My friends and I were in town for a birthday and made a reservation ahead of time (recommended). We were brought in on time and our server was very nice. I wasn’t super impressed with the experience though.We were here an hour after they opened and they were out of most of their drinks so we had limited options. We asked for a side of bbq sauce and fries and never got them. Later we asked two different people for a to go cup to take our milkshakes and no one ever came with one. The communication was lacking here and the food was alright. I had the Cajun chicken Alfredo and it was spicy and sort of bland.I’d recommend coming here for drinks or dessert but not for food.

We went to lunch here on our 13th anniversary trip. It was a delightful experience! We shared a cheesecake milkshake because they are HUGE. It came with a large piece of cheesecake on top. I also got the club sandwich, which was delicious and enough to feed two people. 😂 My husband got a South Beach surf and turf. It had shrimp, fried plantains, and all sort of other interesting flavors. We loved our experience and hope to be back soon!♥️😍

So this location is NO longer open. We had a reservation and when we arrived we were sent down the strip to the new location above Taco Bell Cantina at Planet Hollywood BUT once we arrived the drinks were super yummy and fun, the food was REALLY good and the vibe was on point!! Not to mention 50 CENT was in the house the night we went. GREAT TIME!!

Breakfast is amazing here! We had the chicken and waffles, avocado toast, and farmers omelette. We were all fully satisfied and pleasantly surprised. You can also order unlimited mimosas! The only pitfall was the parfait. It did not have any yogurt.

I wanted to go to The Sugar Factory for my wedding dinner and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The food was awesome, the drinks were AMAZING, and the atmosphere was live!! Yes the drinks are a little pricey but I got the strongest drink on the menu and felt great when I left!! 🥂🥂 The service was absolutely fantastic!! 👏👏👏👏 Cant wait to go back to Vegas and visit again!! ❤💛💚💙

I cant say enough about this place, 1st time coming here and the experience was absolutely amazing. We were a party of ten 3 adults and 7 kids ages ranging 7-13. It all started from the hostess Mahroukh who made are party happen and got better from there with Peter who gave us the best service, lets not forget Iven he was awesome also. Peter was always smiling and treated us like gold. The food was amazing and worth every $ and the drinks were well out of this world. Best experience weve had in Vegas so far. This is definitely a place to experience. I would give it a 10 Star not a 5 Star. 7/8/21

Brandon and Jaime are the absolute best. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would!!We stopped by while on a trip to Vegas for my girlfriends birthday. We had a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed the food and drinks on Friday and had such a good time we returned the next morning for brunch! I got some time to talk with the manager Brandon and he informed me that they were moving to a new spot in a few months. I gave him my word that we will return when that time comes to try out the rock climbing wall lolJaime was also an amazing server who I could tell really was passionate about her job and making people feel special. Everyone apart of our party had a great time and really really enjoyed the experience. Thank you guys I hope to see you again soon!

Very cute atmosphere. Theres a line to get in, outdoor seating is really nice and faster. Food was insanely expensive so definitely check for a Groupon! The milkshake and appetizer plate was almost $60.Wings were fantastic. Milkshake was delicious but even split between 3 still a bit of an overkill 😂I wanted to get one of the pretty drinks but couldnt justify another $40.You can tell why its a Vegas staple 👍

Sugar Factory was so fun! Had my birthday lunch there (3 women in our late 30s) and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. They’re known for their candy and large fishbowls of alcoholic beverages. Great for pictures! They sing if it’s your birthday and do a whole presentation with sparklers. It’s safe to say no one could finish the $100 ice cream bowl in the place but it looked amazing. We did the colorful pancakes instead which were great. Definitely recommends if you want to feel like a kid in a candy shop. Good for all ages! If you don’t like the sugar drinks, I recommend the bloody Mary’s.

Food was great! We had the cajun chicken pasta and the steak sandwich and fries. The strawberry margarita and the strawberry shake were overpriced. And the service was mediocre at best.

This place was nice, the big drink here is well worth $40 enjoy it! The food was 7/10 not one of use finished a full plate, the shakes and ice cream drinks are a sweet touch! Definitely need to experience it at least once( Groupon has a deal also take advantage )

This is a must stop when in Las Vegas!!! Great restaurant to have a birthday celebration and to take gorgeous photos and have a great time!!! It’s not a typical restaurant, it has a night club vibe .Restaurant is amazing. Interior was decorated very well and clean. Customers were having fun which only added to experience.Menu is thick and large, mostly specializes in desserts and specialty cocktails, but we were here for lunch which had diverse choices...including breakfast.Our burger was excellent and meat was cooked perfectly. Brioche bun was buttery and delicious.Place has all the candy you can think of and a bar with specialty drinks.Patio weather was perfect, and even better for people watching as was like a parade or people.Amazing customer service experience.Keep up the good work!!!

