I bought a washer and dryer set they both work amazingly and the service was amazing they was sweet kind n very helpful 5 star rating in my book friendly atmosphere and the best in town they got my support.

I purchased a washer and dryer from AJs, the ad said the units were in pristine condition, no issues, worked great. They looked great when we picked them up. The owners of the store seemed nice and honest enough. We were told there was no warranty, but we could purchase a 30 day warranty for $50. We purchased the warranty and left with our washer and dryer. Recently moving here, we unpacked the units at our new home. Since we werent moved in yet, we didnt hook them until a few days later. When we put the dryer in a lot of trash (actually rodent nest and feces) came out of the back. My husband pulled out a lot more. When we turned the dryer on the first time, it made a terrible noise and blew out all kinds of stuff from back, it was also overheating on the top. After everything blew out, it finally stopped overheating and the noise stopped. I let Jay know that the unit wasnt working, but after it resolved itself I told him we werent going to bring it back (about a 90 miles drive roundtrip) This last week the washer started making a loud screeching noise. I sent Jay a msg and asked when I could bring it back in. I was told NO, I didnt bring the units back when they TOLD me to. He would not honor the 30 day warranty (that is still in effect). Accused me of damaging the equipment by using it. I told him its the washer with the issue now, not the dryer. He basically said, he wont touch it without charging me. Because i didnt bring them both back when they told me to, it was on me I explained over and over that the initial issue was with the dryer...this is the washer. Once again, I was told NO.I also received a text from them telling me what a dishonest person I was because I posted a negative review.Beware of doing business with them, they charged an extra $50 for a warranty they wont honor and sold equipment that was clearly never tested. It exterior was cleaned up and put on the floor.

I have had a terrible experience with this business. Please beware if youre choosing to buy a used appliance from them. We bought a washer and dryer from them, asked if it was able to be stacked and we are told we can easily purchase a stacking kit from any hardware store. We go to Lowes, tell them we are searching for an Amana stacking kit, they tell us that this does not exist for this model! So I call before the washer and dryer are delivered and say this, to which they responded with oh it doesnt need a kit, it actually just stacks on its own now Im confused because before you said it was a common part bought anywhere? It seems it was just unknown to begin with, but I dont know anything about washer and dryers so I believed you. Before we give them our money and sign any papers, they say yes it does stack and doesnt need a kit to be stacked!! Looks like our mistake for trusting them because it started to fall over while being used within 1 use!!! We have a 14 month old baby in our home. NOT OK!!!! So we call back and they send us on a goose chase looking for a stacking kit that will work with the set. We go to Lowes again and purchase a whirlpool stacking kit that they say will solve our problem and this didnt work.Another $40 that did NOT work. Please beware. These people are not honest and will be dishonest just to make a buck.We have been to Lowes TWICE. Called many different locations and all have said this product does not exist.This is an edit because I have no way of responding.--- We are not malicious people!! We are upset and turn to social media because we were told the washer and dryer did not need a stacking kit BEFORE we made the purchase. This was not true. They slide around without a kit. The brackets you sent me a photo of are exactly what we purchased from Lowes. They do not work for the set. All we wanted was to make sure they stacked before we purchased. We will resell these and buy a set that is meant to stack. We can agree that nothing seems to be wrong with the washer and dryer in the 1 or 2 times I got to use it. Im not sure what youre talking about in regards to Angela, I am not slandering her.

I was very impressed with the owner and his wife. Very friendly and helpful. He was able to fix my washer in less then 24 hours. I’ve been waiting on the part for over a month. He picks up and delivers and the cost is really reasonable.

The owners went out of their way to take care of us. Drove to Ft Knox to make sure we were satisfied in person

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE !!! BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD . Sold me a dryer that smells horrible, a dryer that doesn’t work. They did order a part that took 2 weeks - then came to fix it and knocked twice and left. When I called them back Angela (the owner) hung up on me !!! I have had to contact the BBB and a lawyer to go to small claims court !!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY HERE !!!

We bought a washer and dryer set from them 3 weeks ago, it’s been leaking for a week and we finally got in contact with them only to be told they’re on “vacation” conveniently during the remainder of our warranty, as people have already stated they sell broken appliances under the guise of being perfect and then don’t honor their warranty. Buy elsewhere.
