I was so excited to get our cake delivered at our venue at our wedding this past Saturday. At 4 PM, my mom notified me the cake was never delivered by 2 PM. I called HyVee Bakery and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes to be told our cake was pretty much forgotten about but they were bringing it out. The cake came and it looked like no effort was put into it. It was slanted, the lace part on the bottom tier looked terrible. The pearls that were supposed to be placed around each tier was very crooked. My ten year old sister even stated she could have made me a better cake. Super disappointed about my experience with HyVee Bakery on N 27th St. Will be calling to get a refund tomorrow!!

It was so fresh. The staff was friendly and observant. The bill was reasonable. This place has great reviews for a reason.

Just as good as dillons back home.
