I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here. Russell was very helpful, worked hard to meet my needs, terms and conditions. Upon leaving, I noticed the air conditioning wasnt working properly. When I brought the car back, it was determined it needed a new part. The owner replaced the part and got the air working perfectly. (Even though the warranty didnt cover it, there was no charge to me) They really stand behind their products, and provide outstanding customer service!

First time car buyer. I went to this place based on reviews, after making no progress with dealerships. I have very poor credit and not a lot to work with, but Jeff helped to get me into the car that I was most interested in on the lot, and at a great deal for me (18 Sportage). He did all of the paperwork, including swapping my tag and helped change my insurance. Went to Bayside today with no expectations after dealing with an awful by here pay here dealer. Spoke with Jeff and was very happy with the dealer, I test drove a Chevy Cobalt, didnt end up buying yet, but I plan on purchasing a car from them in the next several months. They have quite a few options for those with less than perfect credit, including a buy here pay here program on some of the lower priced cars that isnt a rip off and the cars arent ready for the junkyard. You can tell immediately that they have the customers best interests in mind and they are very low pressure and easy to talk to. I feel compelled to write a 5 star review of Bayside Automall. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Accent from there on May 19th. Perfect car. Low miles, mechanically sound, visually appealing. Jeff worked hard to make the deal happen as I have less than perfect credit. On July 19th, my car was involved in an accident and classified as a total loss. I contacted Jeff right away and he helped me every step of the way in terms of cancelling my after market warranty and using gap protection. Russell helped me with cancelling of auto insurance too due to the loss. I cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for Bayside. They are a small business and truly value their customers. 11/13/15 Wife and I bought a 2012 used Buick Regal, with only 8400 est. miles, and with warranty. I right this a few days later feeling just as happy with our purchase as the day we bought it. With the down payment we put this dealership was very good at getting us multiple fair qoutes for our situation. Was able to take vehicle home same day. If you dont start here at least give them a try, youll probably end you vehicle search here with no buyers remorse.

When I bought the car I was kinda happy about it, but not even a month later the check engine light came on was asked to bring it in to get the code read. When doing so I was told it was an emissions leak caused by the gas cap, the code was cleared before I even had a chance to check it for my self. When the code came back I had it ran at advance auto was told it was a loose fuel injector.Now it has been about four months the car is completely dead. I bought this car for over 9000 total. Now it is sitting in a shop awaiting a new engine because the oil pump went out and the number one cylinder bearing is completely gone. Thats another 3500 on top of the 9000 I have to pay if the warranty doesnt come through plus labor and towing. I will never buy another vehicle from this place nor would I ever recommend anyone to this place.

Oddly enough, the fact that I had longed for a Cadillac CTS or XTS for quite some time had barely crossed my mind when I strolled on to the lot in the market for a used car. I suppose that dream seemed too far fetched, and I was in need of something that I could realistically afford. They had a lot full of sharp looking vehicles, and I quickly zeroed in on one that seemed practical and possibly affordable. Russell met me at the window as I peered in at the interior. After exchanging pleasantries, I asked about the price... Wow, it was even less than I thought. Kicking some more tires while quizzing Russell on the numbers, I quickly caught on to their game: They simply stock fantastic cars and put great prices on them! My attention turned to something that caught my eye upon my arrival to the lot... A 2007 Cadillac CTS in Blue Chip with only 70k on the odometer! With Russell in tow, I made a bee line for the car. When he gave me the numbers on this beauty, my reaction was a wha, wha, whaaat? There must be something wrong with this car! He assured me it had a clean CarFax (happily produced upon request) and that their mechanic cleared it. Well, just to be sure, I took it to my own trusted mechanic around the corner where they jacked it up, plugged it in, and went over it with a fine toothed comb.
