Homecoming dance day, my son dropped cell phone in shower. We rushed in Muhammad assured us he could take care of it for this important night. We can back, he fixed the phone by drying out the inner working and cleaned it out. The camera, speakers and power on worked and we bought a new phone case. All his work was reasonably priced. I went to have my screen fixed ony cell phone. Before I left I showed John my phone and asked what was that he said the guy likes to use a lot glue. I had to wait 24 hours to let the glue dry properly not a problem I have a house phone. They also put a screen protector on after I asked them not too because I was trying t9 do an exchange. Well the phone was never put back together properly. You could see all the colorful light from the end and around the sides. The phone would also just blank outa the screen would just be blank or colors would come up. The screen cracked all sound the side. You can See the glue all around the sides. The worse service ever. I called and called but no answer. I work 2 jobs and needed to talk to them to explain everything. Please dont ever go here. And if you have an iphone Apple will fix the screen for $29.00 and not the high price they charge.

I had been expecting that they would say that it would cost $200-300 to fix. In fact, they charged me only $29!I am very impressed by this man’s abilities, his honesty and integrity.I would recommend his services and his shop to anyone.

I came to fix the back of phone and left the store and recieved moisture has been detected on my phone went back to the store owner tells me it is my fault and I need to pay to change it. I had my phone since the S8 came out and never got a notice for moisture in my port until I changed it at computer and cell. I have gotten work done here before no problem but this guy trying to say I did something only after bring it to his store.

I have come here twice in the last five years. both to replace a cracked screen. the first time I came they did a wonderful job. the phone looked BRAND NEW and I was in disbelief. so many years came and went since that first repair. until last year when I dropped my phone on concrete in a parking lot during a bike ride and I have never cracked a screen so bad before. actual pieces of the phone were falling off and the inside of the phone started to become exposed (screws and hardware) and the front camera could not be used because the phone itself had cracked over the lens and it distorted the image. the screen was so badly cracked in the corner that I almost cut myself several times just dragging my finger across the screen. I decided to have it repaired again instead of buying a new phone but I was dreading the cost and whether the phone could be salvaged but OMG I called on a monday. I came in by friday. they made the repair in less than an hour and the whole thing looked BRAND SPANKING NEW I was so thrilled to see how well it was done and I was literally exclaiming with joy in the store when they showed it to me

Had them replace the battery.. They broke the screen taking it apart then insisted it was already broken, even though it was clearly broken by prying on it. So we wont go back.

Today my daughters Google tablet would not charge properly. Im an engineer, and can fix most mechanical, many hardware, and some software issues, so I obtained the tablet today. Unfortunately most of todays electronic devices are held together by tiny plastic clips, and if these clips are damaged, the device will not seal properly, and may allow water to leak into the case. I needed a spudger - a handy, hard-to-find tool that helps to open these tight cases. Most of the electronics stores in the DFW area have closed, but as I drove down Main Street in Lewisville, I remembered the Computer and Cell Phone Repair shop at 1112 Main; perhaps there might be some Fixit tools for sale. I was thrilled when the proprietor immediately understood my dilemma, and handed me two plastic spudgers out of kindness. I just finished repairing my daughters tablet. Much thanks to Computer and Cell Phone Repair!! Good people!

Just went down to get my WiFi card fixed. Left within 20 minutes with an informative explanation of the issue, the fix, what it did, and left with it for 30 dollars. It’s a usb stick that acts as your WiFi card. So instead of spending 300 dollars to get it fixed at MSI, it costed me 30 and 20 minutes of my time. Awesome deal.

My iPhone7 Plus was run over by a car. It was so badly damaged it would not even power on. I took it to a shop in Cleveland, OH (which is where I was at the time). They told me they had put their best guy on it and who said it was unrepairable. My next step was going to be to send it to a data recovery center which would have been $2000! Instead, I waited until I was back home and took it here. Miraculously, Mohommed had the phone working the next day, and for only $89! All he said was, It was a challenge. Hats off to you sir, and a huge thank you!

