For the love of God, attention all customers stop paying reconditioning fees and dealer fees at this dealership and others.. Theres a reason why Regal and other dealership are building million dollar facilities. Why are you as a customer paying the dealer for them to sell you a car? If it needs to be washed, waxed, detailed etc thats their responsibility if they want to sell their product. What the hell is a dealer fee? Another fake profit fee. They also benefit on the retail price of the car because they prefer not to negotiate. They win on the back end too in finance. How about the GAP policy and extended warranty products that they push, all loaded with profit again. You know those nice finance guys. They bump your interest rate and make money off of you too again! Do yourselves a favor and search Kevin Hunter on YouTube and youll learn alot in regards to car buying. If most people took time to look at their car contract after they bought they would realize they paid too much in fees and other bogus stuff on their contract. 5 star purchase reviews on a dealer????? They usually got hosed and dont even know it! Do you research people, Regal is a not a different experience!

This was our first time on an Acura dealership lot. We had spent most of our time browsing at Dodge and Honda, but we bought an Acura on the spot when we arrived. Brandon was very helpful from the beginning test drive experience, all the way until the purchase and deal was complete. He even provided his cell phone to ensure that we were satisfied. Since we bought a 2020 Acura MDX late at night, we returned back to get the car detailed. Ken, the manager, and Brandon were both very helpful again, offering water, and picking me up in the golf cart. Pedro the finance guy was super helpful and easy to work with as well. We were looking on trading in our vehicle for a new 2021RDX for my wife. We checked out multiple SUVs that would be a good fit and a good lease. I contacted Regal and Mr Huckabee answered the phone and next thing I drove over an hour to discuss a lease. My sales guy was Troy Carter and they already had the vehicle waiting. We test drove and discussed a lease. No haggling around with cost, I knew what I needed and they met all. We leased and Troy spent the time with my wife on getting everything set up in the vehicle. These guys are awesome and even the financial guy. Im looking forward on a long term relationship with them and hopefully Ill trade in my 2022 MDX for the newer model towards the end of year. If you want a great deal and feel like family go see Mr Huckabee.

Nothing but the greatest experience ever! I’ve purchased a few used cars from Regal before and hated the experiences. I thought I’d never buy another car from them but I gave them one more chance and it was truly the greatest! Austin my salesman was truly amazing! I clicked with him like I’ve known him for years and he was not pushy at all. I didn’t feel pressured one bit through the whole process. Thomas my finance guy was nice. He was great. I had a leased Acura due to be turned in. Been leasing for over 20 yrs with Acura. Was always promised mileage forgiveness if I stayed in an Acura which again was promised per the service agent. The dealership took over two months to tell the financial services that the car was brought in so I was still getting charged for an old vehicle. Then what was promised at the table with the mileage forgiveness wasn’t honored!! I was advised to go in and have a meeting with management, sales rep, and anyone involved. Upon going to the meeting, the main young lady who had leased me the new vehicle conveniently β€œno longer works here”. I, a young woman, was in a β€œmeeting” with 3 big gentleman all telling me this was not said, which is a lie! They asked me to sign a paper stating they owed me nothing which was signed under duress!! The manager agreed to pay half of the mileage fee... why would they do that if they didn’t think they were wrong?!? They should have honored what was said! I wouldn’t have leased a new vehicle otherwise!!

I highly recommend this Acura service department. They truly go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. They have an express service area which is wonderful as they get you in and service your vehicle in the shortest time. But their service on the vehicle is definitely far more comprehensive and better quality as compared to other Acura dealers in the area. I will be returning to this dealer for future service appointments. I want to give kudos to their service representatives for making extra effort to ensure that their customers leave happy and completely satisfied with the work.

I own a 2016 Acura MDX. There’s been some kind of problem with the shifting and RPMs racing, which I thought was transmission related. It’s been happening for about 8 mo now. I have taken it to Regal 5x . The first 2x while it was under the original warranty I was told they could not find anything wrong with it. So the 3rd time I brought in they diagnosed it But I was advised to wait on the repair due to just purchasing a new extended warranty. The repair they did did not correct the problem. I was yelled at and hung up on by Dustin in service when I called to tell him it was actually behaving worse. He told me I had to drive my car a thousand miles before they would be willing to look at it again. When i objected he told me it was probably my driving habits that was the problem. After Dustin hanging up on me, I spoke to the service manager Rob and explained my frustration. I told him I need to bring the car back in again and this time I would like to get a loaner, which they had offered me times in the past but I never took one because I really didn’t need it those times. Rob told me they don’t do loaners there. Hey Rob did you know when you place your customer on hold there’s a recording that states you give loaners to customers. Needless to say I’ll never be going back to Regal. 1 because of the rudeness of Dustin, 2 because there’s something seriously wrong with my car and no one can figure out what it is and 3 the service manager lied to me and argued with me that they don’t do loaners even though it is stated on your telephone line recording when you’re holding and two employees that I asked did confirm with me you still do loaners. It’s one thing to have a difficult time diagnosing someone’s vehicle. It’s perfectly understandable when the problem is strangely intermittent. But it’s entirely another thing to allow your service advisor to treat someone so rudely and they hang up on you and no one ever even apologizes to you and then you turn around and bold face lie to them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Great dealership just as long as you dont have to deal with their Parts or Repairs dept. The Parts dept expect you to drive 30 min to just pay for a part ahead of ordering a part of $100 or more and they dont take your card over the phone! The Repairs dept will make you wait 3 hours for an oil change that you already scheduled an appointment for!! The Sales dept is very nice though ....so if that is all you need from your dealership then you are good to go.

