I went in for my State Inspection. I was greeted when I came in the door. I received prompt, courteous service. I didnt have to wait very long and I was on my way. When I need any work done that can be handled by Firestone, this is the place Ill go. I was treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this shop.

What a nightmare. I do NOT recommend this Firestone.The customer service is horrible and they overprice for sure. A $20 dollar part cost $143.00 that is price gouging. I ordered tires online, site said they were in stock. I made a 10AM appointment, the store called before my appointment to let me know they did not have the product in hand but the tires would be there that day. It was another $260 on top of the price of the tires. Im not sure they didnt mess up the tire studd in the first place. Will not use this place again.

I had been a loyal customer for over a decade. They suggested I needed new shocks for my Altima. During the installation the mechanic actually pulled the securing bolt from the frame out instead of tightening the shock in place. Even after presenting photographic proof of the damage, they repeatedly lied and refused to admit they damaged my car. It cost me $1500 to get it fixed at another repair shop. I havent spent a dime at Firestone for the last 3 years. Hows your bottom line now Firestone? A bit less Im sure.

Took forever to find the right parts needed for a tire only one lug it and bolt was needed and it took them 2 hours to find it. Then took them another hour to fix it.

Scam!! They will rip you off!! Usually take my wifes car here for an oil change. I asked to have the brakes inspected due to some intermittent grinding. They called and told it would be nearly 700$ for new rotors and pads for the front. And they should of been replaced along time ago. Ive never seen a car with only 70k miles need new rotors. They also began to tell me I needed new shocks, my tires were wearing badly and I needed new tires and alignment, the tires are only a year old, and the oil filter housing was leaking. I told them to just replace the oil filter housing since they were doing the oil change anyway. They charged me 97$ for just the part! I looked up the part number on the invoice and its only a 40$ part at most parts places. I Took it to a well known local shop recommended by friends and was told the car could still drive 15k-20k miles before the brakes needed work. Even told me they would feel guilty for charging me for new brakes because they were not needed and The tires were wearing absolutely perfect. when I went to pick up the car from Firestone I was treated terrible, probably because I declined all their recommendations. They even tried to make me feel guilty over the phone and they asked me if it was because I didnt have the money to pay for all the repairs.... I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and watched the guy play on his phone in the service area, I finally had to go around and walk into the garage area to ask if anyone was working the front counter. Terrible terrible terrible!! Will not take any vehicle to another Firestone as long as I live.

Be careful! Dont go there for a brake job......my daughter took her jeep for new rear brake pads and they gave her a $2600 estimate that included replacing calipers, shocks, alignments, and bunch of other parts. Went to another place and had new brakes for $250.

Second time Ive been here. FANTASTIC, friendly, fast service. Wonderful people, all of them. This will be my go-to place from now on!

This place is a complete joke. I guess because I am a woman they thought they could get me with a whole list of things wrong with my vehicle. When I knew exactly what was wrong with it and once I left there took it to another shop they found the same thing I found with it and fixed it. Showed them what Firestone told me was wrong with it and they laughed.My truck runs perfectly fine now. Just because I am a woman doesn’t mean I don’t know what is wrong with my vehicle.

I couldnt even get any air put into my tire told they was too busy I wouldnt never recommend this location to any family or friends and feel the only reason they didnt wanna take the time out because of my skin color

They were very good to really check my car out so I knew what it would cost to fix it and how long it would take to do it all.

Bought 4 new tires from here and none of my tires were balanced. My jeep was riding rough and shaking. Asked them about getting it looked at and tried to schedule me an appt a week out. I do not trust there work, poor service performance. Will never go here again!!

The guys really help me out of a tight spot and was more than willing to help me reach my goal for that day which was getting my brakes repaired i will ever be grateful for all the staff at Firestone.

Trying to charge 1200 bucks for a 600 dollar job

The absolute worst place to take your vehicle. I had a lady wanting to buy a vehicle from me. She took this Toyota pick up in and they wanted $5900 in repairs that it did not need. I have been in the car business as a professional Senior Master technician for a long time. I pride my self on honesty. They wanted to rebuild the entire brake system that has absolutely no issues. They said it needed front wheel bearings that I just replaced. Also said it needed a cabin air filter. This was also just replaced. So this tells me they did not even look at the vehicle and were just trying to sell a bunch of unneeded work.

