The best shop I have ever experienced!The whole staff is super friendly and they will do their best to help you with your problems and claims. Even few month after the repair, they fixed some of my problems with no cost. The customer service is always phenomenal whenever I call the main number for inquiries. All staffs are well trained and very professional.The best shop to go in LA!!

They were very clear about when my car would be ready, updated me regularly, and were really hospitable when I went to pick it up. (The repairs looked great, and my car was spotless otherwise.) My car was almost 2 months there and when I pick it up I realized that the parts that they “supposed to repair” was very bad quality, So now I have to pay extra money to someone else to fix what they caused to my car. I don’t recommend this place for any reason!!

I took my car in to replace a catalytic converter which was stolen off my vehicle as arranged for repair through Geico, trusting Geico to recommend a quality mechanic. These hustlers pretended to not be aware of anti-theft measures and sent me on my way pretending like preventative theft devices were some Byzantine concept. The part was stolen again three days later and I am responsible for the deductible. Do not trust them. They are not looking out for you.

The communication from the beginning was excellent I dealt with Sergio Harry and Jonathan. Total time from the accident to the day I picked up my car was approximately 3 weeks. When I picked up the car there was some minor complications that United was more than happy to work out for me. I am extremely happy with their quality of service their level of professionalism as well as their outstanding communication very nice and pleasant people to deal with I would highly recommend them to my friends and family

United Collision Specialists is doing business right. I was nervous about my daughter dealing with car repairs on her own in LA, but these guys took care of her. Sergio and his team did excellent work at a great price, and even fixed some things they didnt need to without charging more. They deserve your business. My highest recommendation!

I brought my car in to have the front passenger side door fixed which was damaged by a rolling cart. When I picked up my car on the day they said it would be done, it looked like it had never had any paintwork done on it!There was also a small dent on the front fender which was never included on the initial estimate, they went the extra mile to remove a dent for me on the fender, which I was never charged, they did it as a courtesy!!!What impressed me the most is that they actually finished my vehicle on the promise date, unlike other body shops. I was notified every step of the way by the estimator that was handling my car. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, it was spotless!! inside and out....Living in greater Los Angeles area, insurance costs go up quickly, I choose to not go through my insurance company for the damage which ended up being a wise decision on my part. These guys did the complete repair ++dent for less then my deductible.Thank You Royal Motorsports!!!

I took my my car to United Collisions because of an accident. Right from the start, seeing how helpful and accommodating they are, I knew I could trust them. Serg helped me all along. He advised me on how to deal with the person who had hit my car from the back and wanted to settle without informing his insurance, and when I decided to call his insurance company, what steps to take with the insurance company. My case was a bit complicated but all the issues were resolved in no time because of their help. Now I have my car back and it looks as good as new.

I recently got into a car accident in the Fresno area and United Collision Specialist came to the rescue. I had to get my car shipped over 500 miles round trip, they did it with no questions asked. United Collision Specialist went above and beyond my expectations. My car had sever undercarriage damage which was not visible. Instead of Jerry rigging the car they did a thoroughly inspection and figured my car should be totaled so I would not have long term issues. I did not expect it to be totaled but after I saw the car stripped i was thankful that they took their time to find all the issues. They kepth me updated on every step of the way. They were easy to work with and were able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Ive been coming to United for over 8 years. I started going to their first location on Pico Blvd and now go their new shop on Beverly BLVD. This is the best collision center in Los Angeles, hands down. Serjio and his staff will bend over backwards to help you get your car back on the road as soon as possible. Their work is incredible and quick! My whole family trusts this place to fix all of their European luxury cars. A++++

Friendly and courteous service coupled with expert work. Serg and his team went above and beyond my expectations and fixed my daughters car on a timely manner. There is nothing fun about being involved in an accident, but being treated as well as I did by United Collision Specialists team surely eased some of the inconvenience.

This place was nice at first, and I let them take my car, they noticed me in the street stranded, they seemed trust worthy, but now they have my car and they want to charge me $450 to get my car out, how much is towing anyways?...like $120, I was never quoted anything. And a cousin of mine was treated the same way, but my cousin told me that at the end of it all, they dont show you an itemized list of the spending they do, so the work is pure cosmetic work, on the inside their could be broke peices and could cause an accident or worse. If they finish the work they dont go back and fix it, they have to charge the insurance again and again.. Im working hard to get my car out of there, so far I havnt signed anything, so I should get my car out..one way or another.

I cant say enough about United Collision Specialists. Serge and the entire team are dynamic individuals who really took care of me and my cars. After my daughter was in a terrible accident, and her Mini Cooper totaled, United Collision came in and help us sort our problems between us and the insurance company, while storing the car. They were a huge relief in a traumatic time.I then brought my Mercedes E400 to them for a full detailing, and the work was spectacular. It had scratches, chipped paint and needed tons of TLC. I drove off in a brand spankin new car. The best part is that they got the car at noon, and were done by 4pm. WOW!Big thanks to United Collision Specialists...you guys are rock stars!
