Beware of this place.While I have had this body shop do repairs on four previous cars prior to this experience, and the repair work on those cars was excellent, this time something went wrong and the clear coat that they applied is falling off. I spoke to Gus, the manager, and and he denies responsibility for their clearly defective work. He left the situation where I have to get my lawyer involved.I understand that sometimes things go wrong but to deny responsibility for their work makes it clear that you should avoid this place at all costs.

It’s rare for me to leave reviews, but I just have to for Paulee Body Shop. I took my car in after my insurance recommended to the location for repairs to my bumper. The customer service is some of the best I’ve ever come across. I had special request to reapply an aftermarket piece to my bumper during their repairs, which they didn’t hesitate to do. The repairs to my vehicle came out perfect. The paint matched perfectly (pearl white) and did a great job of detailing my car. A gentlemen named Carlos worked on my car in case anyone wants to request him specifically. Gus the GM of the location was awesome. Cool down to earth dude who you can tell is all about the people. I highly recommend this place.

I had my Tesla repaired in here. They are a Tesla certified body shop. I have been a customer for past 3 years. They are the most honest, professional and courthouse body shop in town. Gus the adjuster was on top of the situation from start to the end and was very professional and kept informing me on the progress of the work. Honestly they bend backwards to keep their customers happy.

Wow. This is place is amazing. Little emergency with chemical stains on black car. We pulled up and the team got on it immediately. They fixed it within 10 minutes. Above and beyond, could not be happier. Thank you!

Took my 2014 Lexus CT 200h here to get some minor body work done on the lower rear passenger panel (below the door) to remove a 10inch dent. The price was negotiable due to the fact I was paying cash and the breakdown of costs was well presented. No issues with the car after repairs, and the car looked just like new. Thanks guys!

Went here for a bumper replacement after a rear-end accident. It was through the at-fault drivers insurance, but everything went smoothly. Steve was quick, honest and communicative. I did have a problem with the part being on back-order, but Steve made up for it in service. Very trustworthy and easy. Will definitely use in the future.

THE BEST BODY SHOP EVER! Paulees body shop has the best service ever. We recently had a fender bender in a parking garage, and were referred here by a friend. They were very quick in getting an estimate and the service didnt stop there. They went above and beyond at every turn. We dropped off the car and they called the rental company for us and had them pick us up. Originally, they told us it would take two weeks which was a problem because we were going out of town. They told us it wouldnt be a problem - either they would finish before we left or theyd hold the car till we came back. Well the very next week we were called to pick the car up. The repair was flawless, obviously, as it should be. But what really brought everything home was the fact that the car was not only washed, but it was detailed inside and out. I recommend this body shop to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much!!

After doing an estimate on the damage, they were able to order the parts, paint, and do the prep work ahead of time so I could keep my car for an additional week before I brought it back in for repairs. I so happy to be reunited with my Mexican blankets today, I received a call from Paulees shop the other day letting me know they were found, after my car was towed there from a theft recovery, there were stolen objects that were not mine, and I had mentioned those items are not mine and they mistakenly threw my blankets in the trash. My car looks great and I can now resume my yoga practice with my favorite blankets. Gus was a terrific service adviser! He was very helpful in expediting my service, communicating the status of my car repairs, and he even gave me a discounted price on an additional dent that would not have easily been covered by insurance. I called in the morning to see if they could fix my headlight. They took me right away when I showed up right before they were going to close and were very friendly and didnt even charge me for labor, just the bulb. So nice!!!

Although the body work on my car was relatively minor the work was performed in an exceptional manner, the cost was more than reasonable and the speed was highly satisfactory. The service and consideration by Gus was excellent and I will certainly return to Paulee if any repairs are required in the future. I have experienced many fender benders and scrapes since my first car in 1955 but I have never dealt with a finer body shop.

INTEGRITY. The quality that I admire in business and that I admire in Paulee Auto Body. My fiancee wrecked her car during the weekend and on the recommendation of the tow truck driver, we dropped it off at Paulee. A few days later I was surprised by two things; that the insurance company was going to total it and that the charge for storage, inspection, etc. by Paulee was over $1000. I contacted Carlos at Paulee and told him that the one thousand dollars they were charging was coming out of MY pocket, not the insurance companys and asked if they could work with me on it. Carlos said that the insurance company should have covered it and not charged me. He then spoke to the owner and explained that they want to take care of their customers, not the insurance companies, so they wrote me a check for the full amount negating any out of pocket expense to me! I was blown away at the level of integrity, customer service and consideration they showed me. For this reason, I would recommend anybody to Paulee Auto Body.

Ive been to Paulees 3 times with different new Mercedeses and a new Porsche during the past couple of years. Each time Eric and Rodney have taken really good care of me, and each time theyve done an excellent job, and delivering the vehicles on time. They have always negotiated with the insurance company to make sure that everything gets covered.

An amazing quality of service

This place is a neighborhood disgrace. Every day their staff and service workers park their personal cars, and customer cars being serviced as overflow, along the streets in front of our homes, runining the limited parking accessible to our friends and family, as well as anyone else visiting the Catholic church and school. When confronted they become hostile and confrontational, claiming they dont speak or understand English, and in one case actually trying to hit me with cars when confronted. This problem has been on-going for years, but was overlooked when it was one or two cars, now they fill entire street sides with 4 to 8 cars. They also loiter on their lunch breaks, and at 5pm when they leave work, consuming alcohol publicly in and around their cars, while also destroying the lawns of our neighbors. They have also been confronted using our street to do their own mechanical work at night while drinking and playing loud music. This epidemic needs to stop as many families with children and pets are feeling unsafe and we all feel that our neighboorhood is underseige and so far their management has ignored the issues and told us that it isnt their responsibility, regardless of the shirts they wear with their company name and logo. Members of our community have begun recording their activities daily and are having police patrols during lunch and evening hours to put a stop to the public drinking and harassment. We just want customers to be aware that this business is contributing to a public nuisance to our community, and we want them to take responsibility for their staff, as we fight to reclaim our family neighborhood.

Employees are reckless. They show a complete disregard for pedestrians and vehicles requiring service while illegally parking overflow vehicals on neighborhood streets, occupying our limited parking.Witnessed one of their employees almost hit a pedestrian while nearly wrecking a tesla! They terrorize the community and think its okay.Bad business practice.

They messed with my girls(not really more like I wish she was my wifey) car, straight up took her money and disrespected her and the damn car! its been months and nothing!!! just the run around!

My Vehicle was towed in here by insurance company. They emailed me a BLANK estimate form, which they told me to sign & return! Then, when I called the next-day, and asked if this was an error, they said No. I told them I would need to see an actual estimate from them, and they said they would get it and get back with me. I am still waiting to hear back.......no communication at all!

This is The WORST body shop in Los Angeles. Do NOT go to this body shop. They took four months, they withheld our vehicle even when it was done. They are absolutely shady and unprofessional.THE WORST PLACE IN TOWN.
