Good cookies and friendly staff. The banana cookie and the lemon oatmeal were good, but they were more like bread then cookie. Oh well. Good flavors anyway.

We typically go to Eileens when in Lincoln, but while downtown without an easy means of transportation I decided to give The Cookie Company a try. It has immediately become my number one cookie shop in the area.The service was extraordinary, they open early, the prices are well below average, and the cookies were fresh and delicious. Since I was taking the cookies on a flight back home, they offered to box and wrap them individually. And to top that off, they gave me a generous discount off the already reasonable price.But, what really matters is the cookies, right? We consider ourselves cookie connoisseurs. I specialize in chocolate chip while the better half is partial to frosted sugar. While they werent the absolute best of either that weve had, theyre definitely in the top three. However, the other specialty cookies have won me over. That frosted ginger snap? Best. Cookie. Ever.I cant wait to try the rest.

Who doesn’t like a cookie especially for The Cookie Company. The selection is large and I’ve never had one that wasn’t great. They also have muffins and a really good cinnamon roll. Staff is always friendly too.

Delicious cookies! They have these almond joy inspired cookies and they are amazing. Even their day olds are still so good and fresh.

I stopped by The Cookie Company to satisfy my craving for sweets today. I wanted to try something a little different, so I picked up a PB frosting brownie - the cost was $3.00. Ive had these brownies before, as well as their cookies - theyre all very delicious!The gentlemen at the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I had $50, $20, and $2 in my wallet. Instead of breaking the $50 or the $20, he offered to take just my $2.00 to cover the brownie.This place has been nothing but warm and friendly. They also have wonderful cookies. If you have an urge for a cookie or a brownie, look no more - The Cookie Company is more then just a place to get cookies. Its a place thatll take good care of you!

OMG! Delicious! Freshly baked cookies every day. I think the this place must be owned by the Keebler Elves. If you havent had a cookie here I recommend you try one.

You guys should sell those little milk bottles in there!

They are notorious for overbaking their cookies. If you want a soft cookie without an inch circumference of tooth-chipping hardness, dont go here. Its a shame because if they just pullled them from the oven a minute or so sooner, they would be so much better! Some cookies are better than others--the banana nut is usually not hard. But the rest pretty much are. :( It has gotten worse over the years, not sure if they changed management or what.

She ruined my muffin!!!!!the employee did not take the muffin out of the tray properly and i only got half of the muffini rather pay 1.50 at my own college cafeteria for 2 chocolate muffin without getting half.this place was unbelievable!!!!!

Best Peanut Butter Cookie EVER!

I thought the associates were rude and didnt care about the customer. I tried to share my memory of the ET cookie from the first summer I bought it in 1982. The associate turned her back on me and went back to making cookies. I would think a business would care that someone has been a customer for 31 years, but I guess they dont.
