I had brought my KIA FORTE to carstar because they are part of a list of auto body shops my insurance works with. I’m glad I did. I took my car in and got it back the same day. I am satisfied with the work and the fact that I was able to get it back the same day and not have to go and rent a car.

Great customer service and everyone was very kind and helped in a timely manner. The gentleman that helped me with my car, took time to answer all my questions and gave me great advice.

Took my car here to get some repairs on my front bumper through State Farm. I’ve never had a repair done through insurance and they were super patient with me when I was surprised by the amount. Excellent service, great repair, everything was easy & on time, and the car feels like they completed basic courtesy repairs as well. 10/10 highly recommend.

I was struck by a truck and my tow truck driver suggested this location for me to work on my Subaru. I had never really had to leave my car at a shop for so long(30 days) but they definitely made me feel at ease by updating me with information and staying on top of the whole process. When I received my car it looked even better than before the incident. Much appreciated CARSTAR! I will definitely keep you in mind if anyone ever needs this service.

FRIDA IS THE WORSE! I went to talk to them to tell them I needed my car fixed due to a car crash and Frida Said to come back after I got a estimate and a check so after a month I got the check and I call they didn’t answer she returned the call 3 hours later and told me to take pictures. I sent her pictures asked if I could take my car and no answer called back the next day and no answer after about the 4th call she answers and says she gotta talk to the specialist or whatever and my attorney called her the next day and she didn’t even answer her and after she finally answered she tells my attorney that I should look else where. How unprofessional!! Could’ve said that the first day I went. She doesn’t even answer so don’t waste your time here! If you’re so booked like you say SAY IT THE MOMENT YOU ANSWER

They are quick and professional the fact they would rather have me keep my car until they have a opening and get it repaired same day or the day after was amazing and repair was great and they washed my car after super great customer service defenitly would recommend and use them again

This was such an easy and professional experience. I was hit by another driver at the start of the year, and this was one of the suggested body shops from State Farm (the other drivers insurance). I was impressed by their kindness to me. They helped me figure out Enterprise and coordinated with them to pick me up and return the car. They were communicating with me a lot during the process. I needed some photos for insurance and they took them for me because it was in the shop. I would come back to them any time.

I was involved in a minor fender bender when my car was ONLY 10 days old, the person that hit me unfortunately was distracted with his phone but anyways, I was looking around for a shop with very high standards and really good reviews . I came across First Choice Auto Body and the young lady who answered the phone couldn’t have been anymore polite and helpful ! It was amazing the level of customer service she provided, what made me seal the deal with this location was she said not to confirm anything yet through the internet for me to go down there so they can give me a better timeframe, which honesty that’s was the best thing she said, they weren’t interested in just making money but genuinely cared about my time, my car there aren’t many places left like this .My appointment was made for a few days later but she told me it would be done the same day, I dropped off my car at 930am and picked it up a little after 530pm which they close at 530 but my Uber was taking a bit longer than expected due to traffic so I immediately called her and she said no worries I will wait . 5 stars across the board on everything, I definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing some work done on their vehicle . OH!!! I almost forgot they even washed my vehicle after the hit was fixed and painted like wow ! Couldn’t have been any happier thank you guys ! I really appreciate it . :)

This place is the best! Had my car done in a day and I couldn’t believe the work they did. My back bumper was completely smashed up and now it looks brand new. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, on top of everything. I will definitely be using this place if I ever need to again.

The folks here do great work. If you need any collision work done right, take it here. My entire back end was smashed in and now it is like it never happened. They even took my car in and had it detailed and looking brand new when I came to pick it up. Edwin was very friendly and seems like a good honest guy. I also had some issues with my storage unit and had to have a bunch of things in my car and they didnt complain or anything. Which they probably could have! But they didnt! Wow!!
