I had a great experience with Yosemite Auto Service! I called to say I needed my 30K mileage service and before even scheduling me, they suggested I call my dealership and make sure my car wasnt still under warranty. I thought that was so honest/nice of them. After I realized it wasnt still under warranty, Yosemite was able to take me exactly when i wanted to get in (8:30am a couple days after i called) and called me within a couple hours that my car was ready. They also drove me to my office right after I dropped the car off and offered to pick me up as well.

Went here earlier for an oil change. I scheduled it just the night before, and they were still able to accommodate me. I super appreciated the quick response of Quan, and the promptness of the service. It was also affordable! The only thing was my oil life percentage was not reset to 100%, so I had to do it. Also no one told me when to come back for an oil change. I was hoping it would be on my receipt or on my windshield, but none. Thats only minor though.

Needed a repair quote, but insurance company decided to total the car so never got to use them. They were so nice, polite, and helpful during the process. Located close to USC. Hope I won’t need their services again but I I know where I’d be taking it if I did. Thank you!

So Im really behind on writing this but I have to say Oscar and the men who work at Yosemite Auto are incredible. We have a Toyota Rav4 we took it to the dealer for a routine tune up and they told us that we needed a new transmission. Yikes! We were referred to Yosemite Auto by a friend so we went to get a second opinion. We called on December 30th and brought it in later that day. Immediately a mechanic took our car for a test drive and told us the problem was definitely not the transmission. They fixed the problem quickly (that same day!) and even took the time to show us the real issue and walk up through, step by step, on the process of how to fix it. We live in the city but will be driving to them for all our car needs. Its more than worth it.

I had a great experience here. I came in with a broken side mirror. Lee gave me a great price to repair it and he did it in a couple of hours since he knew I needed to get to work the next day. He also fixed up some scratches on my car which I didn’t even ask him for- he just went the extra mile! Overall very professional, efficient, and friendly service.

Someone had hit my parked car and ran while I was at work, so imagine my devastation when my brand new car had gotten its first dent/accident with no note or apology. Enraged that this happened on a friday night and most auto body shops are closed for the weekend, I frantically began my search for reputable places on yelp. I was immediately drawn to Yosemite Auto Body Shop on the list because of its high praise and top knotch reviews. There were some other body shops open for the weekend but I grit my teeth and waited for Monday to come because my gut told me that I HAD to come to this one (there was too much praise for it to be a fluke, yknow?).AND GUESS WHAT. I have literally never seen a more humble and down to earth person than Mr. Lee. Apparently my car has a special pearl white paint that costs upwards of $750. But Mr. Lee tells me its not really needed in my case unless I was a stickler for it to look perfect. Not being able to pay that much for a paint job even if I was, he recommended several options - one of which we decided to just pop out the dent with no paint job - and he knocked the price down to way more than half! I was extremely grateful for the very verrryyy fair price, but I was still defeated, assuming that the cheap price for the repair meant my car wouldnt look as good. He told me to come pick it up by the end of the day, and I felt even more unsure if they would be able to do a good enough job in the few hours I left my car with them.BUT THEN! *cue epic music* I came to pick up the car in a measly 4 hrs, and it looked practically new. Of course if I were to close up on it, knowing there was previous damage, Id be able to spot it. But otherwise, voila! Its basically magic. Even my friends who saw the before/after of my car commented on how nicely the job was done. So thank you, thank you, thank you. I will tell all the people I know who need auto body repairs to only come here from now on.The level of talent, humility, and friendliness of all the workers here deserve an A++! Fantastic body shop. I brought my car in to see if I can get some issues with the paint looked at. Lee and his team took a look at it, and were able to fix the relatively minor issue no problem. When I asked them how much it would cost, Lee told me that it was such a small deal, and that he wouldnt be accepting any money for it, even though I insisted. Super awesome service...hard to find trustworthy folks doing body work. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

