Not concerned about wasting your time. i called to see if they had a part and was told they had one on the shelf. i was very specific about describing the part. when i showed up they did not have anything close to what i described. 25 minute drive each way. i will never go back and suggest you try elsewhere too.

I dont know where all these quick service reviews are coming from. I called at 10am for a part for my car. I could have gotten one cheaper somewhere else, but I was willing to pay a little more because I was in a hurry and the cheaper part would have to be ordered, but these guys said they had one in Stock. So, I called and they say they have the part, I say Ill be right there and I drove 30 minutes out to the yard, driving on a donut tire, mind you. When I get there the guy at the desk asks for my phone number and says he will call me once they Pull the part. WHAT?! Great, how long is that? He tells me a couple hours, by now its 11am. Then he gives me my total. I say I will pay when I get it. He tells me they wont pull the part, until its paid for. Lovely. So, I pay. I finally called THEM at 330pm, wondering if my part is ready (where did they have to pull it from...Ohio?). Its next to be pulled, Im told. So, I drive 30 min back out there and low and behold, my part is actually ready. I barely made it to the shop with the part, so they could fix my car before closing. Apparently a couple means 4-5. My car was finally fixed and done at 630pm this evening. What should have taken a few hours, took all day to accomplish. I volunteered to write this review, had it been written by my husband, it wouldnt have been so G Rated.

They took great care of my needs. The staff was very knowledgeable and competent, courteous, and attentive. Ill be back should I have future needs.

WE PURCHASED A TRANSMISION FOR ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS INSTALLED IT, AND ONLY LASTED ABOUT TWO MONTHS WHEN THE TRANSMISSION STARTED FAILING, I CALLED THEM TO GET A REPLACEMENT BECAUSE IT WAS STILL WITHIN THE 101 DAY WARRANTY, AND THESE PEOPLE MAKE IT SO HARD TO GET IT REPLACED THEY EXPECTED US TO REMOVE THE TRANSMISSION AND SEND IT BACK TO THEM SO THEY COULD INSPECT IT TO SEE IF IT IS IN FACT THE TRANSMISSION THATS FAILING. WE ARE AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP AND HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 10 YEARS NOW AND ALWAYS PURCHASE USED PARTS FROM JUNK YARDS AROUND THE AREA AND OUT OF STATE. WE HAD NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH A WARRANTY WITH ANYOTHER JUNK YARD UNTIL NOW WITH THESE PEOPLE, SO BE AWARE! AND MAY I ADD THEY WERE VERY, VERY, RUDE ABOUT THE SITUATION.

Customer service is terrible and rude and not customer friendly at all - I called to verify the condition of a part because the online ad said no repair needed (000, A 0), but the ad pictures shows otherwise. They send me more pictures and at closer look it does needs repair, but they doubted it. The next day when I checked the online ad, it was changed to 1 hour of repair needed with no change in price. Then, a few hours later they remove the item completely for some reason.

Not a reputable company. They came & picked up a car from my son after agreeing to a set price. My son thought it was a fuel problem but it ended up it was the engine, the technician that picked up the car knew the problem the car had & still took the vehicle then when my son went to get the money for the car they said they did not want the car & charged him $50 & he then had to pay to have it towed away.After paying the $50 they then brought the car out on a forklift to put it on the tow truck doing major damage to the undercarriage of the car (ripped the oil pan, the front bumper and water lines, etc). This after I was assured if we paid the $50 the car would be in the same shape in which it was delivered.When I tried to call and talk to someone regarding this issue I was transferred twice then put on terminal hold with no one ever picking up the phone. When you live paycheck to paycheck you need to be able to trust a company this is NOT a company to trust or to do business with.

Called in and they told me they had the part I needed to come get it I drove 45 minutes up here and they told me they wouldnt pull it until Saturday made me go out my way for nothing couldnt take four bolts off and pull the part. They were absolutely rude as hell so disorganized I will not ever come back again..

Went to pick up a motor and transmission. front desk staff were nice. the owner is extremely rude. once i got there. the owner proceeded to take things off of the motor and transmission that he said I wouldnt need and barely took anything off of the price. and then proceeds to tell me that they dont accept credit cards because of people refuting charges. Refuted credit card charges should give you a good idea of the kind of shady business going on here. Avoid this place if you can

After reading bad reviews I still took my chance and decided to buy from these guys due to a great price...Boy did I learn the hard way to always consider reviews.Was taken for $750 bucks. Went and bought a 5 speed transmission for my 01 mustang GT they claimed was good and tested. After a full day installing it myself I found out it sound horrible at idle and in gear and would not shift into 4th gear.they had me pull it again and had me deliver it to their repair shop to have it fixed. It was not fixed and when I received it from the shop it would not even turn over in 4th gear (by hand), sounded like sand inside and I refused to install it again. I did ask for a refund but you know how that goes.Staff was rude and insulting to say the least. I ended up paying $1,000 cash to get my transmission rebuilt at a good service center. I feel I was jacked.

After calling to check twice before traveling there for icm. I went there and was given a throttle body and was told the piece was inside. I did check online before I went to see what the piece looked like something didnt make sense. Went to dealer to double check. The piece they were giving me was wrong. I called back they stated they dont have what Im looking for. She was a little rude. Double check because like the sign said. NO CASH REFUND

Was told they do have it on the shelve and im more than welcome to come over. 2hrs and 90 miles later i got to their place. Rude staff at the counter takes 1hr to pull it from the shelve(cant say they were busy that day). Finally they came over with a part and stated: Well, the reason we are selling it cheap is because it is busted, but you can swap your parts over(which is about load of work and im still not sure if thats possible btw). Hola, thank you much, my part busted the same way. 180miles of driving and 5hrs of my life spent for nothing. They didnt even try to fix issue. Too lazy to check out the part before selling? Too lazy to make notes when stocking? Selling core part than list as a core/downgrade but not a A garde! Hope you will run out of business soon. I hate you. And like u said - Im sorry
