The bathroom was from the getto!!!!!!!!! The coffee machine was broke,, and a manager saw this but did nothing to put a sign up or fix the prob........ that to me shows how much they care!! (not my dept....)I spent 30 K for an suv with a service warranty, and I HAVE to come back to THIS !!!!! HMMMMM rethink!!!!!!!!

Horrible service, actually run away form any ourismam service, they are not serious. At first shopping the car. because covid-19 they promised that I could do everything online and just come to sign a paper and take the car, in the end I stayed more then 3 hours to take the car (with my kids). Then I schedule a service for routine maintenance in the website, they said they offer a valet pickup, I receive the email confirmation, but they didnt come. They call me asking me to re-schedule the service and I confirm the pickup this time by phone, receive sms and email confirmation, but at the time of the pickup they called me telling that I was out the range area for the pick up. Really? You discover that just in the right moment of the pick up? Do you think that I have time for this? You are just not serious, and I hope that competitors show you how to work. Bad service in all levels.

Had a pretty bad experience trying to get my Mitsubishi serviced here. Made an appointment, came in at 1pm, waited around for 6 hours, just to be told to come back Tuesday and that they THINK they can fix it. So the 6 hours plus the 2 hours of commuting, me calling off work, to get absolutely nothing done and you really think Im going to come back another day? Not to mention, there wasnt even an apology or anything for the matter. I dont know who you think some people are, but if they experience anything like this, more than likely they will not come back. Just saying. I would like to mention though that the staff was very friendly.

Dealing with the Manager Khalil and the salesman Zod I was extremely satisfied. But when I waited for financing I was approached several times asking who was my salesperson (like I shouldnt have been sitting there) It took a very long time for the finance person (Sean) to get to me. Once I was in his office he kept referring how tired he was trying to rush me threw the paperwork because he was tired and had to be back in the following day. After a couple of weeks my old car finance company started calling me saying they havent received payment. I tried to call Sean several times to ask him what is the holdup. He took my name and no. and did not call me back. Im growing really Im impatient with this whole experience.

Gilles Nsengimana sold me a 2017 Ford Edge this week. I Had explain to him that I do not purchase American vehicles. He went on to asked me my needs for a vehicle. I informed him that I am a vendor and that I need more cargo space. I also informed him that my budget was very low. He asked me how much of a monthly payment I could afford. Then he suggested that I purchase a newer vehicle and have low payments. Gilles took me on to the lot and showed me this car and I was elated. It was a very good American car. He made the process very smooth. I was not at the dealership for three hours. He stayed by my side the entire way. I would recommend this friendly dealership to everyone for their next purchase.

After being lie to for their own financial gain from others dealerships God redirect me and my wife to ourisman Mitsubishi of laurel and as soon I walked in there we was greeted with respect and happiness. My experience was amazing. We been to so many places in the last couple days trying to find the car that fit my family. Lucky enough and after so many disappointments we decided to stop by check their cars and I have to say that we were able to walk out of the dealership with a brand new 2020 SUV but this credit its for Gary he was such an amazing sales representative. He took the time to explain the process and took the time to show some cars, right when I though we were out of luck he said I have one more to show you and I know you going to love it. Their services center is the worst and horrible.On June 30th, my wife and I bought a brand new 2017 outlander (diamond white), during the final inspection we discovered 1 inch stain below the gas cap door. The salesman asked us to take care of the paper work and he will take the car to services center to remove the stain.After we done with the paper work. the salesman told us they couldn’t remove the stain and asked us to take the car back next week.Now, here are the horrible parts;7/10 – brought the car back, and they told me it needs paint job7/17 - brought the car back again, and this time they damaged my car (the driver at services center forgot to put the car in park and car roll backward and hit another car and damaged the rear bumper). They gave a rental car (hyundai accent) for me when the car will in body shop for a while)7/21 – they told me the part is in back order8/4 – they told me the part will be delivered on 8/8 and plan to have car ready on 8/98/8 – called and they told me part is arrived8/9 – called again see I can pick up the car, the services center told me, don’t call him and he will call when the car is ready.As of today, I haven’t got my car back and no calls. Email the services mgr, and got no response.