Had a great experience here! Go in knowing that drinks and food are pricey and expect to spend a lot but get a lot. My hubby and I split chicken wings were just okay, but then we had one of the smoking drinks and that was so fun. For dessert, we had the s’mores milkshake and it was so yummy. Two people could not eat the whole thing so we took a cup to go and ate the rest later. We made reservations online so we didn’t have to wait and the service was awesome and the ambience was that of an adult candy store. So much fun and wish I could go with a big group so we could order and share more plates!

We had a reservation and we should up on time and was told that this particular location had relocated to the one that was closed near our hotel. However they did not notify the people that had reservations. It was very unprofessional way to celebrate our anniversary on the last night in Vegas.

Great tasting food. Portion size great. Very heavy so make sure youre ready to eat. Located at the Fashion Show mall. Free parking available. To be seated inside, you need a reservation. We seat outside and they turned on the patio heaters/fire lamps. Great for a date or for the kids. And even just for the sugar to kick in. Definitely one to visit.

Cool place. The kids enjoyed it. The drinks were good but mostly ice. Love the bright colors of the place. It’s pretty loud. We made reservations days in advance and bought a Groupon voucher. It’s worth the money for the experience.

My then-boyfriend took me here for our first Valentine dinner together. Our waitress was very sociable in greeting us, paid a lot of attention to our requests and gave many suggestions on what to order as it was our first time there. Note that the menu is quite expensive, so I do not suggest eating here frequently unless it is for a special occasion. The Alfredo noodles I ordered with garlic bread took awhile to arrive, but seeing how it was busy and because it’s February 14th, that’s understandable. Our waiter did a great job and communicating the status of our order, providing utensils and refilling our glasses while we waited. The dish appeared much smaller than I expected for the price, but it’s amazing flavour and texture made up for it. My then-boyfriend was satisfied with his meal as well. We also ordered the Valentine special milkshake, as Sugar Factory is well known for their desserts, and it also tasted great. The red sauce and chocolate hearts patterned on the glass was adorable! I’d give this place a full 5-stars if it wasn’t for the overpriced menu. Otherwise, it is worth a visit for any special event if you’re looking for a meal and to satisfy your sweet tooth on the Vegas strip.

Took the wife here for her birthday(which they didnt even acknowledge)and i must say my experience was horrible. Weve been to the one in California and had a really nice time but this one was off their game. The service was a joke, the food was cold and not pleasant tasting, drinks were to expensive to not be drunk after drinking an entire goblet each. We decided to leave! I had to apologize to my wife because i felt like i almost ruined her day. Ended up taken her to Mortons steak house for the save! I really enjoy going to the sugar factory. Ive been to a few different ones in different states. This one was just the worst. Maybe they were having a bad day who knows but please get it together! At least the drinks were good to take pics of!

Listen, most people know of this place because of social media because and the smoke coming out of the drinks. In all honesty that’s why we came, but please, trust me when I give you this pro tip. Pro Tip: The MILKSHAKES BRING ALL THE BOYS TO THE YARD LOL. Literally the best milkshakes we have all had ever in life. The ice cream was bomb, consistency was perfect and the display was incredible!

The place was cool. We went during the breakfast/brunch time, so the menu was limited. The Strawberry Shake was DELICIOUS! The Waffle Burger was okay. I would visit again.

We went to the new location. The seating overlooked the strip which was nice but the service was awful but normally that’s not what I judge once the milkshakes and cookie sandwich came out (about 45 min later) it was just not good the cookie was stale and the milkshake was watered down and poorly made. I love sweets and all things chocolate but this was just bad plus it was about $80. We left most of the dessert it wasn’t even worth it. Really disappointed. Its an Instagram spot but that’s it order something cheap take your pictures and get out.

The drinks are good, I had one of their martini drinks and it was delicious, I would go back to get one of those drinks, although the prices make you think twice its alright not something you can just keep buying, especially for the big drinks. The wait was ridiculous, even with the online reservation system. Ended up waiting 2 hours and then getting a table outside. Part of the draw is the atmosphere of the restaurant which you miss out on by sitting on the patio. The food isn’t worth the money. The drinks are good if you are ok with spending $40 on one drink. Desserts are probably the best thing about this place.

