Incredible experience with these guys. Super helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed fixed. I always ask a ton of questions so that I can learn too and these guys were super patient with giving me all the info! They also got my car in quickly with a super fast turn around time in one day. They were also super flexible with me calling back multiple times to request more work get done. This will definitely be my #1 go to shop as long as I’m in the area. Can’t recommend them more!

I had them take a look at my car due to a grinding noise I heard coming from the front of the car. They sent me an estimate, reasonable prices, so I had then fix what they said was causing the noise. As Im driving home I still hear the noise, super disappointed because the staff was friendly and helpful. I just wish they were more honest, instead of trying to pull a fast one. Clearly ignored the underlying problem in hopes I will return, to fix the real issue, I will be spending my money elsewhere. Only a 2 star instead of a 1 because Mike was super helpful. Thinking about it now I was worried about the front of the car and they only fixed rear end parts. I shouldve know they were up too something sneaky. I must note the parts were installed properly and quite fast, just the wrong parts.

The Good: They were able to identify the underlying issue with my recurrent alignment problems, and it appears to have been fixed. They also recommended further steps should this fix not hold. They also have a key drop if you should need to drop off your car during non-business hours. The employees in the shop were friendly.The Not as Good: When I was called to discuss what they found, an upsell was attempted.I was told that my battery had died on them 4 times, and that they noticed corrosion. However, when I expressed this as being strange (considering I have a *not old* larger than required aftermarket battery in my car, and it has been running just fine) it was completely dropped as a subject, rather awkwardly. When I got my car back, it started straight up, and has since. I checked my battery as well, and did not identify any signs of corrosion.Im not sure if as a young woman I look like an easy target or what, (NEWSFLASH: women *can* know about cars, especially their own) but trying to upsell is NOT a good business practice. Women are sick of having to take a man everywhere, just to not get this kind of treatment.Overall: Good place to go for alignments, considering they have one of the most sophisticated systems in the area- but make sure you know your car well before you go.

Agree to work on my motorhome engine. Unfortunately they were booked until mid November. I was thrilled to have found a shop that would do it. The only shop in Denver that would out of 42 that I contacted, even the GMC truck dealer would not work on their own vehicle and they sell RVS. Thank you Merrill Automotive, you will have my business in the future. I ended up doing the top end of a 454 vortec gen 6 myself.

$66 dollars for tire repair that I had purchased from them. I asked if they had still has the information from when I had purchased them and they looked it up for me.Still $66 dollars, so much for loyalty.Last time I frequent them.

Absolutely fantastic shop run by great guys! Chuck and Mike were great to work with and very attentive, reasonable, honest, and no unnecessary up-selling, like other shops I’ve been to. I couldn’t ask for more. It’s rare I find a shop I trust but these guys have my total trust. This was the 3rd time Ive been to Merrill. On my 1st visit they repacked wheel bearings and replaced the brakes on my 5th wheel. They kept me in the loop on what was going on. Someone had over greased the wheels and the brakes were covered in grease. On my next visit they worked on my suspension and steering on a 2008 Fiesta motor home. The result was a much better ride and steering experience. On my last visit they repaired a broken frame member. I trust them expressly. The customer care is extremely outstanding. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a loyal customer.

5 day trip around NM and the trailer was transformed. (11,500 lb 36’ bumper pull toy hauler) Boondocking so 100gal fresh tank and 30 gal fuel...10 links on the blue OX springs and trailering was smooth and drama free, even with substantial wind. No buffeting when semis passed either.

After spending forty plus hours and hundreds of dollars trying and failing to fix my 1964 Ford Econoline by myself, Merrill’s Automotive found and fixed a simple issue within hours. This is one of the best mechanical shops on the west side of Denver. Its always a pleasure to deal with them. There are possibly lower cost options, but after using them for over 20 years, I am always comfortable about the quality of their services. You really do get what you pay for and the best value isnt always the lowest initial cost.

I had a really weird issue with my tail light working sometimes and then completely off at other times. Took my Yukon to Merrill to diagnose. They did a great job, contacted my warranty and did all of the paperwork for me. I picked it up a couple of hours later and havent had any issues. Chuck and Mike up front are professional, personable and really nice guys to talk to. They are great at explaining what is wrong and what was done. I will never hesitate to come back for future work.

