I have used Automotive Super Center for all my auto maintenance for the past 15 years. They have always treated me with respect; they give me a detailed explanation of necessary work to be performed; their prices are fair and competent; from auto inspection for tag renewal to substantial mechanical repairs, I trust them implicitly. Also, their mechanics are polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The only service I wish they offered is auto detailing. As long as I live and drive, they will have my business.

Amazing customer service, very friendly and trustworthy with repairs. Flexible and willing to work with the customer to best accommodate them. Each time I’ve taken my car in I was able to pick it up within a couple days and they took the time to fully explain what was wrong with it and why they needed to replace certain parts. Would definitely recommend taking your car there!

I brought my vehicle in for an AC repair. They were able to quickly fix it but while fixing it another pet broke. They called me to let me know and they estimated it would take a couple days to get the part in and let me know this. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me a couple hours later to let me know both problems were fixed and I could come get my vehicle. They were very helpful and worked hard to get my vehicle back quickly with the work done correctly.

The technicians and service managers here are great. I appreciated their work last time I had an electrical/wiring issue so much, that I brought my truck back for some funky Check engine issues.

I had just had work done on my car at the Honda dealer and hadn’t made it 3 miles and my light comes back on. Took it to y’all and it was taken care of the first time. Caitlyn was a blessing and while talking with her we found out that not only are they cheaper on tires but on oil changes and most other services. I truly believe y’all picked the right logo. My daughter attends LeTourneau University and her check engine light came on. I contacted her roommates mother who is an alumni of the college and she highly recommended Automotive supercenter because that’s who her cousin goes to and who lives in Longview. Josh was so nice and so accommodating and the Team were able to get the car fixed in 24 hours! I had an emergency situation where my Tahoe was broke down and me and my family needed to get back home to Oklahoma City ASAP and these fine men diagnosed and replaced my alternator in under an hour. Wow!!! Just wow!!! Thank you!

Caitlyn was very friendly and made sure to communicate with me the whole time my vehicle was there to keep me updated. She provided by far the best customer service I have received when going to get my car checked. Made me feel comfortable and like my vehicle was being taken care of properly!

I absolutely love them not only are they very polite and extremely professional but they quickly service your vehicle in a timely manner. They will let you know exactly what is wrong with your vehicle down to the smallest repair. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

The best customer service! RJ was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. He called to let me know what was wrong with the two vehicles I brought in without me having to call and ask for an update. Probably ok for oil changes etc. Needed my older truck gone thru (no limit to budget), they couldnt be bothered with all the small stuff, and for some reason never really got the engine to their liking either.

They always provide excellent service at an affordable price. I normally deal with RJ who is always great. This morning when I dropped car off he was not available and a very nice young lady named Caitlyn took care of me. She had a smile on her face first thing in the morning and was very kind and professional. Cant go wrong with these guys.

Cant rate their service and character highly enough. I didnt get a chance to catch their names, but the two gentlemen working closing on 6 July were a life saver for my wife and I. If I lived around here they would have made a customer for life.

Josh, Kaitlyn, and Salvador took care of my car and had me back on the road as quick as they could.

WOW! It’s rare that auto shops actually take care of their customers. I’ve taken my truck to this shop twice kind of expecting to be told “bad” news on repairs/charges only to be told that they were able to fix it for a lot less. Kudos to Glen and his team. I will be taking any car repair I have to them for sure.

I went to 3 different place to fix my passenger head light. I was there 10 min and they already had a cause and 25 min later Glynn has it fixed. He and the mechanic are awesome 👍

I have come in to get something fixed here 3 times in the last few months. They have great staff and fair prices. All three times they have got whatever was wrong fixed and my car back to me the next day. Best repair place I have used in Longview!

Of all the places I have ever used for tires and oil changes this place is the worst in both categories. They also never give you the correct time for completion of a job and dont fix everything you ask of them. Their work is shabby and substandard at best. This was my third and final time to use them!

Really busy repair shop means this place is NOT the spot for a quick repair. Fair prices, and nice staff. I did have quite a few issues this time with getting good updates on my repair.

Best repair shop in East Texas!!! Just ask Locals Love Us (winner every year) and best of East Texas! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Chris and Eric are the best!
