Friendly and helpful staff. Price for tires is fair, employee was honest about which tires he recommended.

Was going to get my tires replaced, but after waiting for 15 minutes without one person coming to check what I needed, I went to Big 5 Tire down the road... Ive never been thrilled using Walmart for tires since they arent beer efficient, but it was convenient when I needed to go shopping as well.After using someone else its not worth the hassle

Just grabbed some supplies, the idiots working here are always rude and Id NEVER take a vehicle there for service.Updated 06/08/2019 from 1 Star to 4 Star because an employee actually did approach me to politely ask if I needed any assistance finding anything and I replied no. After being left alone while selecting a new battery for my 88 Vette he noticed I was about to leave his dept and offered me a faster way to check out but I had some other items to grab and checked out at the front registers. Points given here for being friendly and helpful which is always a welcomed change.

If you have a full day to waste and you dont want friendly customer service then go here! Guy outside obviously hates his job and rolls his eyes when talking to you. They diagnosed my completely bald tire as another issue. Drove down the road to discount tire and received friendly prompt service and my car is running smooth.

Besides not cleaning their hands before getting into my vehicle (with light beige interior) I have no complaints. I watch them like a hawk though. I scrubbed for hours trying to get the stains out of my truck, it worked somewhat but you best believe if it happens again I will not be leaving there until my truck gets detailed.

First time visit, today, 6/11/2016. I Was quoted $73 for a tire and then got charged $100 for it. Watched as the guy hot rodded my van in the back parking lot. Need less to say. ....I have a brand new $100 tire on a van that DOESNT RUN NOW. Waited for over an hour in the hot Texas heat for help, to get home. Which should have only been a 15 minute drive home.They busted my muffler system and my motor started making a horrible knocking noise and completely shut down and died and wont start back up again. Had to have a friend tow my van back home. Now Im without a vehicle because I went to Walmart to maintain my vehicle.

Called ahead for a quote on tires. The guy said the price was the out the door price. Showed up 20 minutes later and they said they it was going to be $60 more than what I was just quoted! I got him to remove the warranty which dropped the price, but he refused to remove the charge for lifetime rotation!

Told could not put a battery in car until noon or 12:30.

It over two hours to take one tire off the rim & put a new one on...

Confusion about what happens when you return its to marketplace.

Came on a Saturday was told a 2 hour wait was told they close at 6pm on Sundays I get here at 4:22 and the attendant tells me that everyone is leaving for the day!

Lousy service today I took my car for oil change it took two hours with him when I went to pick him up they told me that he was ready but they did not put the stiker or gave me the document that proves that they made the oil return so that they gave it to me and they told me that they felt it but that they had not been able to make the oil change my annoyance is because it seems irresponsible if I take my car is because I trust the store their employees should have more ethics the car can have serious damage without the oil and if it is not because I come back for the logo and the paper I get the idea that they made the change to my car when it wasnt like that😡
