Bryan and Alex were both very helpful to me from the moment I walked in. I explained my situation and helped me every step of the way. Bryan was on go and ready to answer my phone calls whenever I had a question and gave me great solid answers. Alex made sure I was happy with how my car looked leaving the shop. The entire staff was friendly and the front desk attendants were very helpful and even offered me a bottled water from their cool mini fridge! I definitely recommend coming here for any repairs or upgrades for your car! They’ll take care of you here for sure!

I advise you to never go to this place unless you are not the one who deal with them. If your insurance will take care of everything than no worries because they don’t mess with them. I went to them to get an estimate through my insurance and it was 1900$. My insurance said that I have to go through the work insurance because I was driving Lyft. The Lyft insurance deductible is 2500 so when Brian from caliber collision called me to inform me that the assignment with my insurance is canceled. I told him to go proceed with car, the first thing he said to me after that, oh let me check it again and see if there is any inside damages. The moment he said that I knew the price would double and exactly what happened next day he told me the new estimate is 3274Basically 80% of it labor hahaha which is funny because the car needed a door changed that all. Scam when you are by yourself use your insurance because they don’t dare to scam them.

PLEASE GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!! They painted my rear bumper and it did not match at all. So I call the body shop supervisor, I told him the bumper did not match and that I did not like the quality he got mad and said why I didnt take car somewhere else. What a rude guy. I would not recommend this place.

This Caliber Collision location is one of the best auto service repair I have ever been too. Am so grateful to AAA insurance for sending me here after a rear ended accident. The service here is impeccable. The work is impeccable and the staff is above stellar... they should teach classes on excellent public service. I brought in a dettached Mercedes E55 front bumper that had some heavy scratches and small crack near the lower grill. At the end of the estimate process, he ended up telling me the bumper was beyond repair. I asked for a quote anyways, in which he told me $800 to $900. He also pointed the extra time it would take to disassemble the parts on the bumper (which literally only took me 5 minutes to do). I went to other body repair shops and ended up selecting one that fixed it for $500. Unless insurance is involved, they dont care and will gouge you. #buyerbeware

Please dont take your chance with this location. Heed the warnings of other reviewers. Beware also of after-market parts used here!TLDR version - Maybe some Calibers are good, I wouldnt trust this one again. Car in shop 3/10/19, estimated completion date 4/1/19. Car received 5/1/19. Positive updates from Caliber the entire time, but the day before it was scheduled to be released I received the following picture with the front of my car disassembled. Not worth the risk.Full version: I had a pretty decent crash that messed up the front of my car pretty good. The accident was not my fault, so price was not my concern here, but the estimate came in at $7300 which seemed high. All seemed to be going well, communication was good, and I had a great feeling about this place. After 3 weeks of my car being there, I learned I was moving to Denver for work in 2 weeks. Total 5 weeks to fix a car, shouldnt be a problem after all these updates about how well the repairs are going.So I have a rental car now for well over a month, but I have to pack up all my things and prepare to move to Denver without a car to put them in, not to mention not being able to test drive my car to make sure it will sustain the 1000 mile trip through the Rocky Mountains........ After multiple unreturned calls to my contact, I receive a (cowardly) email from Cuu The DAY BEFORE I LEFT saying the car will not be ready and attaches pictures of my car (shown below) with the front of my car completely disassembled. Note, my car had been in there care for 25 working days. Over a month. This was completely unacceptable. I got my insurance involved, and he drove down to meet the Caliber regional manager, Jacques. Caliber took the tab for the rental which I then drove to Denver and handled cost for shipment of my car, which after almost 2 months of work was finally delivered to Denver.Please hear this though, Jacques, the regional manager was very professional and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and care for my car. The fact that I had to deal with him though is a testament to how poor this location is. I wont extend this poor rating to all Caliber Collisions, but Id be wary of this location.

When they return my truck the air conditioner was not working I had to take the truck back to correct the problem. When I open the hood parts were missing from the engine. They forgot to properly assemble the air conditioner

Mostly good repair shop. Very convenient location. Poor communication issues however. I had told them not to bug me until the car was ready for pick up. That worked for about 2 days and then suddenly texts and emails with nothin to say bugging me / cost me money as assistant was taking time reading all their emails. Terrible time consuming nagging experience. But I would give them one more chance. The repairs were good.

I recomend this collision repair center cause they have a great costumer service since you walk at the door; they handle their business with great professionalism and the work they do is very good as well with a great warranty on the work they perform I rate this collision center with a 5 star rating thank you!

If you were in an accident and they tell you to come here, dont let them fix your car! Take the estimate and take it to a good body shop. Someone had hit my front bumper and ruined my hood, front grills, and made my bumper pop out. I was given the option to either have them fix it or get an estimate, I thought since they were part of the insurance they would fix my car right but they didnt! My car was in the shop for 6 days, it looked fine when I picked it up but after driving for a few hours the sides of my bumper kept popping out. So I decided to take it back to the shop, and the first thing one of the workers told me was its like that because you hit it automatically accusing me! We were exchanging words for a while and he then told me he couldnt do anything anyway because the adjuster wasnt there. I couldnt get a hold of the adjuster until another week because she wouldnt answer her phone or return my calls. Long story short they blamed me when I had even showed them pictures, of the car when it was hit and when I went to pick it up. Im still in the middle of having them fix it which is such a headache because I shouldnt be wasting my time on something they should have done right! Maybe because Im a girl or maybe because Im young they think Im stupid but thats not the case. Try to avoid having them fix damages on your car!

