Got my oil change(blend high mileages) + 4 wheel balanced first time at this place. definitely a good job! I can tell the job was done as I drove off. Happy with result and I could tell the shop workers knows what they were doing.

Being a woman, as usual they tried to sell me something I didnt come to repair and still found something else wrong, a screw that cost 15.00 dollars besides my oil change 🙄 they did a good job and the associate was nice and friendly tho

Flat tire on a Sunday! NOO!! where can I find a shop for it? Have no fear, This place open on a Sunday, my savior lol. Great service, decent price for a 1 flat tire fix and go. Glad its near home. Take 20 minutes so I walk around the block and back while waiting.

Fernando & Mario were extremely efficient and really took great care of what was needed. They gave me a great price for the Brake and Router replacement, and got me in and out in a timely manner. My first time here, I stopped because it was close enough to walk to work after dropping off my truck due to a nail in a tire. They were so easy to work with, my truck was ready by lunch.About a year later I needed new tires and they gave me a great price on some Goodyear’s.I needed a little air due to the weather changing this week so I popped in to see if they could top off my tires! Great service, great staff, and I’m so thankful it’s nearby my work. I will keep going back.

I was told by another shop that my brake fluid was “really low” and I should have my brakes checked at a shop that will do brake jobs as they were not equipped to do that and they don’t top off the fluid. I took my car in and Fernando said he would check it out. He called later and said the fluid level was just barely low and that my brakes are in excellent shape! He added more fluid and checked a few other key areas as I told him I was going to be traveling across country in a few days. All good and no charge!! Thank you Fernando for looking out for me and being so professional! I will be back!!

Great place sans interior decor! What a great and honest tire shop. Henry and Fernando helped me get a couple of tires repaired after multiple failed attempts to have it done correctly at my local Discount Tires. From front of house to the tire service staff, it is A-1 service. Joshua was great enough to ask me if I wanted my tires rotated to the front of my car ( sorry Joshua I have no clue what drive it is- ha) after he clued me what was best I followed his advice. I will definitely come back! Corporate office lets get that interior completed to the store is as professional as the staff.

I thought it would be awhile until I was even seen because they were working on a few cars already, but as soon as I got out of my car I was immediately warmly greeted. My tire kept going flat and I went to Pep Boys to get it fixed and each time they would just put air in my tire and send me away and each time Id leave it would go flat. I came to Tire Choice, per my dads recommendation, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it within 10 min. Fernando and the gentleman who worked on my car were very nice!

One of the best experience I’ve had at a auto care spot, came in on Monday little before 6pm looking for an alignment. Henry was at the front desk sicker than I don’t know what but still insisted on helping me he could barely speak... I told him I would just come back maybe letting him go home get some rest. I came back Wednesday not know anything Henry was back feeling better and remembered me hooked it up with a coupon/discount For the alignment! I had an unusual problem with my car and couldn’t remove the key from the ignition. Henry was so helpful and really tried to troubleshoot the problem. (Even though they really don’t deal with what seemed to be an electrical problem!) Henry and his co workers did their best but it was just beyond what they could do. I was still so appreciative for all of their efforts and he gave me a very good price for his time and trouble. I went in to get a quote for some tires. Not only did Victor beat my TireRack price for new tires (mounted, balanced and 4 wheel alignment), he also beat any quote I had for my front brake pads and rotors if I came back to him. Thinking maybe I wouldn’t get the deal, I came back a month and a half later and he honored the price. Very happy with my experience and the treatment/service I received. This Goodyear location is great! I have taken my Jeep to them a couple times and they have always been so nice and always explain everything to me (grade school level ha!). I know there are a lot of of places to get your car looked at but they are friendly, prices are fair and don’t take advantage of you, especially when you don’t know much about cars. Excellent customer service in every way! Fernando is very knowledgeable, sensitive and caring to each customers personal needs. After the last service of my car Fernando knew that I was on my way to pick it up. So he left it in the service bay so it wouldnt get hot parked out in the sun. Its those little things that make the big difference and sets a business standard above the rest.

I took my Buick to Certified because my battery warning light flashed intermittently. I was told by Fernando the mechanic That the problem was the alternator and it had to be replaced. I picked up the car Thur. night and brought it back to Certified Sat. morn. and told them that I still had the same problem. I left the car for a few hours so they could check a few things. After the checking, Fernando informed me that he did not have a solution to the problem and that I should take it to a Buick Dealer. The Buick Dealer found the problem and fixed it. After showing the Buick invoice to Fernando he still stuck to his wrong diagnosis of the alternator. I see from the reviews ( Yelp ) that Certified has a pattern of referring customers to the Dealer because they dont have a solution to the problems with their cars. I thought Certified was an auto repair facility, Not an auto repair referral service. Heed the negative reviews for Certified and especially Fernando. Positive reviews for this place is the exception not the rule.
