Had a timing belt kit installed and an all wheel alignment done. Finished that same day. Great communication and friendly service at a fair price. Being a mechanic myself its nice to find a honest, great service shop to have work done when I dont have time to it. Great job! Ill definitely use them again.

First off. Kudos to Jeremy and his first rate customer service. Brought my truck in for some warranty work and oil change. Very communicative, helped answer all questions, and did a ton of legwork for what ended up having to go to a dealer. Made sure I was taken care of.Id recommend to anyone to bring their vehicle to Urban Autocare as they take care of you, the customer.

Couldnt properly diagnose my vehicle said it would be an extra $500 to do test on top of the 129$ diagnostic fee I payed for apparently to change my battery, oil & oil sending unit which is a very simple procedure on top of letting them wait over 2 weeks to get it in the shop to even look at it which cost me $650 and car wasnt running right. I ended up taking it to automotive evolution in Golden Co. and they changed Sparkplugs & cleaned up MAS airflow sensor and fixed my exhaust for half the price in a matter of having it for 3 days.

I’ve used Urban Auto Care three times in the past year. Each time has been a great experience. The most recent was a first oil change on my new Tacoma. I didn’t want to wait for the 10,000 mile complimentary dealership oil change. Urban Auto Care got the truck in and out in about an hour and they were very professional. I highly recommend checking them out if you need a professional repair shop. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

We have used Urban Autocare several times. The thing we like best is that repairs are always accurately diagnosed and not once have we ever had to return a vehicle for a re-do on the same repair. This is a reputable, ethical and trustworthy company.

I brought my Chevy here after the thermostat stopped giving a temperature reading, and these guys very gently let me know that the car really wasn’t worth repairing. Very reasonably priced diagnostic fees, and when I could t find a tow for a few days they even refused to charge me an overnight holding fee! No pressure, highly professional service and genuine human empathy - I will absolutely be using them for my next car!

Great experience here! My exhaust pipe was hitting a bent-outta-shape cross brace which was causing an AWFUL sound. I was able to drop my car off after-hours on a Sunday which was very convenient for me and had a diagnosis and quote before 9am the next day. They bent the brace back into place and did some other minor maintenance (oil change, changed out some head lights that were out, and replaced my wiper blades), all for a very affordable price. Turns out my exhaust will need some additional work and they offered some great recommendations for shops in the area who specialize in that type of work. Very professional, customer service experience was A+++, affordable, convenient... Ted in particular was a pleasure to work with--was very polite, friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was at my utmost convenience. Highly recommend this location!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and delivered quick service! My car sounds good, and all the issues I was having have been solved. My only complaint is that my car was ready 4 days before we originally planned, which is great but I didn’t hear from anybody that it was finished early until yesterday when I called to check on the status. They said my voice mailbox was full, which it was, but it would have been nice if they would have tried calling again, or texting, or emailing. Overall, very pleased though and will definitely be back!

The staff were courteous, helpful and considerate. They provided transportation home when I dropped off my vehicle and to bring me back to pick it up when the work was done. I would have hoped they could have found a better deal on the part required, but may not have had discretion to look around for less expensive parts. If I need more work done, Ill go back to them.

I have used Urban Autocare a few times. Most recently I brought it in when I noticed it was making some weird noises. It turned out my car was a mess and was going to become un-drivable in the near future. They explained this to me in an informative and straight forward way without trying to sell me anything extra. Their big advice was to get a new car, even though they did not benefit from telling me this. In the end all I paid for was the diagnostic. I will use Urban Autocare in the future when I have any problems with my new car.

We were vacationing in the mountains and the day before we were supposed to leave our check engine light came on. I called Urban Autocare and spoke with Jeremy. Since we were 2 hours away from the shop he advised I get the code read to find out the problem. I went to a local auto parts store, had the code read, and called Jeremy. He explained it was a code for the catalytic converter but that it would not be an issue to drive home with and it may have come up because of the altitude and it may go away. Once we got off the mountain the light went away, so it was probably due to the altitude. I really appreciated his honesty and help.

Jeremy, Brittany and the whole team at Urban Autocare are without a doubt incredible! They are extremely professional, efficient and friendly but above all they are vitally helpful. In a tricky situation they diagnosed my vehicle and allowed me to park on their lot for an extended period of time while I was unable to take action right away. I could not be more grateful and appreciative for their support and understanding especially during COVID. I will go out of my way to visit this location again in the future and definitely recommend them!

Update: Service manager Jeremy worked with me to get to a satisfying resolution. They refunded me the diagnostic fee and were very apologetic. Its good to see that they care about retaining long-time customers.Brittany needs to be clearer when talking about pricing. What was $625 over the phone became $742 to get out the door. Turns out she wasnt adding the $125 diagnostic into the total. The service was stellar, and they fixed my problem really quickly. But when I hear a number, Id typically like that number to be a total cost.

Diagnosis of the vehicle problems was correct with pictures to support their findings from the initial inspection. Repair was done professionally and the outcome of those repairs made the truck a pleasure to drive.

Had taken my truck here a few months ago for a coolant issue that was giving me a lot of grief and was quoted very expensive repair costs and even had a mechanic turn me away because it looked like a major engine repair. Took it here and turned out to be a minor repair of tightening a hose. I felt really good about the service, but even more, when I was dropping it off, my friend giving me a ride rear ended me and Todd, a tech there, looked at it for free and gave some really helpful advice about the damage. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind! Lakewood location is great!

Incredibly fast turnaround on my timing belt maintenance. My car is pretty old, so I was expecting the lead time for parts to be long. However, they sourced parts and completed their work in two days. I think the cost was a little more expensive than what other shops offered, but the turnaround time and quality of repairs are likely worth the added cost.

Urban Autocare has gone above and beyond for me to help fix all the little quirks in my 91 Bronco. Brittney has been a pleasure to deal with and always explained what they found, possible solutions, or what they did to remedy the situation. They gave me excellent recommendations for shops that could help fix other problems they couldnt address (full exhaust). Each time i called with a new problem I was in the next day and usually had my truck later that afternoon or two days tops and that was a lot of work. The technicians do great work and even fabricated a custom part to fix my steering column and save me money from buying the whole thing. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to go there.

Great communication and honesty. My car was due for a new timing belt and water pump. Jeremy called during the procedure to tell me that the previous owner mustve already had the work done, so it didnt need to be repeated. They just charged me for the labor, which saved me almost $1000. They could have done the work and I wouldnt have known the difference.

This location at Kipling @West 26th in Lakewood is AWESOME!! I had my car towed there yesterday (6/24/20) for a possible coolant issue. Brittany was on it from the GET-GO! Super informative, she even gave me a little mini Mechanics 101 over the phone. The time she spent explaining to me what the technician found and didnt find, was ABOVE & BEYOND! Ive been taking my care to Urban Autocare for years now, even though it was no where near my home. Now I use the Lakewood location which is much closer, but both shops have been great. They are always honest with me and offer fair pricing. Theyve kept my Toyota on the road and running great! Ive tried many auto shops in the past and had unsatisfactory service or felt like they didnt provide me with accurate information. With Urban Autocare I always feel confident in my experience.
