint Matthews location.. All workers, very nice!

Great selection, great location. Can walk around for hours and find something new.Bought the egg cooker and it works awesome. Used it to make hard boiled eggs for Easter which in turn became my famous Devils Eggs.My wish list is the pro / restaurant style baking pan and rack. Ill be back 😎

Employees were fine but they seem understaffed. Just a cashier and a manager. Did not have as much in the way of curtains or bath accessories that I expected. I went wanting to use a coupon for $20 off $100 purchase and left empty handed.

We walked in and with no waiting time got an extremely high level of service from a home design professional. I dont know if its this way all the time, but this was an exemplary experience.

Went to the store to buy some bedding but they didnt have what I went for but the sales person inside took the time to help me put together a alternate plan and I couldnt be happier with what we came up with!! I walked in, went to the kitchen supply area and there were 2 employees stocking product. I asked them if they carried food savers and accessories, they both looked at me like a deer caught in headlights and had no idea what I was talking about.I then asked the cashier, who had a strong Russian accent, about foodsavers. She was sure they had them and directed me to the same two employeesAs I was getting ready to leave, another employee asked me if I needed help, and finally was directed to the right location.

I am not sure how many locations are around the city, I went to the Summit store.I wanted to get a grooming kit for men. I was not sure if they would have it or not.It is a fairly large store and have anything and everything household stuff.I did not see too many store employees walking the floor even though they were quiet busy. Jen happen to be walking by and I asked her if the store carried the kit. She walked me to the aisle.They are like any department store minus the clothes.

Love that it has good selections. They are usually well staffed so you can get help. Love that they allow use of multiple and out of date coupons. All in all well managed stores, but please...either install a check price scanner for us or better mark prices.

A good place for gifts, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom needs. I purchased a pet hair removing brush and it works well both at home and on the car. They have a wedding registry and decorative dinner plates. Chef quality knives and gadgets.

Went for wedding registry with my fiance. We were helped beyond our expectations. The young lady that helped us was Kelly and she was wonderful. Very polite and extremely nice. We couldnt have asked for a better employee to guide us through the registry. She was right there with us the whole time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and even helped find those sneaky barcodes. If i could i would have her go with us to every registry we go to. Awesome experience.

Always a well merchandised store - the chain in general, including this location. The cashers and staff are attentive and usually knowledgeable. But overpriced unless you have their 20% coupon. They are hoping you will come in with the coupon and see other things you cant get by without. Its not a bad plan. But it only rates 3 stars.

The Breckinridge store is a hot mess. Empty shelves yet merchandise is scattered everywhere, it looks like a five & dime with clutter and disorganization everywhere you walk in that store, half the merchandise has no price tags listed on shelves, it basically looks like a clearance store and with few employees. The other Louisville store off of hurstborne is nicer, neater with more merchandise and 100 times better store.

Interesting how they have evolved into a membership model.. Always lots of good housewares. But you must join the membership club and get 20% off else you are over paying.

EM was lovely! She went above and beyond for my 80 year old mom. She was busy but took time with mom and her service was top notch! The next day mom had to go back because she needed something else she wasnt sure was on the order and no one really wanted to fool with her-they obviously need more help. Em was off and thats too bad. I finally called for my mom and they said all salespeople were busy. I asked if I could leave a ph. number and the guy said No I am sorry,we dont do that. I finally got a manager willing to help and who called my mom to see what she needed but he sounded a bit bothered with the whole thing and was the same to my mother. Except for Em-I would never use that store again! When you spend that much in Bridal Registry they should be helpful.

When in to get some items for my daughter to take to college. Purchased a shower tote and it came with a water proof phone bag. Was on sale. Also go a mattress protective cover for dorm size twin xl bed. Great price plus got 20% off.

Stopped in to get some Starbucks Coffee pods on black Friday. Everyone was helpful and very polite. Especially liked the black Friday coupon.

Registered here for my wedding like many do and it was great. They had almost everything we wanted in one spot and you can always find a 20% off coupon. We did the finish your registry event and got 20% off everything and they were able to use a $5 off coupon on top of it. In addition they circled items we got a free item with and pre-printed the sheets we needed to mail in to get them. I had no idea we had even qualified for free things. It was great!

Buying pillows was a blast! Customer service was incredible and the diversity in employees was a surprising shock! Would recommend if youre getting silverware too!

This store is poorly stocked. The staff promised holiday items would be stocked and two weeks before the holiday, stuff still not put out. Given many excuses as to why not stocked but no offers to further help. Has been in store checking items within past two weeks.Staff NOT have good customer service skills. Would not bother to use this store! Had similar experience with not restockining plumbing/bathroom supplies also.

Personally, like other B3s, I like shopping here for the large selection of kitchen, bath, and as seen on TV items.This location really is not any worse or better than the others... about the same. One major plus, this location is part of The Summit outdoor shopping center. Its not all that exciting in the winter, but when the weather is nice, the area is a paradise for the shopper who wants to soak up some fresh air, music piped in through speaker-rocks, nice landscaping, water fountains, and a cluster of restaurants in a center courtyard.

When checking out, You can use the same number of Bed Bath and Beyond coupons you have for the same number of items you are purchasing. For example: buying 4 items, you can use 4 20% Bed Bath and Beyond coupons. Also, they accept expired coupons. Another thing I love about Bed Bath and Beyond, if you forget to bring your coupon, you can bring your receipt with the coupon back another day and get your discount.

They carry a lot of things. But they dont carry everything in the whole world, and sometimes you have to keep looking for that particular item. And heres a very significant thing: if they dont have the absolutely specific thing you want, the staff will suggest other places where you can find it. Theyll cost themselves a sale, to help the customer. Im going to keep shopping there.

11:45 am is a great time to shop at Bed Bath & Beyond. In and out in a flash. I always buy coffee pods using the 20% off coupon.

They were very helpful; especially since I had a baby they asked my name and they readily grabbed my online purchase of a registry item and assisted with checkout. There were a lot of workers available around the store which I dont usually see readily in other stores.

Overpriced and understaffed sums it up. We found a few items on clearance that we were going to scoop up until we saw the lines were all 6-8 people deep. Left disappointed and have no reason to go back.

Has a few things that interest me when the items are on sale or I have a good coupon.