Good work done quickly, Ive had my car in here a few times. Lately I had my A/C serviced and when I brought it home, something still wasnt quite right. They were able to take another look and make sure everything was fixed for what they quoted, no runaround or hassle. That shows a lot of integrity and is something you must appreciate about a business. Prices are slightly higher than smaller shops but the work is warrantied for a few years and the parts they use are high quality.

We took our old 1985 RV to them to check the brakes before we took it out on the road. Luckily our brakes were good and Merrill Automotive didnt try selling us anything that we didnt need. We had Chuck and Mike at Merrill Automotive add a Aigle suspension Rip Kit to our class C Sprinter RV. They did an excellent job. Very responsive customer service and were extremely flexible with my issues getting in all the parts due to Covid delays. They were very professional and made extra considerations for my safety since I am at higher risk for Covid. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of service.

I bought a new RV so the Dealership was paying for my alignment. I live in Thornton an this is in Lakewood. I wasnt sure I wanted to leave my RV overnight here and wasnt sure of the reputation. I want to thank Mike and the rest of the team at Merrill,During quarantine my Subaru was hit and the suspension on one of my wheels was damaged. I took it to Merrill and was very pleased and impressed with their team. They were very accommodating and flexible in making things work around me and my schedule. They were incredibly communicative and transparent about the issues, cost, and repairs. They kept in contact about the process and sent updates and information alongside pictures of the damage and the repairs. They took time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. My car was repaired in a timely manner. The repairs were done very well, making me know my car is safe on the road again. Their skill, knowledge, and professionalism are proven in the quality of their work and customer service. The entirety of the experience was positive and showed they truly care about and value their customers! I will absolutely be taking my car to them again.

These guys rock!!! We were heading on our camping trip with our fifth wheel when I noticed my left rear tire starting to wobble. I pulled in to Merrill and and showed them. These guys are amazing!! I brought in our Sprinter RV to talk to them about the tires, alignment, and my suspension. Our rig was running really rough and the tires were wearing uneven.They spent quality time with me understanding our usage of the RV and helped me figure out the right tires, shocks, and performed the front end alignment. I had the best experience with this shop. They made my vehicle a priority when I was in a really hard spot. Its always hard to know whether or not youre getting an honest and fair opinion at a shop. These guys gave me an honest opinion start to finish and I would certainly trust sending my wife or daughter into the shop at any moment (for those parents out there, you know what Im saying!). Great service too - I could give multiple things they did above and beyond on my specific visit, but it was so many things i just have to assume that is how this shop operates - by taking care of their customers.

The staff at Merrill Automotive is great. They are all very knowledgeable about campers. We needed the axles aligned on our 2018 camper because is was eating up tires. They aligned it and it was ready the same day as promised.

I had a vehicle with alignment issues that another shop in Broomfield wanted to charge us outlandish costs to remedy. Merrill was willing to look at the issue, stating that they could probably just adjust the camber bolts, while the other shop wanted to charge me over $440!! Ridiculous & so dishonest!Merrill was only charging me $60 for the inspection, that would be deducted from the alignment cost. Merrill offered amazing customer service, fair prices that felt trustable and I will definitely take all our vehicles there in the future. HIGHLY recommend!!Feels good to know there are HONEST people out there that want to help, while running a fair business!My stepdad took the car to a different shop due to a time constraint, as my nephew really needed to use my car, and Merrill couldnt get it in for a few days.

If you know nothing about cars this is the mechanic for you! They are super honest and informative about what needs to be done and how they are going to do it. Everything they told me was very straight forward and understandable, and it’s very obvious they care more about their customers than the price.

I needed an alignment on my 99 f250, probably never was aligned since new. Bought the truck in vernal Utah, as soon as I drove the truck I knew it was in need of alignment, I have had Merrill do alignment on other vehicles and know they do great work. I suspected that the whole steering system needed work so wasnt to surprised when it was recommended that the steering needed to have parts replaced. I figured that with 135000 miles on the truck it needed it bad. Thanks to all the great people at Merrill my truck now steers like a new truck

Went to get an alignment, rotate, and balance the other day. They claimed my front wheels bearings and tie rod ends were all bad...attempting to charge me $1300 for that work. Considering the bearings were replaced a year ago, i knew they werent being honest, so i had my alignment, rotate and balance done and thats all. I had a second mechanic take a look and took a look myself....the tie rod ends were completely fine, no boot rips, nothing bent or cracked. The bearings are also completely fine, no issue what so ever. So they tried to take advantage of me and attempted to steal $1300 from me for work that was not needing to be done.

