Our movers were awesome! Ambrose and Emanuel were fast and professional. They had a great attitude, even when getting my couch down from my third floor apartment. They finished even faster than estimated which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

They got my move done so quickly and were very considerate of my happiness with what they did to a point of even making sure that they had everything where I wanted it before they left. This company is so bad and not professional, they move half of my furniture and asked me to pay whole balance, when I asked him to bring the rest they kept my furniture in their truck and don’t care that the kids should start their school on Monday and there are no bed or clothes for them.They left all these

I have used Two Men and a Truck for many years, to move both my business operations and my home. Sometimes my experiences with the movers was good and sometimes not so good. This time, however, I struck gold!! Charles, the lead mover, was absolutely stellar. He was polite, on time, and focused with the paperwork. Most importantly, however, is that Charles politely took control of the strategies of moving. He and his team carefully, but efficiently, wrapped my items to be moved. There were no scratches or dents or damage to any of my items. In the past, I have been concerned about the movers and the damage to my property which they caused. In sharp contrast, Charles kept me informed at every step, asked relevant questions, and treated my property as carefully as he would have done if it were his own. Thank you, Charles!! Two men and a truck were efficient in scheduling a move of heavy items inside our home. The team was coordinated, hard working and courteous. They did many things to protect our doors, floors, and walls!

Charles and James did a phenomenal job helping us move from Michigan to South Carolina. They were on time, kept in communication with us and did not mess around when it came to loading and unloading the truck. I actually had to beg them to stop, get some water and take a break! These two make a great team!

The team who moved us was excellent. Our move involved pickup at one location that required loading in sections so that we could drop part of the load and pick-up more at a second location and final delivery at a third. Thank you, Katy, Devon, and Emanuel! We appreciate your steady work, attention to detail, great communication, and organization. If I could give you 6 stars, I would, particularly as you kept our belongings dry and worked though heavy rain and the worst mosquito swarm I have ever seen! The staff I spoke with during the estimation and scheduling process were knowledgeable and helpful as well. I will definitely use this company again.

The lead mover and team were great, kind, precise, careful and courteous. However, they didn’t bring the boxes as promised to pack our large breakable mirror or tv though we specified the tv’s a month ago in the deal. A trainer came out but still no boxes. The team finished early but my husband was still moving boxes 7 hours later. Several trips in our SUV until 9.30 pm. His back hurt for 2 days. Why hire movers? Search around folks and compare.

The movers were 3 hrs late arriving but seemed to move everything safely and efficiently in a half hour from start to finish. However, much to my surprise, instead of a half hour, they charged for 1.5 hours and said they charge for their round trip commute time, which seems wrong, even after I questioned the charges. They would not offer any recourse but to just call and complain, but it was after business hours and they had to charge my credit card on the spot for $240 for only $80 worth of work.

The moving team was efficient and professional on an extremely hot day with lots of stairs and multiple stops. They worked very hard to make the move as painless as possible. The estimate was spot on. I would NEVER use another moving company.

My husband and I were very impressed with our moving team, Justin and Charles. We had some very large, heavy and awkward pieces of furniture and they worked at getting the furniture moved. It was also raining hard. All of our furniture was blanketed and wrapped in shrink wrap. They were excellent!

I called to set up a moving date. They told me theyd have to approve moving my log bed. I had to email them a picture for approval. They never responded to me. So, I called them back and left a message to see if they had approved moving my bed. Im still waiting for a call back. Used another moving company. I find it odd that they moved my log bed 7 yrs ago, but I have to have approval now.

We called Two Men and a Truck to move our furniture and we were impressed with them throughout the process. The call center was incredibly responsive and accommodating (especially when we had to adjust our move date a couple of times). The movers were prompt, polite, and moved everything without issue!

This was my first time using Two Men and a Truck, and they did a great job with my local move! They were very careful with my oversized furniture and secured my belongings when there was extra space in the truck. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and I know I can trust them with any other move I have in the future!

Our Two Men and a Truck move was 4 men, one woman and 2 trucks. The crew was polite, efficient and helpful. They kept us informed at every step, asked pertinent questions and moved not only our belongings, but a lot of stress from the day. Our moving team did an amazing job with a long day of moving which included moving an incredibly old and heavy piano. No matter how exhausted they must have been, they never stopped smiling, laughing, and enjoying the day which put us at ease on what we thought could be a stressful day. They were committed to finishing the job exactly as requested. Their communication, teamwork, and problem solving on the spot made moving even the largest of items like our piano through narrow passageways look easy. The Two Men and a Truck team was the most stress free part of the entire moving process.