This place is great!! Im a girl in my early 20s and Im always anxious going into a car repair place because Im an easy target for dishonest mechanics. However, I did not feel for a second that they were anything but genuine!I got my bumper repaired and my fender liner replaced. They walked me through all my options and explained the pricing clearly. My car was repaired the next day and it looks amazing! Of course you never want to take your car for repair but when you do, you hope to have honest and reliable service. Yosemite Auto Body was a great customer experience. Fran at the front desk is very good at guiding you through the process. Marvin and Dave were great for providing details of work required on your car. Everyone is also very nice and timely. I needed my car back within 4 days for a trip and they delivered as promised. The repair work was like new and the pricing was fair. Lee walked me through the process of my Sonata bumper repair before my purchase, explaining all the different options I had to save money by using different suppliers, etc. It was obvious hes a perfectionist and that he takes pride in his company, his employees, and the way its run. Lee is a great guy. I brought him my 13yo Volvo hardtop convertible which was all scratched up along the side after I sideswiped the wall of a driveway that was too narrow for my car to fit. I had already called a couple of body shops and they told me it would cost over $1000 to repaint the scratches, but I was disbelieving because I had recently watched a YouTube video of someone DIY sanding, filling, priming, painting, and polishing similar scratches in just a few hours of work. Out of all the people I talked to, only Lee really listened to the questions I was asking and was able to explain what would make the repair so expensive - my car has several types of molding in the affected area, and they would all have to be carefully taken apart and put back together in order to be repainted and blended with the surrounding paint colour. He encouraged me to not spend the money on repairs and instead asked one of his colleagues to thoroughly clean the scraped area with paint thinner - since they did this I can only see the scratches if I am looking for them! While I didnt end up doing the expensive repair I left satisfied and very confident that Lee would do an excellent job if I need body work done in the future. He is kind, polite, reasonable, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable about repairs and repainting. If you choose to make an appointment with him at his shop he will be considerate of you, your time, your car and your wallet. Thanks for taking great care of me and my car Lee :)

Mr. Lee went above and beyond with my car. Brought it in for body repairs after a car accident. He communicated efficiently with the insurance company/appraisers and myself. The replacement parts were not from the manufacturer - which I truly dont mind - but if you want manufacturer parts, explicitly request them; I did not, but my car looks and feels fine. He couldve returned my car with a cheap paint job, or left out some repairs that the insurance company did not want to cover, but he reaffirmed me that my car was taken care of.My car was repaired in a timely manner (2 weeks, as advised); looks even better than before the accident - even restored my oxidized headlights?? This place really took care of me when I needed to replace my headlight. I couldnt go until after I got off work but the owner/worker there came out with crutches to take a look at my car. He was able to change my headlight for free with a used lightbulb and I was set. Amazing that they were able to provide me with this service right before they closed and I was able to drive home without having to worry about a fixit ticket. So thankful for Yosemite Auto Body Shop. The service was prompt and they were really nice too!

Came here after someone rear ended our Corolla. The repair looked fine for the first few months, but after less than 6 months the bumper color does not match the rest of the car. Car is white and the rear bumper is a different shade. Called to complain and they basically said they wont do anything about it.Avoid this place, do not trust the online reviews, this place really made me shop around instead of choosing a shop with good reviews. Will update with pictures.

Yosemite Auto Bodyshop are great!! My car got hit with some road debris and busted the fender and bumper. I found them on Google Maps and saw they had good reviews. Upon arrival, I became skeptical, mostly because of how small the body shop is and how particular I am of my vehicle. I was close to looking for another auto repair but upon speaking to Mr. Lee and Dennis, I’m happy I chose this body shop. They helped me work with my insurance, gave me advice, made a quick estimate of repair costs, and ALWAYS followed up via phone or text if I wasn’t able to respond. They worked hard to get my car on the date I asked if I could have it back and were always pleasant to work with and have high integrity in their professionalism and in their work.

I had really bad scratches on front bumper and needed to get an estimate to fix that. I was worried because it would cost me least $500 so I was looking for a place where it can be fixed for lesser price. As soon as I arrived this place, the owner kindly welcomed me and my wife. I explained what happened to my car then he checked to see how bad the scratches were. As soon as he saw it, he was smiling and kindly told me that it looks really bad but not as bad as you think. I was like what!!!? Because scratches were bad and pretty large spots and I can clearly see them and other cars paint from the long distance. Then he bought some solutions and wiped out all scratches and leftover paint spots within few minutes. I was really shocked, all scratches and paint spots disappeared!! there were some minor scratches left but they were hardly noticeable. I really thanked him a lot not only he fixed my problem he didnt even charge a single dime for it. he could have easily ripped me off for couple hundred bucks but he choose to be honest. If you are looking to have great service I think this place is where you should go.