We celebrated our 21 wedding anniversary here for dinner. This was my first time here. The food was really good and the drink... All we need was one! Great atmosphere and people watching was very entertaining.

I came here on 10/4/20 and had a really great experience! I loved the atmosphere! They played modern and old hip hop/R&b songs! That is my favorite genre of music. The tables were socially distanced. There was like 4 birthdays during the time. They had a different song play for each one. I believe the party got to choose the song but Im not sure. Regardless, it was awesome. The drink was sooo good. It was $39 tho, so we got one and split it. I, unfortunately, wasnt very hungry and wasnt sure why because it had been a while since I had eaten. But I did taste my food (waffle burger) some and took the rest home. My friends enjoyed their food as well. I just wish I was hungrier and a tad bit richer lol. Customer service was good too!

Cool experience overall and great place for instagram worthy pictures. The desserts are pretty heavy. We ordered the strawberry sundae for 2 and couldnt even finish half. The alcoholic goblets are not too bad in alcohol content. Its seems like mostly juice and ice with candy. The server will give you an opportunity to record them pouring the mixture into your drink that makes it smoke. I gave four stars bc the Vegas location at FS Mall seems slightly run down.

This location is just a drink stand now, the waitress was rude and lied about being able to keep the cup for a souvenir on a $50 drink that we were not told the cost of before ordering. Stay away from it

To begin with our reservation was at 1:30pm our party did not get seated until 3:00pm. They had us walk upstairs to get “seated” to only walk us inside their store and wait another 20 minutes. The host came to get us again and walked us downstairs. We finally got seated. The manager served our party courtesy shots from the Kendall Jenner bottle. Nice of him but the service only got worse from there. The server was friendly BUT he messed up all of our food orders and drinks. I understand what is to be a server and I understand serving a big party of 16 is challenging. He was very unorganized which caused half of the party to get their food or drinks before others. Never got asked if food was okay or offered any condiments. Half of our bill was wrong and were charged items that NEVER came to the table. Good luck if you ever visit this location very unorganized and won’t be seated on time and food will take an hour to be out. They are definitely not ready to have re-opened a restaurant. More staffing would have been nice.

This is a tourist trap and one of the worst experiences Ive had in my life I made reservations for 1:30 got a seat around 2:10 they tried to take us upstairs but the elevator broke so we sat on main floor. took 15 minutes for server to come check on us she was very polite and informative about the drinks the only problem was they were out of 7 of them so we ordered 4 and some appetizers 25 minutes later the drinks came while very cool and something to see once. the drinks were average at best and at 40.00 a piece a rip off. we ordered food and about 30 minutes later it came out only problem is our appetizers hadnt still. pasta was dry buns for mac and cheese burger super soggy. You ready for the kicker??? 303.15 was the total price! wasnt worth 60.00 if you know me you know i give all restaurants the benefit of the doubt but this was HORRIBLE!

Ate here on Valentine’s Day and it was pretty good, wait time was not long with a reservation and we were taken care of quickly. The food was hot and the drinks were tasty, happy we were able to get in and could have a great time while eating.

This place was great! We had breakfast with unlimited mimosas! The customer service was wonderful. I ordered the omelet and waffle and they were delish. Plus, it was just a fun place. Definitely something to experience with friends and family.

So much potential here... Its impossible to actually enjoy your dining companions because its SO loud. You have to yell across the table. So forget about conversation. Food is... Okay. You can get the same quality apps at Applebees or Outback for 1/2 the price. Our drinks took FOREVER and arrived w/ our food. Definitely needs a bar manager. Desserts were okay. I wouldnt say these creations were as special as they make them out to be. Frosting on the shakes tasted like Betty Crocker tub frosting. Wed MAYBE visit again but not if we want to do anything but eat a massive sundae and leave.

The service was HORRIBLE! I had a great experience at the Sugar Factory and I assumed I would have a similar experience. Well thats a far from the truth. We was seated and it was approximately 25 minutes before we was acknowledged. We got water, no straws. No silverware. Order drinks never got them. Did I say the experience was horrible

Sugar Factory is a for sure winner. Easy reservations through the phone, and super flexible about adjusting them. Originally i thought this was a desert bar but i was pleasantly surprised when i realized they serve both great drinks and food. The cuisine is American based with great surf and turf options. Definitely stop by when On Las Vegas Blvd next time.

Omg. This place is amazing. A must see when in vegas.. The drinks are huge and great to watch. and the service was great. Jamie answered every queston we had, was very friendly and very helpful. I recommend getting one of the drinks and asking for jamie when in Vegas.