The crew was amazing, they called when they could come earlier than the scheduled appt. They were very professional, packed my parents furniture as if it was their own and assisted us in everyway possible. Hello.I am contacting you in reference to the above order, which occurred this morning.I am requesting to find out exactly what happened with the move and the movers this morning.This may become a he-said she-said situation, but I am going to explain to you what had happened on our account of this morning:1) When the movers arrived, they moved our sofa/couch down to load it into the truck. Based on their claim, they had telephoned us 5 times to let us know that the lobby door got locked behind them. We, however, had only received 1 telephone call. They could have easily buzzed the bell to be let in or contacted us at the alternate telephone number(provided to you) to have the situation resolved. Movers claimed that they had only received one of our telephone numbers from your office. But again, they could have easily reached out to you to obtain that secondary phone number.2) Drivers left our apartment building after claiming that they could not reach us and failing to seek other options to be let into the building. They took ONLY the sofa/couch with them to our moving location, and upon their arrival at our new house, they just sat in their truck killing/milking time and did not unload the sofa/couch right away despite the fact that they can clearly see that we were there and even had the door open for them to be let into the house.This situation could have easily gotten resolved using a common sense approach on the movers end, and clearly they failed to do so. I am requesting your side of the story, as we will be getting to the bottom of this mess.Oh, Jinhwan

We used their service in the winter of 2021 to move heavy furniture from a 3 level apartment to a 3 level home. The Two movers, Troy and Went, were courteous, careful and thorough. They took great care to try to protect our furniture during the move and apologized for tracking in salt from outside (the move was during a cold snap). We had an office desk that was damaged heavily during the move, but those things happen and the service team rectified it quickly and a check to cover the cost of replacement. I cannot recommend the service enough and was impressed with the process from start to finish. Easy five-star from me.

My move had to be done in 2 parts as I had a 2 week time from moving from one house to another. It was a pleasant transaction from the 1st phone call to the day the gentlemen delivered my furniture to my new house. I will admit I had a preconceived idea of what movers would be like and I will be the first to admit I was very much wrong. They were young men that were polite and respectful. They did their jobs without being on their phones constantly or me having to ask them to keep moving. I was pleasantly surprised by this and how fast it went. There was 5 of them in total for both moves. I couldnt have gotten a bunch of better guys to do this for me. One gentlemen seen we was struggling to put the bed frame back together so he did it for us. I thank him for that as I would probably still be there trying to do it myself as we werent even close to getting it done right. Again I would recommend this company to anyone that is moving and if you need to store your items they are very reasonable on what they charge. Keep up the good work.

Movers were friendly and efficient, did have a bit of a mix up of where the truck was supposed to be meeting me at, but it was rectified quickly. The only real issue was after unloading the truck at my new place, movers left the apartment door wide open. Thankfully the resident cat did not take the opportunity to escape. Otherwise, the guys had my stuff loaded and unloaded quickly and they were pretty reasonably priced.

The movers were great. They were nice, worked hard, nothing wrong with them. But the office operators made me very upset.First of all, I called to schedule and a lady picked up the phone, and I could tell that she doesnt even wanna work, so annoyed. Didnt even answer my questions thoroughly, meh meh meh.Second of all, they misinformed the movers on the moving day, my scheduled time was 9:30-11:30am, but they have told them 8-9am.When I first called the office, they said 8-9am was the only time available in the morning, but when I was talking to the operator, 9:30-11:30am spot became available. So I made the reservation for 9:30-11:30am.But then, the movers came to my place at 8:30am saying we are here, I was like what? my reservation is in between 9:30-11:30 and they checked with the office and told me at 8:57am-ish that yes I am right, and do I want them to come back later, but I felt sorry for them that they were already at my place. The reason why the reservation time was important was I had to clear the path way so that the movers can move out quickly, instead of going through the messy minefield. I started cleaning asap, and when they told me that at 8:57am-ish, I just told them to start. And then, they said the office told them to start the clock from 8:45am which literally makes no sense, and I said what? how? and the movers said thats what they were told. I didnt want to argue with them when I need to start moving, so I just told them ok lets start, and I ended up paying extra 15mins(47.5$ - 3men) that I did not even plan to.

Two Men and a Truck moved me into my new home. They were very careful with my household items, worked quickly and with care, they disassembled some items and reassembled them when at the new site. They placed my items where I wanted them and were the best to work with. They were thoughtful and kind. They made the move a very pleasant experience. Andre Neilsen, Francisco Fuentes, Kenyon Lanier and Jacob Milam, were the ultimate moving team. I have used movers in 5 of my moves (several where from state to state) and no one provided the quality, excellence and care that these four men did. I will never another moving company going forward. I would ask for the men that did my move by name if I ever need anything moved. They made my move so easy for me. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

The team that did our move was PHENOMENAL. Speedy, careful, efficient, incredibly responsive and engaged. When we had a few last minute changes and unique needs they were totally flexible and understanding and met those challenges. I cant say enough good things. They were so fast we came in under time for the estimate (and therefore under budget!) and we were also able to arrange for them to haul away some old junk from our new home as part of their junk removal service. Cant say enough good things--they made our move so much easier and less stressful.