When changing oil,, I they recommended to change the air filter. So I did. Service engin light came up as a result. I took the car back, they charge me ~$70, and said catalytic convertor need changing, gave me a qoute for ~$700. I took the car back home, disconnected the battery and issue resolved. Not sure if this is permanent fix, but most of recommendation are for just charging you more, and not necessary.

Great experience and I love my SUV. Everyone was welcoming and made me comfortable. Gary Collins tho......was great! He made sure I understood fully was I was getting for my money and even showed me different videos on the truck so I would know about the features. He made sure even when I met with Finance, they looked out for me and everything I was promised, I was given.They all listened to my concerns, as buying a car can be very stressful and I came out with a brand new 2020 truck with not much change to my payment amounts. I had to take my Mitsubishi for recall work and there arent many dealerships left in the area. I normally hate getting work done at stealerships with them always looking for a way to charge you extra money. But thankfully I had no issues and received excellent service by James at the service center. I was in and out, given a rental car while they worked on my car paid for by them and wasnt forced to buy anything extra. The work looks legit and would recommend them to others.

Was an okay experience I had a very good salesman that explained everything to me and answered all questions I had but I got scared into buying these lifetime warranty protection plans that do virtually nothing anything voids that warranty. So I got conned there and I cant get my money back because it was already applied to my vehicle. wont be going back there unless this gets resolved. Other than that it was a good experience other than I got scared into buying something I didnt want and I cant get my money back very upsetting they would do that to people. But will definitely come back if this issue gets resolved

We purchased a Used Nissan Maxima on Saturday and it was the worst car dealership experience I have ever witness. First off we had an appointment at 2:00 with a sales guy named Gary he was ok at first but when we were there to look at the vehicle they could not locate the keys to the vehicle mind you we had an appointment they had enough time to find them so we could look at it second off they eventually found the keys after we sat there for two hours they then said one of the mechanics had it in a lock box then I had to get the manger involved because clearly Gary wasn’t trying to make a sale happen funny thing is the manger found the keys in 5 minutes. After that we finally were able to test drive the vehicle. The second set of keys didn’t even have a battery inside or it was dead and they didn’t care to replace them. We finally dealt with a new sales guy named Marc who was very helpful but still it should not should have token us 7-8 hours to purchase our new vehicle. We couldn’t even get the vehicle washed because they claimed they were so busy. Fact of the matter is I would not recommend anyone to buy a car there they have poor customer service skills. Thank god I have my own Nissan tech who can work on my vehicle for me anytime and I won’t have to waste my time and energy with them anymore.

Previously used the number rating with 10 being the highest, while I am not sure which question that resulted in my providing a rating of 8 or 9, the experience was overall very good. I was made to feel comfortable and all staff were respectful. The atmosphere was conducive to making me feel like they cared about me. Make no mistake, I would have no problem recommending any of my family or friends here for automobile needs, be it a new car or a used car.The quality of service provided was excellent. I am writing this review to give praise to Ourisman Mitsubishi and to my saleman Nick Cutlip! I was treated absolutely wonderful at this location. Nick made the car buying experience so easy. He was very transparent and honest about what could and couldn’t be done in my situation being i just filed bankruptcy. He was able to get me into a SUV that fits my family’s needs and payment wasn’t ridiculous. They also give courtesy check ups as well. It’s been a pleasure working with them and if i ever need another vehicle, this will be who I call!!! Thanks for everything and getting me and my family back on the road again!

I had previously posted a review at the salesmans request. However, I feel i need to leave an honest review at this point. When I went through the process of buying a car, it was unnecessarily slow and difficult. I walked in with a true car price, which they didnt honor. It wasnt until the contract paperwork was written that I saw the price they were attempting to charge, and refused to sign until it was fixed. Then they decided they wouldnt give me the same amount for my trade in, since they decided to honor true car pricing. The exchange took literally 9 hours. I waited at each step at least an hour between. Then they stick a sticker on the back of my car before handing it over. They promised me a full tank of gas at pickup of the registration, which they didnt honor. Then the oil chance, which I scheduled in advance, took 2 hours.