OK, this was my second time bringing our dell to a repair shop but this time it was the right people to do the work. First of all as Im talking to the friendly owner a young man comes in and pretty much interrupts our conversation to pick up his repaired phone. The phone was ready to go but this person was being (((exceptionally & needlessly rood))) to the store owner trying to haggle the already agreed upon price noted in the computer. What truly impressed me was he never got mad at his customer and that instead of debating and making things worse he just calmly & professionally waved the 2 or so dollars that his customer was being irate about. Long story short is this repair place fixed my computer for only $80 dollars when a different shop down the street totally misdiagnosed the issue entirely making us pay for a new battery which was not even needed at all. Point blank, these people right next to Ace Hardware are friendly, knowledgeable and honest repair techs!

My wife and I came into this establishment to ask about fixing her Iphone screen and we simple asked what the policy was if there ended up being more damage to the phone in the process of repairing it. We got probably the most rude and arrogant response from an owner Ive ever heard. He was literally offended that we even asked the question. Ill tell you what buddy, Apple repair goes through all of this with their customers. You might want to take some notes. After the owner was completely rude to my wife and me we just simply just walked out. Why even bother with this place? Only go here if you want to deal with shade, rudeness and bad service from a know it all owner who looks down on people for asking questions about their services. He thinks because he started repairing Iphones when they first came out he is the master know it all. There are a million cell phone repair places around, dont go here if you want disrespect.

This is the absolute best place! I have brought serval phones and tablets here and they always do an amazing job. They only use high end parts AND theyre cheaper than competitors! I recently took my phone to another place. They charged me $130 to fix my 8+ screen! I told them they were over charging but I was willing to pay the extra.....well my phone started messing up. I took it back and they replaced it and told me it was a faulty screen. Well the same thing happened so he put my cracked screen back on and told me it was the new iOS update. I Smelled his fat lie so I called these guys and they fixed my phone. No more freezing up. Thank you so much. I learned my lesson! Im never going anywhere else!

I was referred to this place by my father who had an issue with his iPhone. They did a great job on his phone and were very reasonably priced. I took my mother in laws iPhone to get the screen and battery replaced. They took a little less than an hour and the repairs are top notch!

Repaired a badly damaged iPhone 6 Plus screen for $50 within an hour! Bought a screen cover and phone case for an additional $15. The case wasnt worth the price, though. Its buttons were very hard to push. Overall, pretty good experience!

So, Ill not usually that guy that breaks his phones or uses a repair shop much. That said, I have had some serious battery issues with my last few phones. I forget the owners name, but he is super cool and the reason I come back. Hes a very pleasant, socially intelligent guy who has never remotely given me a reason not to trust him. In fact, the last time I was there, I dropped off my newest phone with him (thinking it was a battery issue) and I was pleasantly surprised when he let me know that an internal wire became loose, and no major repair was necessary. He could have just as easily replaced my battery and charged me much more than his diagnostic fee.I will continue to use his services as necessary in the future and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone in need of a repair/service.

AMAZING service! Apple store first tells me that my repair will cost 180$ and then they tell me my iPhone 6 Plus is too bent to do any repairs and that I should consider getting a new phone for 900$!Well, I call Computer and Cellphone Inc Repair 1 hour before they close asking if they would fix my phone. Not only did they do it in less than 30 minutes, but they straightened my phone out and added a screen protector for only 69$ total! It was my first time here, but I definitely will be coming back with all my problems and will be recommending these guys to everybody!

DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP THEY WILL SCAM YOU!This repair shop attempted to fix my cracked iPhone 4 screen, I paid nearly $100, only for me to find out that it was never really fixed and I went there countless times for them to re-do it. The charger that I bought along with the repair service was faulty as well. Their service wasn t as I had hoped it d be as a customer who had been inconvenienced for their lack of professionalism.The final time I was there, my mother joined me and called him out for scamming me and not giving me a refund. Their refund policy mind you is completely unfair if what he said is true about it only being possible in a week s time of the original service done to the device and it is only an exchange of service not a return of your money sort of deal.My phone was no longer going to be functioning properly ever again. I was without a phone for about half the summer. The only thing I could do was make a claim to the Dallas BBB and that resulted in nothing. I had the get a new phone and I never saw my money again. They are terrible here and I hope no one else goes through what I did with this poor quality company. Never again will I be returning here.

Came to this place to get the overheating problem on my laptop looked into. Im an IT guy (software engineer) but Im too lazy to do hardware work on my own stuff usually.