We used Two Men and a Truck to move our office from a complex to a new warehouse across town. The team was on time, professional, and very efficient. We felt like they kept a good pace and were very polite. Charles and Aaron led the team and kept everyone working hard. Elizabeth was very attentive to small details and making sure everything was taken care of. Stephen and Cyrus were very hard workers and never stopped moving! We appreciate their help very much, couldnt have done it without them!

The moving team was professional, friendly, and fantastic overall. After 10+ self-moves, this is the first time Ive ever hired movers, and I wish I had done it much sooner. I had used them on my previous move, 3 years ago, and that was a totally night and day experience. Those movers were polite, organized and worked as a team and worked SMART. These guys this time worked dumb. They were doing stuff the hardest possible way and made things WAY harder on themselves than they needed to be. We did find out that the company recently underwent new management in the last 3 years, so perhaps that is a huge reason for the discrepancies with our experience.However, I would NEVER use this company again, nor will I ever recommend them again. If anything, I will save my pictures and show them to whoever says they are considering using them. I am just appalled at the unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for customer service and customer satisfaction that this company has. I am so beyond words and absolutely livid by this whole experience. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone ever again. And I will do everything in my power to deter people from utilizing your company.

Have used two men and a truck before and always had great service. they helped us move once and have used them to help move things in and out of our house.

I called and emailed with the office to schedule a move. We selected a time and day, I sent them the pictures the requested, and they gave me a price that I agreed to. The time and day comes (which I used a vacation day for) and, after about an hour of waiting I called them to see why they hadnt arrived. The office said that I technically didnt reserve an appointment (which we had agreed on a day, time and price, so I dont know what more they wanted from me) and made it seem like it was my fault that it wasnt scheduled. I mentioned to them that I had email correspondence that would say otherwise, so they told me that they could be there at 10am the next day. I reluctantly agreed because we had to be out of the apartment by the end of the week and I was afraid I wouldnt be able to find another place to do it. So the next day Im waiting around for another hour and call again to see where they are when the office tells me that its actually a 2 hour window for when theyll arrive. So I had to miss another half day of work. No refunds, no discounts, no apologies. And the office made it seem like it was all my fault. Oh and they also charge you an insane amount extra if it takes them longer than they think it will to drive to the new place, even though they have the new address ahead of time when they give you the quote.

I didn’t have to worry about a thing. If they noticed something was wrong or out of place they pointed it out first instead of waiting for me to notice. Then they took the steps to fix what needed to be fixed with no hassle. I appreciate everyone on all sides of Two Men and a Truck.

After working with a team of movers from Two Men and a Truck in placing new furniture from a third party vendor in our student rental communities in East Lansing, I cannot begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction in working with these young adults these past few days. I wish I had gotten all of their names to mention each and every one of them in this review and am sorry that I did not. Carter, Mitch, Jacob and the rest of their team not only did an EXCELLENT job, especially considering how hot it was this week, but they did it with respect and professionalism. These young adults that I coordinated furniture placement with for two days were hard-working, caring, and respectful. Not once did I hear one of them complain about the fact that they had to remove large pieces of furniture from upper level apartments down multiple levels of stairs, then follow-up by carrying new sofas and chairs up the same stairs to the apartments. They accomplished removing and replacing fifty pieces of furniture in record time in one day with temperatures in the upper eighties. TRUE SUPERSTARS in my book! I can honestly say that I am looking forward to working with this company again in July when another shipment of furniture is scheduled for placement in our apartments. The two employees who handled our needed work did an outstanding job.

I left my deceased moms wedding ring loose in a drawer... Stupid I know... And they carefully packed it as well as my other jewelry and moved it. I would have been heartbroken if that ring had been lost. I am so grateful to them. In addition, they were kind and did a fantastic job with everything. Will for sure recommend them to everyone. The movers that loaded our UPack truck took great care to ensure our fragile items were packed safely for across the country travel. They were nice and funny. However, my only complaint was that they moved so extremely slow. It took 3 professional movers over 6 hours to load everything. My husband (Who use to own a moving company) & his two friends (with no experience) loaded the same items into a smaller truck in 3.5 hr. They stood around a lot looking confused as to what they wanted to do. They would pick up a box and set it down a few times before grabbing a different box and placing it in the truck. Very upset at their lack of efficiency. When you’re getting charged by the hour, it’s hard to watch people drag their feet. It just seemed like they didn’t care about our time.

What a great group to work with in Lansing, Michigan! As an out-of-state parent with a child at MSU, this company has done it again! Our stored items arrived at the new apartment in great shape and when we expected them. The delivery guys were so nice!