I had a great experience with my Subaru! Every one that I talked to and dealt with was very professional and friendly. I will be recommending all my friends and family to bring their vehicles here!

I recently purchased my first RV (1996 Fleetwood Flair 22D) and I had Merrill check it out for general road worthiness. They performed a thorough chassis inspection and identified a few items which needed immediate repair including new front coil springs, ball joints, and rocker arm bushings as well as a damaged radiator housing. Plus they rotated my tires, aligned the wheels, and changed out all my fluids. The suspension work raised the front end of my unit several inches and greatly improved both the handling and steering of my vehicle as well as the ride experience. They scheduled my repairs within just a few days and then performed all the work in a timely fashion for what I consider a reasonable cost. I am very pleased with the results.

I called for a routine oil change. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule. The inspection and oil change was done quickly and efficiently . Had them install camber arms (that I supplied) on my Mazda 3. Did a great job.Fast forward to a month ago. Wanted an estimate for springs, endlinks, camber arms, sway bar & an alignment all with my supplied parts & told me 1,600.It was a bit too much for me so fast forward to this week, I did the springs and end links myself. Set up an appointment for camber arms, sway bar & alignment and was told they dont do customer supplied parts. Interesting that they did when there was a $1600 price tag attached and oddly when they did the camber arms on my 3.I dont do business with dishonest companies. Lying to customers is bad business. Ill never go back.

Absolutely amazing! My fiance and I went in early this morning because our pet snake slithered into the dashboard of our car last night. With the weather being as cold as it was, we were extremely concerned he would not make it. However, thanks to Mike, Paul, and Michael, he is alive and well! Not only did they drop what they were doing immediately to handle our emergency. They also assisted us in nursing him back to life. We called many auto shops before contacting them and everyone turned us down. Merrills told us to bring our vehicle in immediately, as they were understanding of our emergency. They were extremely helpful and genuine people who seemed to care immensely about our situation and our little critter.Also, we had them give us a few estimates on some car issues that weve been having. They were LESS THAN HALF of the estimated prices quoted by our last mechanic! Weve been looking for a trustworthy mechanic for awhile now, and have no doubt that weve found them. Took my mothers car there for a repair at the start of the winter. They ran a diagnostic and said they found the problem but they couldnt fix it. They referred me to another shop down the road that specializes in the repair. Then they charged me for the diagnostic check!?!?! Ive never been charged for a diagnostic when the shop was the one turning away the repair. Seems like a great business model. I drop my car to you for 3 days you tell em there is a problem (which I already knew) but you cant fix it and then still charge me for it.It would be different but the new shop said they needed to run a diagnostic as well because they couldnt go off another shops word. They needed to know if that was for sure the problem. So they charged me as well.

Super clean and organized shop, and everyone I spoke to was really helpful. Highly recommend!

My only gripe was that I was quoted one hour for the repairs and it took two hours. Nobody came out to tell me what was going on as the first hour drew to a close. Otherwise, I felt comfortable with the work they did and the recommendations they made for other items that need to be addressed.

Took our Class A Motorhome in for front end alignment. At pickup they said it was fine but while driving home the steering wheel is now substantially crooked to the left. It was not like that when I came in. I was going to return and have them correct it but: at check-out they charged me another $150 to inspected the brakes (which was free elsewhere). They had my keys, had to pay. So why return and take another chance of having them screw up something else.They also thought the rear bumper was about to fall off, it wasnt. It pulls/slides out to access the spare tire. ID8’s. This is one of numerous red flags. They claim to have 20+ years experience working on RV’s but dont know that simple step.Be aware: get it in writing first. Otherwise you will be overcharged.I will not return and suggest you avoid them.

I have been to do some work on 2 trucks and 2 different kinds of models a Chevy and a dodge. The personal at the desk there names are chuck and Mike are awesome. They not only know how to use a computer they are both machanicly inclined as well. Now days a person goes to a dealer ship the personal are only capable of taking information and just putting your information in thecomputer no machanic experience. . I would recommend merrill automotive to any of my friends and family.
