My elderly parents use this facility from 2015 until recently. Maria the manager has helped me for the last 2 years. She has been very knowledgeable completely professional and with the best customer service. The facility is also very clean, new and in great working condition. I am very impressed with Roadrunner self storage and I recommend it to anyone in the area, but I especially want to thank Maria for always being there for my Mom and Dad. Keep up the Great Work!!!

We met with Maria on Monday, Oct 5th 2020 to rent a storage unit for excess household items. Maria completed all paperwork quickly and efficiently and fully explained all rules and regulations. She is clearly a valuable member of your team - very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. We were very impressed with the overall appearance of the storage facility; very clean and well lit. We feel lucky to have such an excellent self storage facility so close to our home and so accessible.

I am now and have in the past used Roadrunner storage indoors and outdoors storage units. I am writing to praise the peaceful location and for the nice staff as well as mention how much of a disappointment it is to see management change. My most recent use of storage has been x9 months. I really would have stayed longer however I am moving on from this storage facility. The management decided to email renters about updating our files. However they have added a clause in that the terms of lease may change and can increase rates on an monthly basis. They want us to sign and agree to their monthly charge increase all by “updating their files.” At $142.20 for a 10x20, I understood I was getting their best price. I have searched else where and found I was still paying far too much in that other places charge, $79 -$89 for a simular unit size.My only reason for holding on to the unit was convince of being close to where I live. I will miss having quick access. But I am happy I will be saving $60-$70 a month. Reconsider.

As I am preparing to store some of my most valuable belongings I contacted Road Runner Self-Storage. I had the pleasure of speaking with Diane, she was amazing and had the knowledge to answer all my questions on their climate control units. She was very helpful, she was patient to give me the time I needed to ask all the questions I had, she was able to give me in full detail all the information needed for their storage / climate control units. I will definitely be using you all for my storage. Great ob in training these employees to be great at their job!!!

Today is Monday January 28, 2019 and I had to go to the storage facility where I keep my most treasured items, that I haven’t seen in years, and something occurred to me and I just had to speak out about it. It occurred to me how nice, clean, and brightly lit this storage facility is. I’ve been coming here for close to five years now, and it’s been so consistently comfortable, clean, I’ve always felt secure and safe there. All the motion lights work, and the bathrooms are kept remarkably clean. All that doesn’t just happen by itself, so I went into the office and had to shake the hand of the person responsible, Maria, and thank her personally. I also wanted to write this review to let other perspective customers know how wonderful Roadrunner Self Storage is and to perhaps encourage other customers recognize what a wonderful facility this is and how much Maria does for you.Thank you Maria, you are appreciated.Michael DeJulio

Besides the great storage room that we rent, Maria (the lady in the office) makes it enjoyable to pay rent! .. She is always soo kind, friendly, encouraging, & helpful making everyone know they are welcomed! She also does her job very well being organized while keeping her office area & lobby clean, tidy, & in order! Working well with the public she is very knowledgeable about the units, terms, contracts etc., & relays it all to the customers so they can fully understand the rules & regulations before signing the contracts. When situations arise she handles them efficiently & promptly! She knows how to turn a rough day into a happy day! If you go by there & rent a space youll see what im talking about!! :)
