The ice cream was the classic, delicious Ben & Jerry’s. You can’t go wrong with the tonight dough. The only issue I had was the price. I can get a full pint at the store for $5-7, but a pint at this location was $12. If you want to say you’ve been to the Ben & Jerry’s store knock yourself out, but if you’re looking for value, this ain’t it chief.

It was my bad I bought the ice cream.The price is more than usual Ben & Jerry price just next block inside Miracle mile shop.The ice cream will be given in the cup with as much as little amount possible in a standard scoop. I will not be back and also never recommend them.Look for other B&J nearby, they are better, dont get Ripped on the strip.After getting response from owner.Dear business owner,Dont think you are custom made best ice cream shop on strip, you are selling the ice cream that is available across nation and you are charging more than the next block B&J store. So, your bit pricey statement is wrong here and please be polite to your customers, it will give you more business.

Delicious and perfect for a hot day! Eat fast before it melts.

Odered a brownie sundae that comes with hot fudge so i added caramel but it came with no hot fudge and charged me for the caramel. Also got a cookie cookie sundae and the cookies were as hard as a rock.

They have a good selection of 21 different flavors. I tried the salted caramel and it was delicious. This place is open till 2 which is quite nice. All the other Ben & Jerrys around here close much earlier. Basically its a small stand with good people that works there and short lines. Go check them out there new business.

The ice cream did taste good. But there were not enough indoor sittings. It was not pleasant to enjoy the ice cream in a hot day.

What can I say? If you need your Chunky Monkey fix then stop in and grab a waffle cone! Nice place.

Great customer service but awkward spot to find parking

Ice cream was fine but absolutely horrible staff. They were too busy counting tips to take money. We waited for over 5 minutes in front of the cashier before they finally took our payment. I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of customers walk out with never paying because the employees don’t care enough to actually collect money.

Wow they have really good ice cream here! Their waffles are huge! They scopes chocolate ice cream inside my waffle. The staff here was ok not as helpful as I would like. But overall it was a good experience. I still recommended this place if you want some good ice cream.

Zero stars I don’t know who’s working but I order a Banana split and three small ice cream’s from GrubHub and they were all melted and the container for the banana split what’s upside down and leaked all over the bag It was destroyed the bananas was nasty I ordered three ice cream for the banana split which were tonight dough butter pecans and strawberry cheesecake and I didn’t look like it has strawberry cheesecake zero stars would never buy ice cream from Ben & Jerry’s from this location ever again

2 nights in a row! Terrible service! No smiles! Not willing to compromise! On 2nd night: You definately could have charged me for 2 scoops and the two cones and put one scoop in each cone! You simply said no! When I asked. You CHOSE not to. It was not that you couldnt. Never going to this store again! ZERO stars!
