I had two right side tires on my Toy hauler went bad. I was fully loaded with my Polaris Sportsman 850 and a 100 gals of water. They fixed me up very quickly. Nice shop good folks.

We blew a tire on I5. Called and were told it would be about 2 hours. 40 min later Ben showed up. He changed out our blown tire with our spare and we were on the road. Ben was professional, courteous, friendly and very polite. We thank this Les Schwab and Ben. You guys are awesome.

Ive tried twice to get an alignment. First time they informed me after I got home that they wouldnt be able to perform the alignment due to worn out tie rods and rack and pinion bushings. Which wasnt the case, the real issue was a steering rack guide. Not the $600 bill I was quoted.After this I decided to give them another chance to align the truck since I called days in advance and they said I would absolutely be able to be worked in. I dropped it off today right after they opened and left the keys. They said I would receive a call when it was done. I waited until 4:30 and began to worry as they close at 6. I called to check on progress and see if there were issues. I got my phone call transferred to the shop and was informed the truck was still receiving a lift kit. After explaining my truck was only in for an alignment the guy was dismissive and said they havent touched it yet. Right there he couldve told me they wouldnt get to it today and to come pick it up but he didnt. I waited until 5:40 just show up and pick up the truck. No one called to inform me to pick up in advance. Im assuming my truck wouldve just sat in the parking lot with my key locked up inside over night. Communication was non existent and accomodations for the bad service werent offered. I really dont understand why its so hard to get an alignment. Les Schwab really isnt what it once was, I would avoid and go else where.

A place most excellent! They are courteous, friendly, and helpful. They get you taken care of asap. All one needs to do if you dont have any major issues is drive in and wait your turn. For any major things just call in and schedule an appointment. They can save you loads of money if some mechanics try selling you bogus repairs too. I just had my oil changed at estys and the mechanic wrote my front rotors were at 3mm and needed to be replaced. He also stated my struts were going bad. I figured I would get a second opinion and had everything checked out when Schwabs rotated my tires. The technician said my front was 8mm and my back was 6mm. He also stated all my struts were fine, that they were solid, and that there was no play in them. Thanks for saving me alot of cash guys.. a special thanks to the friendly, polite young man who did the checking.

Just had 2nd set of tires purchased here installed and alignment done. Great, speedy service. Scheduled appointment online for tires and alignment, an hour before closing. Informed that the time slot shouldnt have even been available for alignment service. But they still got us in and taken care of so we didnt have to drive on our spare for longer than necessary..very much recommended..

They gave me some great advice and trust i will b doing more business with them in the future. they fixed my tire for free and it wasnt even their tire! everyone was real nice and easy to talk to and I didnt feel robbed when I left

Found ourselves in a pickle driving up 5… flat tire- the team at les schwab was friendly, helpful, and super professional. Super quick. We were out in 15, and back on the road. If I lived here, it’d be my shop.

When I pulled I. The tech said that It will be about a 45 minute wait. I ended up waiting about 5 minutes and they got to work on my truck. Would say the process from driving in to the time I left was about half an hour. Very impressed with this location.

Theyre able to get me in and get my tires fixed the same day my only problem was that even though I was there earlier than anyone else they still took everyone else no, no order. We even watched people who came in the same day to get service done and they took them right in while we were there before with an appointment.

I had a bad experience with purchasing wheels and tires for a car. Could not get them balanced correctly, pulled to the right, and could not get the tpms to function properly. All was perfect before I got the new set, everything worked! After 6 return trips, I gave up. The last shot was a lower end tire, with a small return of my money. Tpms rebuild kit did not work. I felt like I got tossed around from person to person. All wanted to help but all had different ideas on why all the issues. They all sounded great, but no fix! I will just deal with the pulling to the right, tpms light staying on, and nasty vibration at 60 and above. I don’t want to waste anymore of my time, 12 plus hours and over 2k for everything is enough! Not happy!

Everything is overpriced. The only saving grace was the sweetheart at the front desk who genuinely seemed like she didnt realize how hard this place is gyping people. Just for reference, I WAS QUOTED $937.37 for a set of Platnum Retribution rims. Went to Fitmentindustries.com and WAS QUOTED $584.00 for the EXACT same set. Total rip off, save money by going LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Took long time just to say that my tire wasnt fixable and need new tires all the way around because its an AWD car. Way too long just for that, come on.

