I just had the worst experience ever, I wanted to take the COVID 19 Vaccine and they asked me for insurance and the are charging for that, or you need to have a insurance and the vaccine is FREE because the government is giving it to us with no requirement of insurance at all, this is outrageous in the middle of a pandemic and this big pharmacies are doing this, I just called CVS and they are giving it without insurance, guys this is a PANDEMIC for God sakes!!! And by the way, I already talked to CDC and reported

Employee or manager “raz” whatever he is, was rude. The man had poor customer service. I usually get the girl cashier in the mornings, always welcomes me with a nice smile and good vibes. However that employee that day wasn’t helpful at all. His vibes were off. Hope he gets his customer service together. Walgreens needs more welcoming staff. Less of him.

I get good customer service at the pharmacy here but there is never anyone at the photo station. I waited, and waited and waited and no one came to Assist. I decided to knock on the door and no one came. I called out and no one came. At this point frustration set and I decided to walk a bit to the back and call to see if anyone was there. A man with a khaki shirt with a Walgreens logo sitting at the photo developing kiosk scolded me and told me I could not go to the back. He had been watching me standing there for so long and noticing I needed help and instead of asking if I needed help he just scolded me. I left and decided not to purchase what I wanted.

A family friend, part of my church community, was denied (I was a witness and translator) a COVID-19 vaccine at this Walgreens on 7610 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78041 on 4-10-2021 at 5:40 PM because - as Sam (employee #203) stated- he cannot prove that he is a U.S. citizen and does not have a valid ID. Per The Texas Department of State Health Services and The Texas States Expert Vaccine Allocation Panel anyone who is over the age of 16 is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine regardless of citizenship status.Thousands of vaccines are wasted each day in the U.S. yet essential workers who need them and are eligible, are denied a dose at this Walgreens. Please help me raise awareness about this Walgreens classist, discriminatory and negligent behavioral issues that- if left unresolved- will continue to leave those that are most in need in our community in danger.

I just went to the store looking for a product that says it’s available in-store only. When I get there, Employee told me there’s none. I told them it’s says available. But still they told me no. That it takes long to update the app. I think you should update ASAP so I customers like me don’t go to store and waste time. It’s upsetting.

My favorite pharmacy in the area. Great emplyees - always helpful. They have been very efficient at filling my scripts in a very timely manner. Sometimes a short wait in line. Wish they stayed open until 10 PM. Walgreens is more advanced than others with its internet capabilities for customers. Balance Rewards is very use for tracking health info and can you some money too.

Walgreens sends me a text saying I have a prescription due, so I fill the Rx on the Walgreens website then receive another text from Walgreens saying my Rx is ready for pickup. I drive to the store, wait in line at the pharmacy FOREVER because they are so understaffed, and when I finally get to the window am told they have only *FIVE* pills ready of my 90-day supply! (This has happened twice now.)Ridiculously POOR SERVICE. Im shopping for a new pharmacy.
