The mechanic there is honest and does great work. If you need a mechanic who only charges for what they do then this is the place .They are always friendly and provide a timely service.

Great place love the mechanic and got everything I needed

ACA auto repair was asking for 900ish for parts and labor for brake booster, brake shoes and resurfacing.. here at 4 brothers the price for labor for brake booster much cheaper and affordable. I brought my own brake booster and paid the mechanic here for labor and it was much more affordable. All I can say is, dont be an A-hole customer and he might hook you up. I was there to pick up my truck and saw an upset customer. Its a small auto repair shop with just two mechanics but it seems they get overloaded with work and if you want affordable prices then you go here but you need to have patience which most customers do not have because there are only two or three certified mechanics here. At the end of the day, they get the job done so you will be happy. But if you are not patient, you will not be happy. This is my go-to auto repair now.- Dara Kong

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. First of all they didnt open on time. They are supposed to open at 8 am on Saturdays. I got there at 8 am and no one showed up until 8:30 am. I told the employee my situation. I needed to leave my car to have a dent fixed and wanted to rent a car. The guy said that I would have to wait for one of the owners (husband and wife) for this, but that they should be coming soon. He made multiple calls and couldnt reach them. He had to call another employee I believe who also tried to reach them. Finally the husband shows up. He looks around for the rentals (they have a few available usually) and cant find them. He makes a phone call (not sure to who, maybe his wife?) and finds out they are all being used. Hence no rental available for me. This is after a full hour and a half of me waiting. Definitely my bad for not calling ahead of time to see if they had any rentals, but bad on them for not having better communication and a system for their employees to find out if there are any rentals available. If they had told me right off the bat when I first arrived (or when the employee finally showed up) I wouldve come back another day no problem.When I complained about this the owner wasnt very apologetic. I told him I would take my business elsewhere and promptly left. Point of the matter is I shouldnt have to wait an hour and a half just to learn there isnt a rental available.

Ok they can do better

Kristen and her team truly care about helping their customers. They may not have the fanciest shop or latest diagnostic tools but work hard to resolve problems and are trustworthy. That to me is worth more in the long run.
