My wife and I have used German Motors, Inc. twice and have been very favorably impressed with its competence, courtesy, and friendly service. It is not often that I find car maintenance pain free, but these guys come as close as possible. I heartily recommend German Motors!

Germ Motors does great work. They’re very professional and thorough in inspections. I appreciate that they will let you know which issues need to be addressed ASAP and which issues can wait. This makes it easier to budget repairs. They alway drop me off at work and pick me up when my Mercedes is ready.

All of the employees are so professional and take time to understand any issues with your car. My Mercedes is 22 years old and they have taken loving care of it. I have an elderly Mercedes that hasnt always had the best upkeep. I have taken it to German Motors a few times now; and they have always done excellent work and had the car ready when promised. Prices are reasonable for an expensive car to fix. Even though the car is old, they are always able to get the part or perform the repair quickly. Well I dont know much about this place, we just started using it. But so far they seem really friendly. They have put air in my tires. They reset the computer. And theyve already saved us $500! I am going here for my 40000 mile checkup next week and I hope it goes great. So far so good!

I recently purchased a 1990 190E with 132000 miles on it. The car did not run when I purchased it and I did not know why. Typically taking your car to the mechanic is similar to going to the doctor because you never know what they might find or how much it might cost. The staff at German Motors made the process of fixing my car very easy and comfortable. Mark was able to diagnose what was wrong with my car the same day I brought it to him. He informed me of what he believed to be wrong with the vehicle and asked me if I wanted to proceed. I chose to proceed and the next day my vehicle was fixed. I have a 2009 Mercedes E350 and have used German Motors for mostly maintenance service for the past several years. Recently, I had an Electronic Stability Control (ESP) error flash on the dashboard coupled with a dramatic loss of power while trying to pull into traffic. Not good!! After Googling the error and causes, pretty much resigned myself that I’d need a new conductor plate (electronic brain in the transmission) or a new transmission (about $5,000). Not good!! Got the car to German Motors and they read/cleared the internal codes and opened up the transmission. They found the conductor plate connectors had been fouled by leaking transmission fluid. They cleaned the connectors, changed the fluid, filter, gaskets and closed it back up. To my thankful amazement they fixed it!! Very trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. Saved me a lot $$$. Nice job German Motors!!

Have used German motors for my mb ml500 for a few years .satisfactorily. Be wary of their deceptic sales strategy. Was over charged again. We have 3 higher end Mercedes cars that we will now take exclusively to Mb of Littleton. Your wordy response solves nothing.

I just want to second the other positive reviews. I had my C320 serviced at German motors for close to 10 years and never had a bad experience. I no longer use their services, but that is only because they refuse to service non-Mercedes vehicles, Audi in my case.

I first brought my S class to German Motors Inc after becoming completely dissatisfied with the service at my local dealership. I had looked them up on the web to make sure they were all Benz certified and then read a lot of positive reviews from customers. When you own a car like this is important to have a relationship with an organization that you can trust and German Motors in Lakewood is such an organization. I trust them 100% to always be honest with me and to fix my car right. I have also recommended them to others who are just as pleased with their service. I will not take my car anywhere else again!

Took my sl500 r230 in with an electrical problem. Modules were not functioning properly which was causing transmission shifting issues. Mark and Zack both took a deep breath and with some effort and know-how solved the problem. Car shifts normally again.Take away...These guys really know Mercedes! If you want it done right stop in and talk with them.

German Motors is a shady business. They will diagnose certain things to get more money from you, yet most of these are just scams. They already scammed a previous person who complained of them on yelp regarding suspension parts he did NOT need. They did the same to me, and tried to cheat me on a good battery as well. I went to other mechanics, battery tested fine and my suspension parts didnt need replacing for at least 30k miles to 50k miles.AVOID THIS PLACE.

I was transiting through Denver to SoCal and my 2012 S350 punched a check engine alert. German Motors took me right in and did a diagnosis. The V6 diesel in this coach is notoriously complex, due to all the regulatory concerns with diesel propulsion. Mark was very upfront about what he found and did a great job of explaining the situation. He even did two followups, including a call regarding some research hed done, to try to solve the problem. The service was very personal.Mark is very passionate about his craft. So much so that I suspect the business is merely a source to support his addiction to solving automotive problems!Highly recommended.