I have been to the dealership, I do get my oil changes at valvolene, but when I need a lot of service at once...I only go to Firestone. Mike is wonderful to deal with. They are honest and work with you as much as they can. I am sitting here now waiting, but they got my truck in immediately and going quickly.Highly recommend!

Will not use this Firestone again until Michael the manager is fired. My daughter took her vehicle to this Firestone for a front brake job and an expection of the whole vehicle. I even talked to the mechanic before I left her there he said no other work was required accept brake fluid flush. I declined brake flush and just had the new brakes and rotors turned. Daughter picked up vehicle and was making a weird noise took it back and they said that the rotors needed to be replaced and front hub bearings needed to be replaced I asked how come I wasnt told this the first time they said he was a new mechanic. They would not repair the brakes unless I purchase new rotors. Called corporate filed a complaint and as you can see on the receipt thats what was needed the second time we took it there. Corporate had me to take the vehicle to a another Firestone down the road on High Street they repaired the brakes the correct way. I asked if the front end needed any additional work they said no. Walked out of the second Firestone paid nothing. corporate help me repair this vehicle for my daughter. I believe they took advantage of her because she was a girl. FYI I was prepared to take this to small claims court just for the principle because of the way I was treated by Michael the manager at this Firestone.

I recently found out that Firestone does not fully honor their tire warranty. 4-70,000 mile tires were purchased approximately 3 years ago for my wifes SUV, and they currently have 40,000 miles on them. One of the tires began making a lot of road noise, and my wife took it to this location and was told it was a bad tire. She was also told that the warranty was void because it didnt show in their system that the tires were rotated at regular recommended times. Whenever she had an oil change done at the dealer they rotated the tires, and I recently started changing the oil and rotating the tires. Because Firestone didnt do it, or you dont have every service receipt showing rotation, then the tire warranty is null and void. I have never had this issue before from Firestone. I do not recommend you purchase tires from Firestone, especially this location. They have lost me as a customer.

The associate that helped me was great. He helped me with the best tire and was very kind.

I when to have my oil and filter changed and was the 1st one in the shop but, they told me it would be 4 hours before they could get to me. I left and went to the Valvoline shop on Loop 281 and had great service.

Went there to try to get a tire fixed the manager was rude and stated that it was impossible since he only had one technician. Talked to us like we were beneath him wasnt even willing to help. I know Ill never go back there again and that manager needs to be fired and learned how to talk to customers in a professional way and quit being lazy.

Staff...great... no long wait

Went there due to my truck having some lights come on in the dash. I got a whole list of problems and was quoted over $2,000 in issues, with over $1,500 of those problems being “necessary”. The employee kept pushing me to get such and such insurance on all the things I’d be paying for several times. I initially agreed but then decided to take it to another shop. When I took it, they found ZERO problems. Sure enough since then (about 8 months) I have had no problems with my truck. What made me write this is not only that experience, but my friend recently told me she was charged $40 to get her oil changed, then went there and dealt with someone else who charged her $60. When she confronted him, he then only charged her $40. They are dishonest and will try to charge girls more. Please go to other places before you agree to pay them to fix anything.

Coasted into their parking lot with a dead electrical system. Had the part and got me in right away. Nathan was excellent. They also have an enviable safety record here which means they care about employees and customers.

Went in for an oil change, left with an oil change, 4 new tires and an alignment. All of these needed to be done although its never easy to fork out the major cost. The gentleman that checked me in wasnt the friendliest. He was verbalizing that he was trying to leave. The guy who took over my care, Nate, I believe was very friendly and informative. He answered all of my questions with kindness. I know I will be returning.

I went to Firestone, needing some specialty tires for my love hot rod, they did not have the tires on needed, but the store manager looked and looked and looked located the tires I needed somewhere else in Longview sent one of his employees across town to pick up the tires, for me, I have never seen a store manager in a tire store, go let distance for a customer, Firestone should be blessed to have that man working for him, I would recommend Firestone complete auto care on judging road 100 percent fair prices, good people, they actually make you feel welcome in their store

Friendly and professional service. I prefer to go here even though there are service centers closer to home. They offer convenient weekend appointments to fit my work schedule, and are vendor for my companys fleet program.

The crew on Judson Road is professional and very informative. They keep you updated as they work on your vehicle. Always happy to answer your questions. They take walk ins but making an appointment will reduce your wait time.