Went there because I thought they were going to be β€œ making a difference” on a car deal. well they sure did make a difference. I def won’t be going back, needless to say refer anyone. If you want to pay more for cars go here. I showed them the same car they had listed, at another dealer with lower miles, $2500 cheaper, with no scratches or dents. They still would not come down on the price. Their car had cosmetics damages from an apparent accident which did not reflect the car fax. They still did not come down. After they finally came down, they still thought their vehicle was worth what it was. Here is the kicker, the sales manager wanted to give me $2000 for 2x vehicle trade. Unbelievable, I know Sal would be really upset if he found out he lost a customer due to his sales manager. Well, I went to the other dealer, and got the better deal, I told them I would do it, and he said β€œ we’ll go to the other dealer” and so I did ... bad news spreads like wild πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯. I wanted to keep the business local, since I live in the Lakeland Area. Instead had to go to Kissimmee. I spent Half of my day wasted!!

We wanted to buy from them but no one wanted to help us. We initially called and gave information to a finance guy regarding a trade. He never called us back. We finally got child care so that we didn’t have to bring my 2 year old with us so we could go in person. Eventually, a salesman came out and gave us inaccurate information on our trade and then tried to send us on our way within 5 minutes. He did not get any information from us on the trade or our information. We were trading a brand new highly sought after car for something bigger. We know exactly what we wanted and what we can pay. He also told us he was the only salesman that works at that dealership. I’m at unsure the accuracy of that statement but that seems like a farce. A few days later we called the first guy we talked to, assuming he forgot about us. He took the information down again and stated that it was the last day of the month so he was busy but he would get back to us. Again, he didn’t call back. We found the car at a used lot (we’d prefer new but the Regal is the closest and we can’t just find childcare in the midst of a crisis). We started working with Jenkins Ford (HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They are amazing and don’t play games!). We did not buy the used one from them that day because the salesman was going to call the next day with more concrete numbers (which were amazing and super fair). On the way home, I received a called from a completely different sales person at Regal who seemed motivated. I sent her all of the info she needed and waited to hear back. She texted and was rather responsive initially. I told her we were waiting on concrete numbers from the used car but would prefer new so if she can give me an idea of numbers we would work with them. She eventually ghosted us. My husband called her to make the conversation a little easier but she was with customers. Eventually the sales manager called us and was rather pushy about getting us into the dealership. He was not informed of all of the information I had already shared with the sales ghost. He did not seem interested in working with us over the phone and we really don’t want to go back there if they aren’t going to make an effort. We are getting the car but we will probably try somewhere else because it was a huge hassle here. We were ready to sign papers on day one and hand you our money Regal. This would have been your easiest sell.Side note: We have amazing credit scores, have purchased many vehicles and have never experienced anything like this. Sales ghost also did not believe the low mileage on our trade. My husband is a car guy and we have many cars that are cleaner and better taken care of than ANY car out there including the new ones on Regals lot!

Bait & Switch - I was originally working with Maus Acura in Tampa, but the color and trim of the car I was looking for was no longer available at Maus. Maus told me they could work with another dealership that had the car to have the car sent to them. After several days of being told by Maus that the dealership wouldnt respond to them, I decided to do some research and find the car myself. It turns out that the car was at Regal Acura and they were refusing to send the car to Maus. I spoke with Regal myself who told me they would match the offer Maus was giving me. The salesperson gave me his cell number to coordinate a time to come into the dealership to see the car. A few hours later, I texted him a picture of Mauss Extended Benefits asking if they would match it. The extended benefits cover 13 items, including free oil changes and tire rotations. He responded and confirmed that they offer the same benefits with the exception of stolen vehicle and collision reimbursement. I was ok with that and scheduled a time to come into the dealership. On my drive to the dealership the next day, I called one more time to confirm all of the extended benefits they claimed to offer. The salesperson backtracked and said that they provide some of those benefits but definitely not free oil changes or tire rotations. Once I got to the dealership after driving over an hour from Tampa to Lakeland, I was told that there is no way they would ever match the deal from Maus.It seems as though I was blatantly lied to just to get me to come into the dealership. This has been such a horrible and stressful car buying experience. I would not recommend working with this car dealership that seemingly plays games and uses old-school tactics to try to deceive their potential customers.