This place was such a cute experience, they have a photo op area..multiple ones, like jumbo lolly pops. The drinks were cool for the picture but arent worth the $40-$60.

So I get that this is a popular place. It’s packed and the food is DECENT. The name and publicity makes it popular. You can find the same quality food at a Denny’s though. They’ll take a big group order and your Burger will sit under a heat lamp (I don’t know for sure but taste like it), and then they’ll bring the whole order. Your meat will, for sure, be undercooked. The taste is not worth the wait. You might as well grab a drink and go. The atmosphere will capture your attention but the food will disappoint.

Very interesting experience. The candy store was severely over priced, $20 for a small box of Taffy. The actual restaurant was pretty good. It was a long wait, but there were a lot of people, so... Drinks are fine, you get half the candy that is shown in the picture and less alcohol than you expect. If you receive a coupon while placing an order they will not honor it. Staff is fine but not even slightly great. This is an influencer place and everything of that shows. You only get a picture, not your moneys worth. That is saying a lot since it is ya know, Vegas... I wouldnt even recommend to an acquaintance.

Made dinner reservations for my birthday, I ordered a surf and turf, the lobster was rotten ! When my plate was brought to the table the smell was horrid! The waitress Amber said she could smell it and will have my plate made AGAIN without the lobster, I refused, my appetite is ruined 😡 I’ll eat somewhere else ! Our server made our experience unpleasant. She was so rude! I ordered 2 different drinks, a watermelon one and cotton candy. She said she didn’t have the candy garments for either drinks so she gave me peach candys on my watermelon & cotton candy drink. I didn’t mind, yet they were expensive for me not to receive what I’m paying for but not even 5 minutes later I saw another table with different server bring out the cotton candy drink it had all the candies my server said they were “out of”. Then when you pour the drink I asked if I could take a video & she rolled her eyes at me & my friend, decided to walk away & come back minutes later to ask if we were ready for the video. You come to places like these to record/take pictures for memories. So yes I want to take a video. My friend ordered a lollipop & white gummy drink & again she said she didn’t have the candies so she put some random candies instead and the 2 drinks tasted exactly the same I couldn’t taste the difference. If I’m paying $45+ for different drinks I would hope they would not taste identical. & yet again another table received the lollipop drink a few minutes later with the correct candies on them so I’m not sure if certain servers here aren’t allowed to serve some drinks or what the issue is. Then we asked for the check & she took 1 hour to bring us the tab. I asked the girl at the desk if I can get my tab please we have somewhere to be, she called the server and the server just glanced at our table & proceeded helping other tables. I had to go ask her while she was attending other customers if we could please get our check we were waiting for over 40 min at this point. She waits another 20 min then finally gives us our tab. 1 hour total to receive our check after we finished eating. I understand these places get busy but I would’ve left with a different image if I had better service. I don’t expect top notch but not what I received here. I couldnt ask for extra napkins, water, etc because she was never around & the one time I asked she rolled her eyes so I didn’t even want to bother her anymore. It sucks leaving a place this way.

Food here was great. The employees here were friendly, courteous, & helpful. My Family and I had brunch here the Chinese Salad I ate was delicious. Music made the atmosphere relaxing & enjoyable....

Great for a birthday dinner, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This place is great for families with kids because of the huge milkshakes, or just adults who want to try drinks you won’t find anywhere else!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Reservations made, showed up, the restaurant is dark, no one working. It wouldve been nice to know youre not open! Regardless of being understaffed, I shouldnt have had to come all the way here to find out theyre closed.

Horrible Service! Our reservation was for 12:15. We didn’t get a table until 12:45 and when we finally did, the table was super wobbly. We notified our server after he took 20 MINUTES to come to our table. His name was Andrew. He came back & told us that the hostess said the restaurant was really busy and that we would have to give up our table and simply just wait for another one to become available. HILARIOUS. They didn’t even give us brunch menus. Only dinner menus. We had to request the brunch menus. A table of 10 was sat next to us. They were greeted right away and even received appetizers. All while we are 30-40 minutes in and all we have is water on the table. At this time, we hadn’t even had a chance to put in a food order due to our server constantly disappearing. We ended up just walking out once we saw him catering to his other tables while we received horrible service. 0/10. Would never recommend to anyone.

Food was mostly good but the sliders were a bit under cooked and flavorless, And the lemonades had something very off about them.

