Review of auto department!DO NOT LEAVE PERSONAL BELONGING IN YOUR CAR!Went to get the basic oil change which comes with a tire rotation and word of advice when you take your car DO NOT keep your wheel lock in your car. They have a master set to the locks they put on your wheels when buying from this dealership.I had to purchase my SECOND key lock for my wheels because the mechanics take it from your car without permission or notifications. First time they did it they said they do not use key locks from customer because they have master sets. Went to buy my Second key lock from the parts department for $50. Went and got a basic oil change again from here and they used my wheel lock key AGAIN and did not put it back! I did let them know and they went and found it in the back and said they “forgot” to put it back. But yet they said they don’t use customers wheel locks, so why was mine taken from my car? (Wheel lock was in my glove compartment). Wheel locks are from this dealership when you buy it so they have the master keys to all the wheel locks they put on them.Had I left and not relieved that they used it and didn’t put it back again! I would have had to turn around and bought another one for $50 from the parts department again.This does not make me feel comfortable knowing they go through my car and personal belongs without asking where something or what they are looking for without my knowledge.

With an appointment, the service is on time with the service needed. If they tell you 2 hours its on time.In three years of service, Ive never had any problem.They have a comfortable waiting area and wifi.

So far the used vehicle department has sold me a van that 19 days later broke they took it back and a week later ideas able to get it back. Drove it home and the next week went to Bushel and lunch and parked it. Got into it to see my mother in a nursing home fir the first time in three months SAME PROBLEM. The manger of the garage said oh you drive two hundred miles since it was fixed the first time!!! OMG I dont deserve to be spoken to like that also he said do you have AAA? I told him I didnt pay for towing last time and Im not paying this time. He goes well it will have to wait until Monday. I said ok. If I could afford a new vehicle I would buy it. But nit fro slippery Regal Lakeland. Where you buy a vehicle and breaks every 19 days and they make you feel like it my fault.😞😞😞😞

Our experience today with Kelsey was amazing. Such is a sweet and helpful girl. There was also a tall lady thin with black long hair that made sure we were also taken very good care. (Cant remember her name) ... she made sure that our scratch was buffed out before we left and drove our vehicle up close for my husband due to his broken ankle. We shared lots of laughs. Definitely a great team and an added humor to our day. Thanks Kia!

They sold me a truck from Canada without telling me. Their service department is great though. I wouldnt buy a vehicle from them, but I would get a vehicle serviced there!

They tried to get me in a Buick 3 row vehicle which was nice but when it came down to financing they completely did horrible to me I have a good credit but they said it is limited so I was getting high payments every month so I figured I tell them Ill just come back in 2 days which that was a lie just to be nice to him but I knew deep in my head I wasnt coming back. I went to Toyota over there off of Providence road in Lakeland Florida and got a better deal on a 2019 Kia Sorento with less than 50,000 miles on it first time buyers program now thats a company that treat people good with good credit Im glad I didnt go back kia regal

Great service center. Have always taken really good care of me. I cant say the same about the sales team in my experience. I have bought 3 new trucks here. And my first experience was great,but unfortunately that gentleman is no longer there. I would be weary buying a new vehicle there. Really double check the numbers.

Dealership very customer conscious. Every person, including housekeeping and various support staff are excellent with customers!

Outside of the service advisor everything else was good. The tech found the original problem and a secondary issue. Unfortunately the service advisor had my wife stand outside, after being broke down 2 hrs, waiting for her keys from the tow driver while he sat in air conditioning. Not what I call Chevrolet Service. Do better Regal.