Bait and switch operation. They have a 2016 Impala LTZ advertised with option such as LEATHER SEATS and POWERED SUNROOF in big capitals. The leather seats are certainly available, but not so for the powered sunroof - which appeared not only in the main ad, but also the specifications. They also advertised online a box marked sale price which one would assume meant that they had a better deal going than the asking price of $12,901, but when I clicked on the box and filled in my details all I received in reply was a generalized call to try and sell me on other cars. When I specified that I was only interested in the one car, and that I wanted an idea of the sale price to save me the 50 mile drive to the car yard, the girl dithered until she finally said a sales rep would call back to give me a price - no one ever did. Then I got a note today following up in general terms, not about the car in question, and when I pointed out the lack of professionalism involved I received another generalized call trying to sell me any car at all. I finally got them to address the car I was actually interested in and all they quoted me was the original asking price - no mention of a sale price. It was during this conversation that I discovered the car didnt have the sun roof after all, but hey, the guy said We do have a Chevy Malibu with a sunroof! - you get the drift. Just typical bait and switch tactics, plus a bogus sale price button designed for the sole purpose of getting your contact details so they can try and sell you on other cars.

Second vehicle purchased here. The vehicles are great - the safety features are amazing and that middle row adjusting (family of 6 here) plus the ability to exit 3rd row via a button rather than a 13 yr old who quite happily exits without letting the back row out - is like winning the non minivan lottery!! I was waiting on just the right car/deal to happen. Wanda was all over it. She immediately assessed what I was looking for in terms of a vehicle and price. She left me alone until she had something she felt fit my requests. She did not badger me as usually happens when car shopping elsewhere which becomes awkward and uncomfortable . It took 6 months but the right car and deal came along. Its been several months now and she still answers my questions about the vehicle and checks on us. May Wanda never leave Acura!

On Saturday, May 12, 2018, I had a second opportunity to work with Troy Carter to get into a new Acura. The lease on my 2015 TLX, which I loved, was almost up, and I was ready to move into a new 2018 TLX. I had looked at other dealerships closer to my home in Tampa, but I honestly knew I didnt want to purchase from anyone BUT Troy due to the pleasant buying experience I had in October 2015.Troy knew we were there to do business, and we appreciate how up front he is with us regarding pricing and our options - we didnt have to go through the ten rounds of back-and-forth to get to a bottom line like we have experienced at other dealerships. I decided on the 2018 TLX w/Tech Package and everything was signed and I was out the door in half the time I was expecting. After 10 years of driving a Yukon it was a little difficult to say the least to pick a new SUV, but not to lose the luxury part. Wanda in Acura was Patient with me for 8 months. Yes 8 months and I changed my mind just a few times to say the least. In the end we got what we wanted from the vehicle and with Kyle Clos in finance. Cody Hicks, the Go To car guyIve been a proud customer of the Regal family of dealerships for the better part of 6 years now. My wife and I purchased a Kia Optima back in 2011 and it too was an exemplary experience. My daughter recently was in the market for a new Honda Civic so knowing that Regal also owned a Honda dealership I wanted her to go nowhere else. I called Regal Kia and asked one of the service managers (Glenn Russen) whom I’ve dealt with over the years if he had a name of someone at Regal Honda we could get to help us. He said the go to man at Honda was definitely Cody Hicks and that he would go ahead and give him my contact information. Within 20 minutes of that conversation, Cody calls me and I told him exactly what we were looking for. He was extremely professional and stated that he would get to work right away for me. Shortly after that he calls me to say the vehicle my daughter was looking for was available. We were able to do 90% of the transaction right over the phone which saved so much time. By the time I got to the dealership with my daughter the car was filled with gas, detailed, and ready to go. Cody immediately brought my daughter out to the car to make sure she was happy with everything then we went back inside to finish signing the remaining paperwork. Cody then brought us to meet with the business manager JaMichael Thomas. Knowing that this was my daughter’s first car buying experience on her own, they made sure to explain everything to her and more importantly make her feel at ease. No hard sell, no aggressive sales pitch as some dealers try to do. What I thought was great about both of these guys was they were so down to earth, friendly, yet professional. This is the way a car buying experience should be and other dealerships should take notice of the way this organization treats its customers. I have dealerships so much closer to my home yet I drive almost an hour from my home one way to this family of dealerships for all my service, repairs, you name it. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for and this place is well worth the drive and investment. I think my daughter will agree that we are definitely a future β€œRegal” return customer. If you’re reading this know that coming here will be the best car buying experience you will ever have and trust me when I tell you I’m extremely picky about service. Bottom line is this place rocks as does Cody and JaMichael. Don’t take my word for it, see for yourself…