We were in Washington with a rental car and our tire went low, so we started looking for a Wal-Mart Tire and Lube. We found one, but it was a little after 5 PM and they were busy and couldnt get us in before they closed. We asked the clerk where we could get the tire fixed and she recommended Les Schwab. We got there and everyone there was so friendly and got to us right away, they were also about to close soon. We told them we were from out of state and in a rental and they knew how desperate we were to get back on the road. They fixed the tire, we had picked up a screw somewhere. When they handed us the key back, I asked what I owed and that said, we didnt owe anything. I was shocked!Were from the south and weve never had Southern Hospitality like that! These folks are the BEST!

I pulled up into the parking lot and when I got out of my car an employee came right out to assist me before my door was even closed. They fixed a leaking tire and sent me on my way. Great service and minimal wait time.

Even when they are busy, they are fairly quick at getting you back on the road. If you can, call for next day appointment... Otherwise the wait is 30 - 90 minutesYes, they still do no-fee-whatsoever fixing flat tires.Great service, Brian has been there forever.

I took a tire in today they had a nail in it off of my moms car and I showed up pretty close to closing time within Id say 20 minutes originally they had quite a bit of work they had to finish up before they were able to close so I was just going to drop the tire off and pick it up Monday because theyre closed on Sundays when I took it out of my car to drop it off with the guys working in the shop I didnt get the young mans name but he said instead of waiting to get it until Monday if I wanted to stick around for a few minutes they could bust it out really quick for me. They always seem to go above and beyond when they can. And save me a trip into town and I got my moms car up and running instead of having to wait a couple days. So thank you for all the hard work and dedication and the excellent customer service. Thats what sets Les Schwab above all the other places is there customer service. So thank you again. I definitely recommend Les Schwab and that would be the one on industrial way in Longview Washington.

A few months ago I Just had a bad experience with the Woodland Les Schwab after donating 1k for tires and terrible service and had an appointment. I recieved an email just a week ago for tire pressure check and confirm tires are wearing properly. I made an appointment, again but with the Industrial branch in Longview. It took 30 minutes for them to get to my vehicle. My understanding they were just checking air and level of wear. Another 35 minutes go by and Im frustrated as all get out. I was confused on why they did a full diagnostic run on my vehicle. Whatever, I was ready to bolt and now knew that my new car is still new and in good shape. This was last week. I just opened my vehicle hood because my washer fluid was low and to my surprise the plastic cover for my battery is off and sitting on the right side of my engine. WTH! I know its plastic, but Ive driven to Portand and back today and had driven to work all week. Common! What is going on with the service level if Les Schwab. Pull yourselves together and think of safety and your customers safety. Unacceptable. Rethinking where i purchase my tires. Ocean Beach! Dont fail me, your the last. Industrial your off my list. Safety fail and time management is clearly an issue. Buyer beware!!!

Very professional and fast! They really hustle, turned my 2 and a half hour wait on a Saturday to under an hour! And the young lady that helped me at the counter was great!

Not impressed. Searched for 4 tires on their branch website. Found the right size for a good price. Went to store just to learn their website was wrong. They sold me a more expensive tire. I instructed that I wanted three of the old tires, but they threw them away, we found two of them. Then somehow the broke the spare tire retainer crank. Spare could not be put back. The tpms sensors were not calibrated, had to return for it to be done. NOT WORTH THE TIME NOR MONEY!UPDATE: JAN. 15TH 2020.Went in to speak with the Manager. After discussing my issues, all were resolved to my satisfaction. Question: Will I continue to go here for my tires services? Yes.The Manager is an exceptional one. So, again, I will continue going here.

Very fast and easy I was in and out in no time. I went in to get chains and the worker quickly determined the size and type I would need based on where Ill be driving and got me on my way. He also informed me the chains have a one year warranty and even after that they are able to repair the chains for you.