We purchased a vehicle at Regal Kia with no issues and had a warranty issue so they needed to order a part back in March.. Well they ordered the part but never called us and then I found out last week they returned it?. Then when I returned to Regal because of no call and being curious they said theyll ordered it again and again they dropped the ball just a week ago!! No call or contact at all from the same Service advisor! Now I have to go there a hour away from me and pursue it to see if it came in because our service worker isnt doing her job again. $50,000 on a vehicle and I feel they got our money and nothing afterwards but to be blown off for a 2nd time.... needless to say I drove all the way there from Tampa 2 times for service but may not go back there again. I feel its a service dept issue with this assigned service writer (not all of them neglect to follow up with their customers) Not following up with the customer?? With 35+ years as a General Manager in the Automotive field, I can say somebody wouldnt have a Job......

If your in the market to purchase a car from this dealership in 2021, please do not bother. I went with the intention of purchasing a car for a family member and we were attended by 4 different people conveying different information.Finally we made it to the financing managers office to complete the deal. The gentleman there is disorganized and rude. He didnt have the correct pricing that was offer by the original sales manager which took him 15 minutes to finally reach out to him. Finally the deal could not be completed even though the car was going to be a gift for someone else because I needed a license on their insurance. It took another 30 minutes to get our own car keys back after wanting to leave.I dont do business with liars and how about teaching your staffs to learn some proper simple business etiquette, such as empathy. Very disgraceful and poor customer service.

The worst customer service ever!! I will never have my car serviced by Regal Chevrolet. Chris is unprofessional. The initial problem was not fix, return a month later, same issue but they come up with a different cause. Once I was no longer interested in them repairing the same problem. I arranged to have my vehicle tow to another Chevy dealer. Upon arrival, check oil it’s empty. They purposely did not fill my oil, after they removed it. I wish I can give an corner of a star!!

Regal on Bartow rd was exceptional I met some of the most amazing people there Zaq,Leah Pete& Charlie was so awesome I love my brand new truck & Lisa in service was awesome as well I bought my truck back 2 days later to have my windows tented the customer experience was everything.

On Friday I gave the dealer and manager Jeff a second chance, leaving my truck again at 8 am (fourth time) and picking it up again at 6 pm but my surprise was that they had not finished the pending things and I ended up taking it as it was because not I could go on there day after day. It seems and I am sure that they only dedicate themselves to closing a sale and not keeping clients who hurt because of the bad service and especially because of the management (Jeff) who shows that they do not care about the client and less if it is someone Latino. once again I would give it less than one star but there is no less. I hope they improve that and that they can observe more the managers and their dealings with the clients.

Worst car buying experience ever! They run your credit into the ground after you tell them that you only want it ran once! Be aware of what they are doing! They lied about me being financed and after 3 weeks of driving the car and getting used to it, they called me and my husband had told us to bring it back because they could not find financing! Yes they lied! They will do whatever it takes to sell a car! Bad business! Beware of Srecko!!!!

As always everything thing was did to perfection and I was treated like a family.

Would not go here again as this is the old school high pressure car selling tactics. They devaluate your trade, and claim it was due to the carfax report. They then pressure you by trying to convince you there are major defects with your trade based on the report. I paid for the carfax report, and it did not match what they said. Also, carfax has a buying service, and it provided offers $3,500 over what they stated from several credible dealers which did not include regal. Also, they add hidden fees that are not disclosed until you arrive like a $1,200 cleaning and sanitizing fee. This place is a joke, and recommend you steer clear.

Dropped my car off for oil change & other services. I came back 3 hours Iater. After being in my car and reading the receipt, I noticed that a courtesy wash & vac is included... My car did not get wash nor vac....the one on Lakeland hills Blvd treated me better.They are nice people though.

I went with my sibling to purchase a truck, and the customer service was horrible. The salesman was more focused on selling the truck and outside talking than ensuring my brother was happy with the outcome. The salesman also referenced the business office with almost every question we had.

Worked with Trey and Doug in the preowned department. They were straight with us on everything we asked. We did as much homework as we could as they were 1.5 hours away from our home. In the end it was worth the long trip. We bought a 4 year old car with great mileage. Doug even took the car out to fill the tank all the way with gas for our trip home. Also, they have a wonderful warranty 3,000 miles or 3 months which none of our comps had. Highly recommend this dealership.