I am just writing this review because the service at the Yosemite is exceptionally good and Mr.Lee is an Honest and amazing guy.I called him late when he was just closing his shop but he waited for me another 15 min. I had a door aliment problem and some scratches on the Left side door. He saw the car and he gave me a fair price. He completed the job before the estimated time and Believe me he did an incredible job in fixing the issue. Car basically looks like new now. Mr.Lee knows his art.If you guys love your car and like good quality with fair price,this is the place to go.And finally with this so many good reviews you cannot go wrong.Do go there, I highly recommend it.

Great place to take your car after a collision if you want to get it back fast. If you have previous experiences like me at bigger collision centers, you know it will take two to three weeks to get your car back. They took four business days to have my car ready (the front bumper and right front lights had to be replaced). One of my friends also took his car there to repair a big scratch on the right front door and they repaired it in one business day. On top of that Mr. Lee is a very honest guy. I really recommend this place

I had a very good experience with the shop and with David. I needed a small repair and David took care of it with no problem. Based on my positive experience, I would go here again to talk to Ivan and have other work done. I felt he was very good about it and cared about my problem, and resolved it with ease.

Unfortunately the trim we were looking for wasnt in inventory the day we came, but Blue was able to tell us when it would arrive. Blue gave us updates over the next week. When inventory came through, he let us know and we were able to make purchase same day. Blue was kind and as professional as they come.

This place was great! I needed an indicator light and drivers-side door fixed, and it was very cheap, considering how much those things can usually cost! The guy was also willing to answer all my questions (which I had a lot since I know nothing about cars) and he was very nice. I highly recommend this place, dont bother with any of the others.

First off, Im not much of a reviewer. this is the first ever Google review Ive done because my experience with this place was THAT good. Easily the best body shop experience Ive ever had. Lee is a strict, kind, fair, and honest shop manager who actually cares about his customers rather than always trying to sneak extra money out their pockets (which is like 95% of the mechanics in this town). He will always do the job with high quality but hell NEVER do an unnecessary repair. Ill never use a different body shop again whether I live in downtown, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Orange County or wherever.

Let me first say I NEVER write reviews but I had to for Lee. Lee is great, very humble and a honest guy he only believes in doing a job that is a 110%. Took my Lexus in to see if he could buff out a scrape, he was honest that it might not be 100% and that there would be no warranty or accountability in the buffing but that was understandable because he said the only way he knew it would be 110% would be to repaint the bumper and that job he would stand by because he did it from start to finish. I decided to have him try buffing it out and my God is he a magician, the scratch is only in the clear so once he buffed it out it looks as good as new you could only feel the surface scratch. Hes a great guy understood that I was a college kid on a budget and I appreciate that. I told him I went to him because of his great reviews online and he dismissed them immediately saying the reviews dont matter to him he just trys his best on every job. Super humble, hell be the only guy I take my car to while at SC.

If you need bodywork come here and stop wasting your time looking aroundI damaged my door so I needed a replacement. The car repair shop my insurance sent me to said that since there was damage on the body already that for sure you will be able to notice that the door is new and will look different than the rest of the car??? Why would I pay a deductible for a new door if it will stand out like a sore thumb.I thought this was ridiculous. I called Mr Lee and he said he would take care of it no problem.Thank god I went with him. I picked up my car in less than a week and it was as good as new. Yes he had to do a little more work with the paint job so it would blend but he did amazing!!!On top of things my dumb insurance only paid for crappy used parts but he got me better parts and covered the cost!.Mr Lee and Yosemity auto body is a rare gem in this town of shady businesses. Amazing place and owner like Yosemite! I was travelling in LA and got into a small side mirror crash into wall. Well, with a family traveling together, safety was number one, and had to do something desperately on late Sat. Mr Lee, on the phone call, invited me over, and walked me through all the options at different price range, and solved all my issues at his best so that I can safely finish travel and come back home. For remaining issues, which couldnt be solved because all part suppliers are closed, he rehearsed how I can fix the rest at minimal cost, which I followed up and worked perfectly after the travel. Dont remember a time I got such full of heart service from a bodyshop before,,, the world is still a good place indeed!

This review is quite late but I wanted to share my great experience here. I dont leave reviews but I had to for this place. This place has seriously saved me from my funk. I really didnt have a lot of money and he offered the best price. The owner is an honest man who delivered what he promiseed. He offered to fix my car with a price that was well below competition - hes not in to compete it seems anyway, hes in to help. And the car was fixed very well. Would definitely recommend.

