McJunkins is the best!!! If you are not happy with them then there is something wrong with you. One review wasnt happy with the price, you get what you pay for, honest service and quality parts. We have used them for many years and have never been unhappy with them, Tim and his crew are just wonderful!!! On more than one occasion they went above and beyond to take care of us.

Came here for a second opinion on brakes after a visit to Firestone. Very honestly and friendly. They told me that my car did not need any brake work done for another 15-20k miles, and that they would feel bad charging me for brakes when they were not needed. Firestone told me I needed new pads and rotors and it was going to cost 700$ I really appreciate the honesty and they saved me a lot of money!

These guys are awesome! My car kicked it while sitting in a drive thru late one night. Managed to get it to a parking spot, had it towed to McJunkins the next morning and they finished troubleshooting and rebuilding the alternator in less than 24 hours. They kept me updated and were very transparent throughout the whole process as far as what they were doing and what it was going to cost. Very good guys.

I took my car in with several issues that had been ongoing and undiagnosed. They had all of the problems figured out and solved in under 24 hours (including ordering parts!). They called me (as I asked) before doing any work and gave me a price quote that they absolutely stuck to. When there was an update in the progress (other parts that needed to be replaced), they called to let me know. Incredibly friendly, wonderful to work with.

Can be a fast service, but that is mainly going to be because of their prices. Had a fuel pump replacement there & cost more here than any other place I quoted after the service. This wasnt a fluke. Each time therafter I sought a labor cost quote for a repair job, they always placed in the top 2 (sometimes #1). Not going back any time soon.
