Decided last minute to send my daughter a small birthday surprise to her job. The only snafu was the driver got the names mixed up and thought they were delivering to myself and not my daughter so ladies in the office had declined the delivery until it donned on my daughter to ask the last name and realized it was for her. No worries.. she loved everything in the package. This was my first time ordering from this company so i ordered a smaller bundle and I was pleasantly surprised when she showed me everything she received. The amount she received for the price i paid and the quality of items was amazing. I definitely recommend this company. Great job!

Wow such terrible service ! I can appreciate any business that is open during this hard time. I paid 80$ for a Mother’s Day basket. The basket didn’t even come with the chocolate heart with the words happy Mother’s Day on it. I paid for the chocolate heart so When I told the associate about the problem she was so rude. She was very unprofessional and with that being said I will never return to this location again.

I understand Valentines Day has got to be one of the craziest days for Edible Arrangements in general, but I just wish everything was more organized and handled differently. I dont know, this location just left a bad taste in my mouth, and provided a poor quality product (that was not cheap!) so needless to say, I will not do business here again, which Im sure does not matter to them.

My wife loved the gesture, even tho I got withered flowers..🤣🤣🤣 still got brownie points..NEXT TIME I SPEND 169.00 MAKE SURE MY FLOWERS ARE GOOD PLEASE

I Ordered online at midnight from out of state. It was freshly made and delivered by 3:30 ish pm. the same day. The tracker online worked great also, very accurate. I personally called to ask a few questions, customer service was splendid and Our friend to whom it was sent to was so happy. Good job guys 😊

So upset at such poor service. I called just to confirm my order and the girl was so rude! I asked to speak with the manager and she said “I am the manager” I spent $250 on a order for my daughter’s Valentine surprise and called just to make sure the order would be delivered in time. I was told they do not commit to a delivery time and could not even assure me it would even be delivered! All I can say is WOW! I would recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere, this store has failed even the most basic common courtesy!

Paid $80+ dollars to get something delivered on Valentine’s Day. All data was correct. Got an email saying product was delivered to said destination at 7pm. Ironically, they are closed at 7pm. I look outside, no product on my doorstep, no neighbors see any street activity.Can’t call the store to let them know that there was a misfire somewhere.Can’t truly review what I haven’t received. Will be requesting a refund due to service not rendered.

My order was left on the floor of my doorstep which was just as nasty as the bananas in my order.First order was awesome, driver texted me and sat order on my table outside.Second order, my order was left on the floor and fruit was all old bananas were brown which is understandable but smushy and strawberries were old

I placed an order over a month ago at your store to have delivered to my mother for her birthday and was not pleased. I had her take a picture of it and it looked nothing like photo advertised. I live in Georgia so it would have been difficult to return. For the amount of money I paid which was over $65 dollars one would think it would look atleast a little like advertisement.

I was very pleased with the Arrangements I ordered. Reasonably priced, and delivery was made as promised.

I bought $56 worth of berries yesterday for myself and co workers. I brought home the remainder and went to finish them off today and there was white mold growing on one of them already. I mean they werent bad but Im never going to be spending that much for near spoiled berries again.

Excellent service from Heather. Even though its not Breast Cancer month, she called the CT store to see if they had the Breast Cancer container for us to use. Everything worked out the way we wanted it.

My items were ready when I arrived and they had more stuff for sale too so I bought more. Great service and very friendly ladies at the counter. Kept my valentine candy a secret.

This place is a waste of time ..i purchase a package to be delivered on 2/14/2020 and paid extra to be there waited all day and nothing turns out they deliver it to someone else wont be buying from this place ever again

Order never delivered and no calls were received on why it was delayed. Why does the website say same day if they can’t deliver orders placed in advance?

Sign and website says they are open at 8am M-F but drove up to place an order at 830a and they are closed and looks like no one is there.