I called in to ask about a rough estimate. I explained to the individual that I am disabled so taking my car in would be hard. I asked if there was a way to send a picture, NOT for a full estimate, just a rough estimate. Even a high one so I had a better idea of where to take it so I am not stressing my body out. He answered me very rudely. He didnt take my situation into consideration. Even if he wildly said $500. That would have still been a help. Ill find another place.

Ive been to Yosemite Auto Body Shop twice now, and both times were due to my car being hit by another driver. I cannot say in enough words just how helpful and caring Mr. Lee is. As many other reviews have said on here, he really does go above and beyond in providing the most helpful advice as far as how to deal with insurance companies (which can be a nightmare, especially when you were involved in an accident where you werent at fault) and assessing the damage for your car. The first time I went to his body shop was my first ever car accident, so I had no idea how to talk to insurance companies, but Mr. Lee provided the best advice that was incredibly helpful to me. I would go back to his auto shop for any issue I have with my car, and I recommend you do the same as well!

Lucky me! After getting scammed by Copart auto auction for I had the blessing of meeting Mr Lee at Yosemite Auto. He provided guidance and made recommendations, and refused to let me pay him. I was referred to Yosemite Auto Body by some acquaintances I trust in such matters, so took my husband car there for repair after a minor parking lot ding. Unfortunately, the other car backed into the left front corner of our car, so just a low-speed tap caused damage to bumper, fender, hood, and headlight assembly.

I managed to smash the right front fender of my 2008 Toyota Prius while swerving to avoid an oncoming car (which didnt stop). Based on the recommendation of a couple of friends (one a former body-shop owner), I called Yosemite. The owner had the car picked up, evaluated the damage, told me how long it would take, and took care of all the painful dealings with the insurance company. My insurance company didnt want to fix the damage to the passenger compartment, but Ki Bum (the owner) held their feet to the fire and got them to pay to have it fixed. I also appreciated that, as he was finishing the repairs, he had the car fully checked by the Toyota dealership to make sure the hybrid system and alignment were perfect. Ive driven the car several thousand miles since, and 100% satisfied with the work.

I have to say I was shocked to see this place didnt live up to the reputation on here. In fact, I have to echo the sentiment of another recent reviewer about the surprisingly high quote.When I arrived, it was a really small and congested lot which I could care less about. All that matters to me is the work and price.The owner was out so I talked to another worker who suggested the repairs might be less if I pay cash. So when the owner came back I prefaced it with that. Big mistake as the quote was almost $2,000. Note for next time, I shouldve said I could pay cash if the estimate was affordable!I also saw a response from the owner to another users response about him being quoted for the best possible work first and to ask about alternatives. So knowing that, I went in saying that too. That supposedly is the cheap version.This wouldnt be for any new (or refurbished for that matter) parts, just for taking out indents - a minor one on the door and a long one around the wheel well. People on here got quoted for a lot less for more work so I guess it depends on the person. I didnt get the friendly vibe either but in all fairness it was busy so that couldve easily had something to do with it.I look at all the positive comments on here and theyre mostly from USC students. So yeah, its probably very affordable to them if their rich parents are paying for it.But if youre working class, dont believe the hype. Granted, Im sure it was much lower than a dealership for sure but it was comparable to another high-rated auto body shop I went to right after. If you live in another area of LA its not worth the drive.I hate saying this but if you look at the demographic who got the good deals, they tend to either be Asian males or attractive, young females. The Caucasian and Latino men seemed to get the writing on a piece of paper treatment.

The service here was absolutely exceptional. Kibum is both one of the most honest and dedicated people I think I have ever met. Twice now I have gone to him for work on my car. The second was minor but the first was a bit more extensive and involved having gone off the road in, ironically, Yosemite. Kibum is very thorough but efficient, incredibly attentive and mindful of details that may become issues down the road if not addressed, and as honest as they come. His work on my car (several panels) was impeccable, the turn around was super fast, and his rates beyond reasonable. I have passed his name on again and again because I truly think hes a rare breed and a true gem to find, particularly in a line of business where most people feel like they get taken for a ride if not all they are worth. If youve made it here, there really is no need to search any further. Just go in.

I bought car for my girlfriend here. She had some basic issues with her tires. We had everything fixed. It was hard to reach them by phone through bit we live at the neighborhood. So we just drive there.

Mr.Lee is soooo nice! He is really concern about my car and give sincere advice to protect the car! He is no doubt the first merchanic I will meet if need!

Never had/felt such a honesty from a body shop. The owner (forgot his name) runs the show. He is very caring.
