Unbelievable service. Our Mercedes was involved in a very bad wreck. The damage was extensive and severe (first picture doesnt do justice to the amount of damage). World Auto took on the job and did so enthusiastically. They dealt with the insurance company. They kept us informed throughout. Their work is truly top notch. I couldnt ask for better service, customer support, and body work. Ive also rarely seen the level of friendliness and professionalism every single person I interacted with showed. I can be a little picky sometimes, but these folks gave no opportunity for any of that! Highly highly recommend!

As a woman, I had one of the best car detailing/mechanic shop experience of my entire life. No condescending talk, no overcharging- just genuine assistance.I arrived to get a quote on how much it would cost to remove a scratch from my car and was told that they could handle it then and there.Service was very professional. The staff was friendly and accommodating.I’d recommend them.

Totally impressed by my first mini-experience with World Auto Body & Paint Center. Particularly impressed with the gentleman (named Hov) - who greeted me and handled my situation quickly, honestly, and.... at no charge. I even tried to tip the guys a small amount when they were done with the quick job and great work - but they declined.I had a light scratch and discoloration on my bumper and my side-mirror, so I took my vehicle into the main entrance/drive-up and inquired about getting an estimate to repair the two, minor issues. Hov and his colleague took a look at each issue and made an honest recommendation to polish out the scratches (that were so shallow, they arent worth paying to buff/paint). After polishing my bumper and applying a solution to mirror, both issues are resolved, and youd never know that either scratch ever happened.Honest, class act. Highly recommend and already have to one person since leaving earlier today.

Went in for a scuff...scratched down to the metal...bumper needed to be repainted...quick turnaround, high quality paint, very easy process, cant understate how simple it was. matching the paint was not a problem for them at all (MB polar white) . great service! also staff is great, front desk was very polite. mechanics were cool. thanks again world auto!

Great experience dealing with them, they work fast and efficiently. From the start they are very kind, when I took my car they told me exactly what needed to be done and reassured me that they were able to get the job done. They kept me updated with everything. Simply the best service from World Auto. From Yolanda, the manager to Hov, the technician, they made me feel like family and all my questions were answered. The damage from the accident was pretty substantial so I was very shaken after the accident. Noticing this, Yolanda actually made the calls to my insurance and the other drivers insurance. I also felt that I can trust Hovs expertise and advice that eventually I stopped directing any calls to State Farm and went straight to Hov. My car looks brand new. Thank you so much World Auto!

I thought I had scratched the rear bumper of the car but instead of tying to scam me, these guys just told me it was probably residue from bumping into the curb and ended up taking it off for free with some paint thinner. Guys were great and honest people 10/10 would do business again.👍🏽

It wasnt what I wanted to hear, but his honesty and integrity was highly valued. Came here to buy a quart of Paint & Clear Coat to paint my bumper. The color was a perfect match. Very Knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to answer my questions. Prices are a little higher than the chain stores, (ie: Auto Zone). However, you are purchasing quality professional products that would be used on your car in a body shop. Not a diy spray can. So if you compare to a body shop, your getting a great price and the confidence knowing your doing it the right way.

These guys are great. I brought my car in for some new tires and a few other things, and they did everything for less than I expected for just the tires! And were done the same day.

Had my Cadillac SUV repaired there a year ago. Very satisfied with the repair, but more importantly, I had a small fender bender that popped out a few items and scuffed the bumper. I went in to get an estimate and they fixed it all, no charge! These were fairly simple fixes, but within 2 minutes the guy was on the ground under my car fixing things and then buffed out the bumper to look as good as new. You just dont find this type of service these days. Thanks guys! You earned a customer for life (although hopefully not).

I had an awesome experience with Hov and the rest of the team! I was recently T-boned by another driver who’s insurance hardly covered the damage done. Hov fought the insurance company to raise my estimate for me and in the end I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket (the World Auto team even washed and detailed my car when I came to pick it up). Great people and service, will definitely come back again!

I was rear ended on the freeway in a hit and run. A tow truck driver from World Auto Body happened to be passing by and towed my car to the shop for me. From there everything was shockingly smooth. Yolanda and the rest of the team communicated timeframes and specifics clearly, and their professionalism was second to none. They did an incredible job and will definitely be my go-to spot from here on out.

Came here completely out of chance. I’m new to LA and had an accident on my way home from work and no idea where to go when my toe guy actually called World Auto Body and asked them to stay open long enough to bring my car there. They did, and we’re so kind and courteous! My car was totaled so I ended up not having to get work done, but when I got in another accident in the new car three months later, they were equally amazing! Took great care of me & my car and took me over to Enterprise to get a rental. Honestly it feels like they made it so easy it was like I didn’t get in an accident at all - my car certainly doesn’t look like it too!Anyway, I’ll definitely be going back for more work if something happens & I’ve told everyone I know to do the same. Armen, Hov, & the rest of the staff are all awesome!

My car was pretty banged up when I brought it in. Was originally told it would take about a month and a half. The guys here got it done in less than that. They took care of my car and every time I called them, they always had positive news and updates on my car. Now I can get back to work and ride comfortably. World Auto is amazing! Great work and above and beyond customer service.Our refrigerated van was rear-ended at a stop-light. Sounds like nothing, but the job became complicated because of the refrigeration factor. Then doubly complicated because the insurance carrier of the guy who hit us--although its a well-known company and he was fully covered--only rents replacement vehicles from Enterprise. And Enterprise has no refrigerated vans. Ryder was asking $4,000 deposit for a 10-12 day rental--which WE were going to have to come up with. It was a mess. We found a local car rental for less; while Armen interfaced with the insurance Co.; got the payment expedited; took the van to the refrigeration company and did the repair in record time. Then polished up all the miscellaneous scratches so the thing looked brand new. Beautiful, generous people and great work.

When I broke my drivers side mirror and messaged a bunch of places on yelp, this place responded and worked quickly and efficiently to fix it. I did not know many places to go as it was my first time living in Los Angeles away from my dad (who usually does the car stuff for me), but this place was able to help me with everything I needed and answer all of my rookie car questions.

I dont know where to begin. Ive never experienced a team of such dedicated, hard working, and empathetic group of guys. Everyone from the receptionist/ bookkeeper to the owner and manger were helpful, kind, and generous. So much so that Ive almost forgotten I was in an accident. I have got in an accident with my Subaru, and Armen with Arhur took care of it. They have went beyond what they ought to do in order to make me happy. As to the job itself, I am very impressed( they had to redo front completely with hood, changing everything up to an engine)! I would not say my car has been to an accident at all. Thank again guys.

I have a Mercedes C300 that needed some body work done after a hit and run. I dealt with Arthur and Armen. Both honest guys who really want the best for your car at the best price, but dont mickey mouse anything. I had gone to another shop beforehand that gave me a lower estimate in less time, but they were only going to cover up the problem rather than fix it, which would have costed me much more in the long run. These 2 are knowledgeable and stand by their work so they truly give you the best service with full warranty. Very nice people to deal with who listen to your concerns and provide you a full breakdown of the services theyll be doing and the parts they will be ordering, explaining everything (which is nice for those who arent too car saavy). They keep you in the loop. Id have to say this is the best experience Ive had with a body shop and it is now my go-to place. Also, theres an Enterprise Rent-a-Car just across the street you could walk to, but you can also get a ride.