We came in with an existing resevlrvation for 20 people at 11:30. At 1:15 we got our first round of refills, and when refilling water, the waiter not once, but three times absolutely drenched my husband while filling waters. No apologies, and another waiter noticed and brought some napkins out. 2 hours after weve ordered our food, it has started arriving for about half the party, with no silverware, and my omelet is sitting in front of me cold, because Im not eating with my hands. Absolutely atrocious service, and not a word from wait staff, theyre more concerned with bringing out the sparklers for the birthday parties. Id understand if you had a walk in party with a massive amount of people, but with an existing reservation you are well aware of how many people are coming in. We have another table in the same section that was sat about an hour after us, that has already had service with food & drinks. Definitely not what you expect for the amount of money you drop for a place like this.

First drink had a fly in it. When it was replaced, she didnt put any alcohol but charged me as if she had. Then it was my birthday, the waitress TOTALLY ignored doing their birthday tradition... It was a horrible experience. The manager on duty compensated with his outgoing personality, but the waitress🙄👀

Our waitress did the absolute bare minimum. She took our orders, never offered an appetizer or asked if we wanted anything to drink other than the water someone else brought to the table. Our food was dropped off by someone else and she didnt come back for a good 15 minutes. I discovered that my chicken was literally spoiled, and had no opportunity to order anything else as she didnt return for such a long time. When I told her the dish was bad, no offer or apology was offered. Another table was seated after us, ordered and was brought appetizers by the same waitress before our order was taken. We visited from Cleveland, Ohio, and Sugar Factory was the only place that my daughter, whose 21st birthday we were celebrating, wanted to go. Im very disappointed and would not recommend this place for any kind of celebration.

My drink was great, but I think they forgot the liquor.😂 After one of the bartenders was really turning up, I think I realized where my missing ingredient was.🤣But overall, still a great drink, regardless of the mishap. Born out of Las Vegas and now a global enterprise built on gigantic bubbling Goblets, fun Food and celebrity-spotting, it would be impossible to say Sugar Factory is not one of the most successful concepts to ever spawn from Sin City, owner Charissa Davidovici somehow managing to turn $30 Lollipops into high-fashion frequently spotlighted in Social Media feeds of everyone from Drake and Nick Cannon to a disproportionate number of Jenners and Kardashians.Originally launched in 2010 where HeXx now resides, a second location at Town Square also opened and shuttered in the interim, Sugar Factory American Brasserie now resides at Fashion Show Mall, a visit on Saturday night showing staff and ownership taking COVID-19 quite serious from queuing to temperature checks and plenty of PPE.Still an eye-catching space despite acrylic dividers, separate entrance and exit creating good flow through a room currently operating at half-capacity, it was seated next to a disco-ball duck that four guests were greeted by a hard-working masked Waitress, all while a mix of pop and rap played overhead at about eighty decibels.Without doubt a grand spectacle, the sweet theme dominating a generally “American” bill of Fare, it was after some Q&A that dinner started with Cocktails, three boozy and one virgin all poured tableside with a smoke-show of Dry Ice eventually yielding Fruit-forward flavors that likely won’t amuse purists but work perfectly well in terms of Sugar Factory’s target audience.Making a low ceilinged first-floor look much bigger by way of crystal chandeliers and a lot of mirrors, the glass doors looking out towards Wynn and an open patio enough to keep the inside feeling secluded yet still accessible, it was after perhaps twenty minutes that savory round-one arrived, these first four plates featuring two fresh Salads including one topped with Ora King Salmon and dueling kid-friendly platters including a sampler of Wings, Fingers and Onion Rings plus Sliders that have improved a great deal since last visit despite their admittedly ridiculous Rainbow Buns.Particularly amused by the platter’s Mac & Cheese Pops, while “Chinese Chicken Salad” proves every bit on par with Wolfgang Puck’s famous version at Chinois, it was at this point that lights dimmed for the first of six times, a nearby birthday receiving the $99 King Kong Sundae topped in a dazzling sparkler while this writer and crew sipped three “Insane Milkshakes” including the Caramel Sugar Daddy placing a wedge of Cheesecake on top of the Chocolate and Graham Cracker-coated mug filled with flavors similar to its namesake Candy and a texture similar to Cannoli filling.Taking time with the Milkshakes, though no amount of effort will completely avoid sticky hands, both “Campfire S’mores” and “Cookie Monster Make a Wish” up the ante on good Ice Cream by way of bakery-fresh accoutrements, the blue-frosted Donut and Cupcake performing better than necessary while a Brownie at the base of stacked Graham Crackers, Marshmallows and Hershey’s was rich enough to be served as Dessert by itself.Onward to Entrees, “The Big Cheesy” putting a thick patty of Grass Fed Angus cooked medium-rare beneath crispy Bacon, house BBQ Sauce and a big scoop of Mac n’ Cheese, suffice it to say that Fettuccine Alfredo exceeded expectations while Chicken and Waffles has improved tremendously since 2017 – to the point where price, portion and flavor all outperform HeXx as well as Yardbird.Going all-in during a year full of challenges, and happy to see guests of all-ages smiling inside a Restaurant that predates #instagram for Food doubling as a photo-op, it was 7:00pm when lights dimmed for the night’s fireworks finale, the impossibility of four guests consuming 24 Scoops of Ice Cream obvious though that certainly does not mean it wasn’t fun trying.