Yes I had to take my car in to get somebody work done but Im so glad I went to this caliber in downtown LA I see a lot of a fancy cars and Im sure some of the basketball and people that work at LA Live use this facility pure red carpet treatment my rental car was waiting for me the girls at the counter had the popcorn ready nice and warm yes like the fancy dealerships and I was in and out in less than a half an hour everything is so ready on screen when you walk in and when I picked it up which was in a week which was pretty normal time for me I turned in the car and thank them all and the work was great 100% the way I like it

They recommended to my insurance company that my car be totaled!! Good thing I know of a better collision center who could do a better job for half the price of Caliber’s! Not to mention, when they transferred my car to the new collision center they lost some parts! It took 2 weeks for them to finally bring to the new collision center after calling them every day for an update.

We did the repair of our right front and back door. The quote here has the best deal while the service is excellent. Will suggest my crazy female driver friends to go there n fix their car scratches.

My bruhs. Have you noticed that every single auto repair place has kicking reviews. Why is this. Fakes? People want to believe their car looks sheen after the cash is spent? This place can be irritating because they will try and steer you away from work you clearly want, but overall its a win. Coats are well color matched, and once I had a small defect on the front bumper - I mean small and super irritating and they shot the whole thing without a raised hand. Its not a religious experience. But its probably as good as it gets.

Would not give me on estimate for very small damage because I only had photos and a VIN #. Not possible, because I dont own the car. Spoke with Alex Barcenas, the manager, but he refused. I dont understand why. I have already gotten one quote this way from a different caliber collision.

The customer service at Caliber Collision is unlike anything I have ever experienced. These guys will literally go above and beyond in any and every facet possible when it comes to getting things right.I had a very extensive repair (over 17K) that I was very hesitant about because of how involved it was. Initially my repair was to be dropped off at the Downtown (Pico) location because of the close proximity to my house. They changed it to the Ladera location because they were less backed up and could take care of the repair faster - they first asked me then took it upon themselves to get a tow truck and get it moved within 2 days of calling me - very happy about this.Because of the complexity of using insurance to get approval for certain jobs, this was a long process, but one that they almost entirely took care of themselves. They would call my insurance for me, book appointments with the dealership, and take care of a lot to the paperwork. Brian and Tony at Ladera - the managers - were nothing short of amazing when assisting me in this lengthly process. Brian would call me every week with an update, even if it was to tell me that things would take a little longer than expected.After completion, Tony personally walked me thorough everything that they did for me and told me that if I have any issues in the future to call him personally to get them addressed.As you can imagine, with a 17k repair, there were a couple things after that needed to be re-touched. Tony did took care of these things without hesitation and often had turn-around-times in less than 48 hours which is unheard of in any industry, let alone the auto-repair industry. Even when we had to request more funds from geico, he did not make me call them to be on hold for hours, but they took care of everything, AND EVEN PUT ME IN A COURTESY RENTAL (multiple times!).A couple months afterwards I had an issue with a tire that needed to be replaced, and I asked them to take another look at my alignment and to verify that everything was ok. Because there were multiple branches involved, the regional manager, Jack, was the one to reach out to me directly. I told him the entire story and he promised that they would get this right for me.I ended up taking my car to the pico location where I worked with Alex, because it was closer to my apartment. Even though he wasn’t the one who did the original repair, he took me in as if he were working on the car for months. He kindly transferred my car to the Ladera location, had them inspect it, and brought it back to me. This was 24-hour turn around time (and they even gave me a ride to where I needed to go after dropping the car off).They assured me that everything of ok, readjusted my alignment and checked all the other symptoms I was having with the car. They brought my car back to the downtown location WASHED, VACUUMED, AND FULL OF GAS -WHO DOES THAT?? Incredible.I didn’t ask any of them to do this and they truly went above and beyond to ensure me that I felt taken care of and that I was valued as a customer. I have had many issues in my life with cars, but never have I ever had this level of customer service by any estimation. These guys, Jack, Tony, Brian and Alex are absolutely phenomenal. They stand behind their work, and when things go awry they are extremely quick to get on top of things and make them right.When it comes to reviews/feedback - people are quick to complain, and slow to be thankful, but this entire experience was too positive and too incredible to not share my story. For as long as I have a car I will only get work done at Calliber Collisions - I will also be referring all of my patients, friends and Family.From one very thankful customer - Words can’t express how appreciative I am for all of you - Thank you guys so much for getting me back on track.

Caliber was a pre-approved auto shop approved by our insurance company as well as the company of the liable party (Mercury and E-surance, respectively); we had $4200 worth of front bumper repairs, passenger door alignment, plus paint. Jacqueline and Saray at the front desk were extremely accommodating in handling me as a walk-in to schedule the initial estimate, and auto-tech Fernando kept me abreast of the process and delivered my vehicle looking better than it had in months. They also guarantee their repairs for as long as you own your car, with a 10 year guarantee on their paint jobs.Auto repair places are inherently sad places: nobody really wants to be there and stress levels are elevated for everybody. If you want your car done right the first time, give your repair staff a little leverage by a day or two just to get things right and be nice to everybody. I found everybody at this Caliber nothing short of first rate and would highly recommend them to out-of-pocket customers as well for a first-class experience.

My insurance company selected this auto body shop. My car was brought in for ignition replacement almost 4 weeks ago. They are not clear when it comes to the condition that my vehicle is currently in. “Paint is drying, ignition won’t start, may need to order new parts again”. Turns out, their employees are not capable of fixing the ignition issue so they are bringing in a third party vendor to do the job. If it’s not done this week I’m having my car transferred to a new shop.

In and out same day. What more do I need to say? :))