They broke my wifes antique table, favored wooden mandala and metal tree pieces, damaged our door jamb, dropped and broke stuff in a box and scuff/tore our leather sofa set. They are refusing to repair the completely smashed decorative piece.

I used Two Men and a Truck for the second time earlier this week and they were great. They were able to get all of my furniture out of my house and moved into a storage unit 30 min away in just 2.5 hours. They didnt cut any corners through, all the pieces were padded and wrapped to avoid any damage in transport. If you hate moving as much as I do I would recommend you give them a shot.

When the movers came, they were extremely professional, clean & courteous. HOWEVER, the problem I had was when I called and scheduled the move, I was NOT PUT on the schedule. When I called to ask where the movers were on the day of move, an hour and a half after their window, that is when I found out.As it turns out, I was able to take ANOTHER day off work to get the move done before I had to close on the house that same day.Again, I would like to compliment the gentleman that came for the move.

We have used Two Men and a Truck for our last three moves. They have been professional, fast, and through every time. There is so much to do when moving, but I know I can count on Two Men and a Truck to get the job done so I can worry about the other million details.

This company was very helpful on the phone when I first called, the moving team called when they left the office and then showed up on time and ready to work. They were professional and attentive to our belongings.

The movers arrived on-time, however several pieces of bedroom furniture were damaged. I am awaiting resolution of the damage claim and will consider updating this review once the claim is resolved. At this point, I cannot recommend using their services. Several pieces of the furniture were not protected properly when loading the truck.

We utilized two men (really three) and a truck to move furniture, seal up a few boxes and move all of it to Volunteers of America in Lansing. We were extremely impressed with the level of detail to the items that were to be moved and the preparation of the items. They were wrapped and secured within the truck. The three men we had on 7-1-19 were James Clemons along with Anthony and Eric. They were fantastic from arriving on time, to quickly and effortlessly handling what we asked. They were up and down a flight of stairs and in and out of multiple rooms with very small entryways and hallways. We appreciate all that they have done for us from pickup to delivery. Great job! Flexible on scheduling, I had to move the original date. Crew was careful and energetic and worked quickly and hard. I hate you. As a result of what this company put me through i have told all my friends and family to never use two men and a truck. The people at the office had a complete and total disregard for the problem that the movers created. I sincerely hope misfortune and hardships for the company and all its employees. Every time i see a truck i get filled with rage and have flashbacks about how disrespectful i was treated. If you work for this company and, you are reading this find a new job you can do better.

These 3 young men- Neil, Carter and John were the best! Fast, efficient, helpful and personable. Everything arrived safely and no damage to walls during their many trips to the basement with a tricky turn. Their smiles and helpful attitude made them the perfect reps for the company. Had a great experience with full service move. They brought packing supplies/boxes and packed my belongings carefully. Loaded/unloaded and provided truck. The guys impressively did not take breaks, were pleasant, and went above/beyond what was expected. No broken items. Definitely worth the price for low hassle, low stress moving experience! Two Men and a Truck staff are wonderful. We had to move heavy furniture into our garage for a week to install new flooring. The first team of movers were professional and friendly. Then, we were supposed to have the furniture moved back in the next Saturday. No one showed up, so we called. The person said we werent on the schedule and wondered if we could wait until Monday. He said hed give us a discount. We were fine with that. The team that came on Monday were also professional and friendly. They did exactly as we asked and were efficient getting all the pieces back into the house.

They handled the final paperwork with skill and made sure we were pleased with every aspect of the move before leaving.Though moving with any company can seem costly, for the excellence, care and reliability of this company, I would recommend them to anyone!

Showed up on time, worked non stop all day. We did not have one item damaged! The four guys worked hard and efficient, very thought full and a well trained group. Our family has used Two Men & a Truck on 5-6 major to minor moves. My business used them to move our office as well. ONLY moving company to use..........the best in the business!

Our movers were very proficient, and polite. They used care to wrap our furniture and move it out of our old house. They also were careful when moving our furniture into our new home, making sure woodwork, doors etc. were not nicked. Beds were assembled, and furniture was placed where we asked for it to be placed, even when we changed our minds a few times. A professional group who presented well!

Our team was GREAT! They were quick, efficient and careful with all our belongings. Jordan Moore was so helpful and patient (our moving date and inventory list changed quite and few times) - he even called us on moving day to see if we wanted mattress bags for our bed. I had an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck. I needed to hired out-of-state movers at the least minute, since my previous movers couldnt guarantee the delivery of my belongings for at least 7-10 days after pick-up. I called Two Men and a Truck, and one of the workers Zach was able to schedule an out-of-state move for me within a week! The movers Nick and Chris were amazing! They handled all of my items with care in terms of loading and unloading. In addition, they kept me updated on where they were on the road as we travelled from Michigan to Georgia. If you live near the Lansing area and are planning an in-state or out-of-state move, then I would highly recommend them.
