The chocolate covered pecan brittle is a must have! I have been to the factory several times. If I don’t get to go by the factory on a Vegas trip I am always happy to pick chocolate up at the store in the airport.

What an awesome place. I had an hour before my flight and was just walking around. A really sweet lady was standing outside Ethel Ms offering samples of brittle. My instinct was to avoid sales pitches while accepting a piece, then I said what the heck. The brittle was buttery, perfect texture and no sales pitches included. I walked in, the whole place was friendly warm and inviting. I decided I would leave with a few select pieces to take home to my mom. Before leaving, the lady at the counter asked me if I had tried the dark chocolate lemon cremes. She gave me a sample and said so excitedly, You HAVE to try this!I said, thanks then left.On my way I took a bite. It was frickin amazing. Walked back and bought a box. Such a great way to end my lovely trip. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Yummy chocolates!

The treasure of Las Vegas! This chocolate will make enduring the Las Vegas airport well worth your time! Charles and Gerardo helped me pick out the perfect gift to take home to my teenage boys that will make them feel my love. I ended up walking away with some goodies for my upcoming flight, too. I highly recommend the salted chocolate caramels. They will tantalize your taste buds and delight you. Treat yourself to a little something special today!

Good chocolates, not so good experience. I bought a 48 box for $60. They had an offer going on wherein purchases above $50 were to get a free 8 bar pack. At the billing I reminded the cashier to put in the bars. After leaving I realized the bars were missing from the bag. I went back and told them the issue. But the cashier insisted that she had put the bars in the bag and kept staring my face. All I know is I am missing my bars. Not impressed.

Picked up a few chocolate gifts to take home because this chocolate is truly a ‘taste of Las Vegas’. Can’t wait to share it when I get home. The staff are super friendly and tastes are always offered. The milk chocolate brittle is excellent!

The chocolates were AMAZING but even better, the lady working there was soooooo nice! SHE GAVE US SAMPLES of chocolates and things and told us about the history of the shop and was SO GREAT!!!!! Thanks for the awesome customer service!!! Specially at an airport... people are stressed and tired and dehydrated and it was so great to have a nice person helping just to be helpful and because they like the company they’re working for. Kudos to you Ethel M shop!

There I was, walking to my plane, mourning my hangover and thinking about money lost to slots when Nicolas sees me and asks if I want sample some chocolate. Suddenly I remember all the baby sitters waiting at home and how I’ve got nothing for a thank you gift. Nicolas made sure I got exactly the best chocolate (hint: it’s all of them) as a thank you gift, and I got him a good review. So the babysitters won this round.Thanks Nicolas!

The staff here is so friendly! The chocolate was great and it was amazing. I bought a 48-piece handpicked box for $49. I thought this was a pricey for the chocolate but I was okay with it. I brought it home to my boyfriend as a gift and he loved it and ate 1/3 of the box in one night. He finally slowed down on eating them when I told him how much I paid for the box. Great chocolate and they all have a great taste.

I have been purchasing Ethel M Chocolates on and off since my first visit to Vegas in 1989. They are the best. I also lived in Vegas for 13 years and had the opportunity to work there taking.telephone orders during the Christmas season. Whenever I had family and friends visit, I always drove them to visit the Cactus Gardens and then into the retail store --- they always purchased at least one box of the candies. I always recommend Ethel M to all.

An odd review.We left an iPhone on a plane which landed in Las Vegas. We knew where the phone was as we had Find iPhone app and it was showing us a picture. We explained and explained to the Southwest representatives on multiple phone calls. We knew where it was. Across from Ethel M Chocolates. It was probably picked up off the plane and given to the Southwest person at the check-in and they probably put it in a drawer for later.Out of desperation we called Ethel Ms and the person who answered the phone ensured there was coverage for the shop and walked over to the gate, tried to deal with the representative boarding a plane, asked and talked to a supervisor, found the phone and over-nighted it to us.Really?Really. We talked for 2 days with Southwest, but they couldnt move: its has to be turned in; we cant go look for it. Really? Look for it? Its at the gate across from Ethel Ms.Thank you Ethel Ms. Thank you most especially for hiring the people you hire. My family, and everyone I have talked with (social media and otherwise), and will talk with, are customers for life.

Just too expansive

Maybe I am bias because I love chocolate and that is okay. The small yet efficient shop was clean and excellent display.

I was brought up on Sees and Ghirardelli in the San Francisco Bay Area, but Ethyl M is the best chocolate on the west coast!

Liquor chocolates are the best and Im not really a chocolate person.

Great last minute stop for a gift from Las Vegas. The liqueur chocolates are an excellent choice.