My coworker told me I could get a truck bed liner here. I walked in and was promptly helped. The employee was able to order exactly what I needed. He even went out to my truck to measure to make sure it would fit. He told me it would be ready Wednesday (today) and hed give me a call. He said if he forgot to call though, to go ahead and call them.Well, he forgot to call so I just showed up. He remembered me and was immediately apologetic for not calling. He had me drive around back and asked if I wanted it laid out. I said ya but Id have to move some stuff. I moved all the stuff but there were leaves and twigs and debris everywhere. He had someone go grab a broom and swept my truck bed for me. Then they laid out the liner and it was a perfect fit.Excellent service and I will be going back

Although I didnt manage to find what I need, the employees are fantastic. A gentleman by the name of Chandler even came out to my car in the rain to see what I needed. A clean establishment with great customer service and class. I would recommend Les Schwab to anyone in need of good service.

Les Schwab has been an institution in my family for at least 50 something years. Ive taken my rigs to them religiously up until about 5 years ago when I had a bad experience with some tires I bought at another location. I figured I would give them a second chance since I just moved, and this was closest to me. I got a flat. Threw the full size spare on. Went in, bought 4 new tires. Asked that the rim in the back of my rig that had the flat have one of the new tires busted onto it, the best tire out of the remaining tires be busted on to the spare rim (its the same rim but Im superstitious) and that the spare be stowed. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. I had to call THEM after 2 hours. I got called in to work. I was told that my rig hadnt even been started on. After 2 MORE HOURS (yes, thats a total of 4 hours to bust 5 tires) I get a call that its ready. Run around the rig real quick to see that there are 4 shiny new tires on 4 washed rims. Race in to go to work. The next morning I hop in and see that my spare was just thrown in the back and not stowed like I asked. No bother. We all get busy sometimes. Ill stow it when I get a chance. Since I just moved, a month or so goes by. I finally decide to stow the spare cause Ive put it off. Lo and behold, its my flat. They never even dragged the thing out. Heres the great part; the hub cap was sitting on the flat when I brought it in. They HAD to have seen the flat.I bring it back in. Fella I work with is nice enough. Gives me a little guff about it being months, but if you look at the tires its clear what happened. Has someone bust a decent tire on the rim in the back. That isnt what I originally asked for in terms of the rims, but I figure, hey, Im just superstitious. Thats my issue. Lol. It was good of them to put a decent tire on. Guy tells me Im ready to go. I hop in and... the decent tire on the now-spare-rim is in the back of my rig, not stowed. Its the little things that matter, am I right? So, I hopped out and stowed it in their parking lot and went in to wash my hands. Fella apologizes when I walk out and says I would have stowed it if I had known you wanted it stowed. Seriously, folks, when wouldnt it be? If it was a Honda Accord and not an Expedition, would you have thrown the spare in the back seat? Besides, I had already mentioned this was something I had asked to be done the first time I brought it in.Im sorry Les Schwab. After the experiences me and my family have had over the past 5 years (my dad didnt want to wait TWO HOURS for them to change a leaking tire the other day, so he tried to put his spare on himself; they stopped him and told him he couldnt change it on their property) I dont think we can call you an institution anymore. Its really sad to see someone youve grown up trusting and respecting turn into what it is today. Best of luck to all of you, and I hope things improve.

Had a visit with my boy way out in St Helens. This Oregon man was a Family Guy my pop came picks me up there. A lot of only positive experiences resulting in thousands of miles of safe comfortable driving my son and I and our motorized bike company errands. Thank You Sir God rest your Soul and be with this country gentlemans family. Thank you for all he done and they still do for us. Grandpa had a business down the road he sold to Wilcox and I and m recapping on commerce we sold in the seventies were family business oriented people also.

I had a 40-minute wait before they could look at my tire, but they do have free coffee and popcorn and a vending machine. Seating is pretty comfortable and theres a TV to watch. They found a nail in the tire and fixed it for free. In the past, Ive been used to having someone meet me at the car. This time I had to walk into the counter to tell them what was happening. I thought I was going to have to purchase at least two new tires.

Very slow service!! Was there almost 2 hours for a flat repair....then they told me...oh it was just a nail, easy fix.. I said Im glad an easy fix takes two hours!

Came in for a low pressure signal. Tire had a screw which was repaired at no charge. Brian at the front desk was courteous and provided great customer service. Kirstie also provided excellent customer service and engaged her customers.

This is for their commercial tire side (Trucks) I went in for a simple nail in tire fix which took over an hour to do, Ive been driving for 20 years and this is a 20 minute repair tops. The problem was only 2 guys were working and this was in the afternoon when most trucks are getting done for the day youd think they would be better staffed at peak times.

