I had multiple issue with my car after not even owning car 6 months I attempted to speak with the service manager and sales manager neither would get on the phone to speak with me or return my call. The only reason I’m rating 1 star is because of the service technician if it wasn’t for Manny I would not have got part of the issue resolved and still today I have not heard one thing from either managers POOR Customer Service on management part they completely brushed me off as if I haven’t been a good customer but you better believe chances of me doing anymore business with this dealership or recommending them is slim to none. I must say I am completely disappointed!!!

I brought in an internet printout of the car I wanted with sale price of $12,488. After test drive I said ok and sales person went and got my offer the new price out the door was $19,000?????? Unbelievable its very obvious I am not a wealthy person, Im a single mom living with one child. I was disgusted. They got one star because I stuck it out and got them back down to the correct price without all their add-ons.

I cannot believe the business practice of this place! We had found a vehicle through Chase that was at this location. My husband made an appointment with Jessica to test drive the car. We were on the way there when Jessica called to see where we were. We were 10 minutes away. When we got there, Jessica was unavailable so a young man was going to help us. We handed him the paper for the car we were supposed to see. He proceeded to say he was 95% sure that car was sold that day. WHAT!??!? We were called 10 minutes before to see if we were going to come in to test drive the car. He said he would check with his boss, but did we want to walk around and look for the car? Its October and cold and we know what we want, so no, we dont want to walk around. We are then definitively told that car was sold about 45 minutes ago. As we are about to walk out, I decided I wanted to talk to Jessica. After about 10 minutes of waiting we were told that she had just left for the day!!! Then someone who sees how upset we are proceeds to take our paperwork and told us the car was sold that morning! What a crock of bait and switch. I would NEVER give my business to a place like this. Crooks and liars.

After my girl was in an accident that totaled her previous car, we decided that once she was able to start driving again we wanted to get her into an SUV that would be good in the snow and she felt comfortable in. After looking for a few weeks we decided to go to libertyville Chevy and Jesse matos helped us look at cars that fit exactly what we wanted. AWD, new, sporty looking and something she felt comfortable in. He made the process very easy by giving us the best option he believe fit our criteria at our preferred price point. We walked in that morning and by that afternoon we walked out with a new 2020 blazer equipped with the all wheel drive that we needed. THANKS JESSE