Buyer beware. In a emergency we went there to get our brakes checked. They said we needed 4 new rotors, I knew we didnt. Told them to forget it. Took it to our regular shop on Monday, the rotors were fine and barely needed to be turned. If youre not experienced with cars and trucks they will take advantage of you.

I live over 50 miles from Longview. When I got off work I noticed an issus with my tire. They close at 7pm, it was almost 6pm when I got there. They took the extra time to install 4 new tires on my car. They were professional in explaining the warranty information. The manager was very nice. They earned my business from now on. Such a rip-off. Saved half the price on tires at discount tires. How can they get away with their prices. Dont like being held hostage on my inspection requiring new tires.

They will attempt to nickel and dime you. Having $780.00 of work done. I get a call, they want to charge me an extra $16 for a bolt. I asked, is there something special about this bolt? He said, No. He said they will have to order a pack of them. I ask so am I paying for the whole pack? He said, Yes!......WTH...Going to pick it up today. I bet they don’t even want to give me the pack of bolts.

They completed the work but are calling and bugging me to death telling me that the car needs to be brought back to them until the work has been paid for. I explained again to the only service writer on duty for the last 2 days that Valvoline Oil Change would be the payor of that job. NOT me!

It had a business feel to it. I do appreciate the free air pressure check but customer service was okay and a bit pricey

Even if you bring your car in for something small be prepared to have them find all kinds of other stuff wrong with your car. If you agree to have that new stuff fixed, lo and behold: even more stuff will be found that needs to be fixed. If you allow it, this process will go on uninterrupted until theyve replaced your entire car. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer service

I was having a state inspection done. I had looked all over my truck to make sure it would pass. They call me saying it failed state. Needs wipers and $1000.00 of other repairs. The wipers was fine when I took it in. They torn both wipers on both ends. I will never go back!!!!!!!!!

The manager here is a very honest guy. No bs and trying to sell you what you dont need.

My wife took her Tahoe to get an inspection and they turned her down because they claimed her tires were at 0/32. I gauged them myself and granted they are close to needing replaced they are not 0. They were actually, according to another shop, 5/32 and 6/32. They wanted her to get a frontend alignment and a brake flush as well. I took it to all Star muffler and brake, they took pics and had DOT verify that they did indeed pass. I believe because they were dealing with a woman they would be able to make a quick buck. I will never do business with them and will file a complaint with the BBB as well as their corporate office.

Edit: Very disappointed in them. Went to get a bulb replaced in my headlight and they wanted to charge 80 dollars. Make sure you check your prices before you have any work done.Kind people who are helpful but mistakes made during inspection. Wrong vin numbers were written down on state inspection causing me to go through a big ordeal. Took longer to get mistake fixed than it took for inspection. Check paperwork before leaving.

Been here for 4 hours waiting to get tires, i lost my locking lug key and this so called tire shop could not even break off the cap. Just pathetic. They will never get my business again. Another guy goes in for a battery and had been there longer than I. They have tried to upsale every single customer there. How can firestone even back this place???

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!If I could leave a lower rating I would, absolutely horrible! I came in with brand new tires needing. Front end alignment and balance on my tires, they suggest the beads instead of the weights I have amp mud terrian attack tires so I said alright, well I drove away and got on i-20 at about 70-75mph my truck shook so bad that I couldnt bare it, I took it to another tire shop they told me when they tore into my tires there was the passenger side front tire that had 2 weights and the rest of the tires had none along with ZERO beads suggesting they acting performed the service I paid for, drove away after they fixed it (rent-A-wheel) Tyler tx, they did a great job! I called Firestone told them what I had found out, they told me to come in tmmrw and talk to them (today) I go in and the gentleman (Nathan) at the counter made it sound like I was a liar for blaming them for not performing the services and told me he watched the technician himself do it ! Long story short I got my money back! I WILL NOT be returning to this Firestone or any other Firestone they have shady practices and scam ppl out of there money in a heart beat!

Took my car on for a air leak in my front left tire and was told it wasn’t repairable. I decided to take it to another tire shop just to be sure. The second tire shop fixed the tire and didn’t charge me a dime.

They are ALWAYS so amazing!! I have been to other car care places in the past but will NEVER go any place else again.

Ive had Firestone taking care of my car since brand new in 2007,but I will never take it back to them.EVER.
