The ladies at the reception, they should improve with customer service, they have a bad face, bad attitude, it is even sad to ask questions because they answer them as annoying with an angry face I would definitely not return, obviously I will not return to that place.POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!!

Judith helped my husband and I and we couldnt be happier with our service. Judith was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Doing a phone upgrade can be a real pain but Judith made it painless. She went above and beyond, as she stayed and helped us sit up our phones even though the store was closing. I would give Judith 10 stars if it would let me.🙂🙂🙂 I highly recommend this store. The store manager was very friendly as well. It was a great experience.

Hi! Everyone! My visit at this MetroPCS store at SH 121 & Bellaire in Lewisville, Texas has been the best experience since being a customer all of these years! Aly is phenomenal in that he is smart, knows his job VERY well, offered me more & informed me about parts & services that NO OTHER associate has EVER offered me! I was offered the Black Friday 2nd line special & now for the 1st time, I have 2 lines at a very reasonable price! One personal and the other for Lyft/Uber & business only! I am SO pleased!

Bad customer service, please ask for documentation and name of representative if ever go to this location. Employees need to be trained to provide a better customer service and also they never answer calls.