It was a long 3-hour wait to get a flat tire repair done. but hey its still holding air. I myself worked in a tire shop back in the day for about 2 years so I know a little bit about what goes on. I also have a family member that actually retired from a Les Schwab store so I know there are differences between stores.

Though my appointment/reservation was misplaced, they got me in right away; examined my reported issue; found no flaws or defects; and were able to set my mind at ease - as well as explain that I have a 36mos/25,000mi warranty with Les Schwab for the work they did on my brakes Nov 2018. I left content; trusting Les Schwabs workmanship; and ready for my upcoming transcontinental roadtrip. 😊👍

I recently got tires from Les Schwab and decided to try out some new wheels/rims. I made a huge mistake and decided to purchase wheels I found on their website before even seeing them in person or trying their kiosk to see what they would look like on my vehicle. I drove away really trying to like them, but I just couldnt. I called immediately and Eric was so quick to help. He actually pretty much held my hand through every step of the way. I came back in, we played around on the kiosk and found 3 new wheel options for me to try. I just came back in this morning to check them all out and choose which one I liked. They even let me check out what just one looked like mounted to make sure I was going through with what I really truly wanted this time. Of course I am paying for labor again, but that is no ones fault but my own :) Im just so thankful they were so quick to help me fix the situation and not make me feel silly or bad about making the mistake I did. Eric deserves 10 gold stars! He was so friendly and made me feel at ease about being so indecisive. Thank you Les Schwab for taking care of me yet again. Ill keep coming back to this Longview location :)

Busy place! Had to wait a while just for an estimate, but everyone and their brothers were there as well. Professional and accurate.

It took 3 freaking hours to for an alignment, change two tires and a pitman arm. No update no nothing.The guy in the alignment shop sat in OUR truck for 20 minutes talking to some random customer standing in the shop!Ive always used Les Schwab and this has to be thee slowest and worse customer service from them ever.Next time Ill buy my tires and have them mounted somewhere else. This place is ridiculous with their times. 20 employees moving slow as snails. So much we run to our customers.

These guys are the best. I went in for a hub replacement and they quoted me a fair price to start. Once the job was done, they reduced the price since not everything they quoted needed done. I will definitely be coming back in the future

They didnt loosen the lug nuts on my daughters car two trips to this Les Schwab. Save yourself the head ache. Dont go to this one. Choose some place else. They are not good. Im going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Thats how bad it is there.

Called earlier today and was put on hold for 30 minutes then Went in at 530pm they close at 6pm and they started trying to help 5 minutes after. Only went in to get a battery tested and it wasnt even in a vehicle, they told me they could charge it over night or I could bring it in the morning even though i said it was charged. Anyways went to orielys and they tested it in 5 minutes without the excuses or procrastination.

Stopped by today for emergency brake problems. .coming from Astoria. Very friendly people working there. They treated me like a King. Got my breaks fixed in less than an hour. New Calipers and rotors. They went out of their way to help my wife and I. Truly exceptional good service. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💜

Labor costs double what other tire stores charge and tires overpriced. Got an estimate of 200.00 to just mount and balance tires. SUPERIOR tire did it for 76.00 and another store quoted me 80. Tires way overpriced as well. I need two New sets of tires will be going to superior and know Ill get a fair deal

I always leave happy when I visit a Les Schwab. This location is no different. More often than not I leave for free. This time they did a full inspection, rotated, and aired up my tires for no charge. The service makes it worth every extra penny I payed for my tires. Ill always go to Les Schwab.

I called in this morning at 9:26 to get added to a drop off waiting list. Lady on the telephone told me they would give me a call as it got closer to a time and gave me a rough estimate of two and a half hours to receive a call. I waited til about 12:20 and then decided to just go in. The woman I spoke to at the front counter gave me a rough estimate of 45 minute wait. Turned into 1 hour and 35 minutes before they even pulled my car in. Once it was pulled in I watched about 10 employees circle it (it’s an odd car, gets a lot of attention). They jacked the car up in the air for about 5 minutes and then let it back down, I watched several other cars (10-15 at least) leave before I was even updated on my progress. About 1 hour after my car was pulled in they finally grab me from the indoor seating and tell me they cannot change my tires because I am running 1” hub adapters.Obviously you guys saw that right when you pulled it in, why waste an hour of my day to tell me you cannot do it.Get your communication in order
