Mike and Audra are really nice. Mike will do his best to squeeze you in when youre in a bind and he is very knowledgeable. If he cant fix it, he will tell you. Last time I came, there was a big delay in my part getting to him but he stayed on too of the people whole dealing with my nagging. Im very pleased with these guys and they have very reasonable prices.

They do great inspections if nothing is wrong, but couldnt solve my problem right away when something was wrong, and wanted to charge me quite alot to fix it. I ended up getting it fixed cheaper elsewhere. However, they were good about finding the problem, and letting me know about it, and charged me a fair price for the inspection (but I think those prices are state regulated anyway)

Excellent Service. Very professional Staff. Very honest.!Quick Turn Around. Had the Evaporator coil changed in my AC system that was leaking. Even though this was an all day job, they scheduled me a couple weeks out and had me ready by the next day. Very honest. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I will definitely be using them in the future and suggesting them to anyone that needs repair in the future!

I have only had one interaction with Texas Auto Care and I knew that I had to leave a Google review for how excellent their service was. The problem with my truck was found and the price was unbeatable. They were also handing out thoughtful, hand signed Christmas cards for their customers.

I have been doing business with them for over five years never once have I had a bad experience. Its nice to have a company who stands behind there work, and where each customer is treated with respect as if you were a family member the only place I will use!!

If you call more than twice they will catch an attitude with you. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and childish way of doing business. I needed an Estimated Time and ended up calling five times for no answer to my question once. A common question. Then they were annoyed at me when I showed up and attempted being civil and cut me off during my apology. -5 stars

GREAT SERVICE!! REAL PROFESSIONALS TO RELY ON! I WAS TOLD BY THE REPAIRMAN WHEN I FIRST CAME TO THIS SHOP TO HAVE MY SERPENTINE BELT REPLACED WHICH I WAS TOLD BY VALVOLINE OIL CHANGE TO HAVE DONE? THE REPAIRMAN TOLD ME THAT I WAS LIED TO BY VALVOLINE?? THAT MY BELT WAS BRAND NEW AND DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED FOR AT LEAST SEVERAL MORE THOUSAND MILES ON MY CAR! WHICH SAVED ME MONEY!! I WILL NEVER USE VALVOLINE AGAIN!!

Very fast and prompt service

They are super fast and very affordable. Less than 10 minutes for an oil change and a check. He filled up my washer fluid and my tires. They are very nice people.

These are the most honest folks you will ever do business with. They are also not as expensive as most other car repair shops. This is a family owned business. I do business with them on all of my autos...even though their shop is all the way across town. I highly recommend these folks for any type of auto work that you might need.

Good luck on any kind of tire repair, and or proper diagnosis of anything beyond brakes or changing spark plugs. Leave brake caliper bolts loose and just dont seem to be able to to handle larger jobs but at least they are nice. The lady is rude as hell.

I have used them for small jobs and big jobs and they are very good and efficient. The owners are kind and welcoming. I would recommend them for all ur auto repairs.

We went for an inspection several weeks ago and were impressed with their courtesy and friendliness. Today we needed a brake job and oil change. Once again, some of the friendliest people we have dealt with in Longview and the service was very prompt. We already have one good mechanic we use in town, but now we have a good backup, as well. We will be back.

Worst experience ever!!! My horn works but he would not pass because he couldnt hear it 200ft away..... I could hear it just fine, how do I know he doesnt have BAD hearing!!! None the less it passed down the street..... hmmmm