The manager Michael is a dream come true. What started out as a bad experience, exceed expectations. Michael was kind, attentive and solution oriented. We came to celebrate a birthday and he made sure the birthday boy had a ball. Highly recommend.

This was one of the highlights of mu anniversary trip. We ordered the rainbow burgers, the soul man drink, and a drink with Virginia black whiskey (can’t remember name). The burgers came out fast and the drinks were huge. They were not watered down and I love that! Our waitress was nice and attentive. It was quite nice!

Went here for random afternoon lunch as was shopping in mall. We were greeted and seated immediately and given choice of patio or inside seating.Restaurant was full and had great vibe. Interior was dressed very well and clean. Customers were having fun which only added to experience.Menu is thick and large, mostly specializes in desserts and specialty cocktails, but we were here for savory lunch which had diverse choices...including breakfast.Patio weather was perfect, and even better for people watching as was like a parade or people.Our burger was excellent and meat was cooked perfectly. Brioche bun was buttery and delicious.Manager even checked on our table. Dont often come down to the Strip anymore, but will make sure and come in to Sugar Factory upon our next trip.Keep up the good work!!!

Awesome milkshake selections. Little pricey

Great service! Our drinks were excellent - we shared the Soul Man and each had a martini. Appetizers were delicious - we shared the shrimp and fried cheese. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome experience! Good music, good food, good service. Had my sons Birthday party there. He wont ever forget how awesome it was and neither will I.

We ordered delicious burgers and other items but they were out of ice cream when we went so no milkshakes. They are also out of the little yellow ducks so the kids were disappointed.

Only had a drink here. Was really good. Watching them make it was great, bartender was friendly. But I think its alittle pricey for how much alcohol is actually in it.

Upon our 8/26/21 evening reservation time, a pretty-eyed hostess walked our party of 9 to a table fit only for 7. This is when she realized they mixed our reservation up with another. Things happen, I know. However, instead of taking responsibility, the hostess became rude, at one point arguing with my 60 year-old mother, whose birthday it was.They then directed us back to the front of the restaurant. After 20 minutes, staff walked us to yet another table, which was adequate to our party. However, after 15 minutes of sitting, we still had not been greeted by a member of the waitstaff. I then walked over to a server and asked if hed send someone over. We waited another 10 minutes without a single word from staff. Nearly an hour after our originally reservation, we got up and walked to the nearby Maggianos.I told Maggianos about our experience and they kindly and quickly accommodated us without us having reservations.

I would definitely recommend the place if all expectations would have been met around service. Food was great specially the chicken Alfredo!! Amazing drinks and desserts. Make a long story short, made a reservation to celebrate my daughters birthday. Both orders she requested were not available (colorful sliders or the milkshake). Waiter explained that the sliders are not available neither was the milkshake. First bummer, we accepted it and gave the place the benefit of the doubt since they were super busy. After receiving our order the Buffalo chicken burger is not something I recommend especially for the price. But pasta milkshakes and drinks are fantastic!!Biggest and main issue about the visit was that the waiter forgot about my daughters birthday and did not bring out the candle or nobody came to the table to sing for her and make her feel special. Watching my daughter seeing 4 different tables getting these sparkling candles and a special dessert was super upsetting. After receiving our to go boxes we left and spoke to the manager who was super nice about it. We were able to see that he felt super bad about the situation and tried to fix it and let my daughter choose lots of candy and gave us a nice discount for the unpleasant visit.Super upsetting visit but overall can’t give this place a 1 star review.Service 1-2 starsFood 4-5 stars depending on what you will eat!Location 3 stars due to a weird smell all over the restaurant.Overall score 3 stars my experience
