It was definitely fast service. I went in without an appointment to have a tire changed. I only waited 30 minutes and I only paid $80 after taxes for everything. They’re way cheaper than pep boys and they price match!

Our location is sorry staffed. I didnt know you need to make an appointment. They scheduled me for my oil change for the same day. I came back at my appointed time and within 30 minutes they were finished. I miss the free vacuum cleaning. But everything else was great.

2:45 pm to 6:31 and have not toch my car, the waiting are is the worst ....

The selection and prices are as good as you can expect from Walmart. The auto center personal can use some customer service training and they need to keep in mind that the customer comes first. Less talking and more focus on customers. without customers there is no business. The service on vehicle is done on a timely manner.

I ordered 8 tires for my truck and daughters car.A few days later I got the email to pick them up. I actually searched over 10 places for a good deal and Walmart beat them all.Picking them up at their tire center was easy. The service was friendly and fast.Thanks, Walmart !!!!

Wasted 2 and a half hours of my time. Came here to get a simple tire repair on vacation (Ive done a tire repair myself at home in 15 min.) Waited for an hour and a half then went to check and it wasnt done yet. Waited another hour. Went to check on it again Was told by Mike that we had been called several times when we had no missed calls (probably got the number wrong) and was told it was not repairable. When I asked for an explanation I was told by Mike that he didnt know why and the technician David was now on lunch.

This experience was very different from past ones.

The supervisors of this location are extremely unprofessional. They do not care about clients. They waste your time by selling to other clients the tires that were previously on hold for your scheduled appointment. And then they said they do not know when the next shipment arrives with the tire you need.

After being turned away by three other Walmarts in the area, the guys at this tire center were able to do a tire rotation and oil change on our huge 4 door, long bed, diesel F350. They were super helpful and committed to helping us out. Some employees are dedicated to helping customers even if it takes creative solutions and the guys here are definitely that kind of employee. Im thankful for the great service we got here and would definitely recommend.

I always find the majority of my cars filters at Walmart. They now reliably carry several grades of filters, so you dont have to settle for the cheapest ones with paper elements. They also carry my favorite wax and cleaners, at a good price. They always seem to beat The Auto Parts Stores for price on these car care products.

Yesterday I got a flat tire as I was leaving work and got towed to Walmart around 6:00. Even though they had a pretty big line and knew they wouldn’t even get to my car until about 8 when they close they still took me. I didn’t get out of there until almost 8:30 and had to get a new tire bc it couldn’t be repaired but everyone was so nice and helpful and the tech who worked on my car went out of his way to make sure I could afford it since this all went down the day before payday. It was a long wait but definitely worth it and everyone who was there working last night deserves some credit because they were fantastic!

Why have I just discovered the amazing-ness of an oil change at Wal-Mart??? I love the service and the price!! The wait was a bit long but I did come at a very busy time. If you are in a hurry, do NOT go Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays. But I am very satisfied 😊

At the auto shop here and they said it would be an hour well Ive been here an hour and they still aint even got to my van yet come on people Ive gotta pick my grand daughter hip from school

I was very specific about what I needed and they totally ignored me. They put in cheap oil and a cheap oil filter. I dont mind paying for what Im asking for and its more money in your pocket, so why do that? I was in such a rush I didnt notice immediately. It was supposed to take 45 min max and I was waiting for about 3 hours. Upside is they cleaned the interior of my car a little. You guys can really do better. And Walmart, start treating your employees better and give them some support! At some point its a Walmart issue like understaffing, not an employee performance issue. I should be able to see the box and bottle of the products theyre putting in and I should get the box and partially used oil bottle back when I get my car back.

Today was terrible..I know they are usually very busy and being in the service industry I am very understanding of that. I was willing to wait for an oil change because I had plenty of time however I sat outside by the Please wait here for attendant sign for a solid 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged by any of the staff that were working there today. I certainly hope that the other cars behind me got better service. If they were too busy for an oil change at least come let me know..dont just leave me sitting there in the Florida sun. Wont return!!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I came in on Saturday for an oil change. It took THREE hours. Came back Sunday for a new battery and install, told it would be two hours. For the sake of my alternator, I stayed. It’s now almost seven, I got here at 3. Have seen many cars who came in after me get serviced first. Another customer who just needed two tires changed has been here since 1. And then they changed the WRONG two tires. They only have two techs working and the gentleman who checks the cars in didn’t inform anyone what needed to be done on my car and told the tech the wrong tires. COMPLETE incompetence. It is mind boggling that this place gets anything done. Utter lack of customer service. Manager says when I state that I’ve been here for 4 hours for a BATTERY INSTALL, says that he’s sorry but he can’t change what’s already happened and that I’ll have to wait until the car that came in AFTER me is done before they can change my battery that is costing me 130.00 with core refund. Never again.

Im being generous by giving this place a 3 star rating!!! EVERY TIME that I go there ALL I HEAR ABOUT, and then suffer because of, is about how we dont have enough employees, or this and that person called off, or some other excuse!!! Unfortunately I live close by and usually have about 6 vehicles that need tire care - on and off - so I have to deal with the aforementioned. The stars are for the butt kicking employees that are actually there and do the work - hard working great people. Pack a lunch when you go there and know this -- when I go to ANY OTHER Walmart (when traveling about) I never have these issues -- in and out usually within 30 minutes.

I got there to change a tire . Transaction when smooth thanks to Michael. He is very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me final bal with tax and estimated wait time. Within all very happy with the outcome.

We got tires put on our car an hour before closing. The manager was nice and had a good sense of humor. While we were there a truck pulled up with a flat and they drug the air hose out and didnt hesitate to help put air in. That was real nice. The staff was nice and they did a good job.

I got a whole set of tires at the 98north Walmart today. I couldnt have been treated better by the mechanics. They made sure I got out in time for a school pick up and stood and wished me a good day as I left. I was so grateful.A big Thank You for good service.

I came in a little hesitant buying from Walmart since I usually get my things auto needs done in my town, however, first time here and John (tall guy wearing hokas) treated me with excellent service. I arrived 2.5 hours prior to closing. Just needed an oil change in my 2018 Explorer. The guy starts to check me in, says it will be over 2 hours, I say not a problem at all. Then he says he needs to check if they have my car’s filter in stock because they usually “don’t get filters for new cars for several years”. He comes back and says they can’t do it. I told him I checked online and they had the filter right there in the store. He said “oh, it’s the torquing, not the filter”. Yeah, my car is new but the engine hasn’t changed in years! They just did not want to do the work. I went right to Jiffy Lube down the street and they had the job done in 20 minutes. I told the manager there what I was told at Walmart and he confirmed that was a huge lie.

If I could give no stars I would. Employees are RUDE. my husband purchased 4 tires online and did the instore pick up. Went up there and the cashier at the auto center made him wait to pick them up so she could take multiple other customers getting oil changes. He waited almost an hour for what should’ve taken two minutes... and she let many people skip ahead of him. I don’t care what you get done. It should be first come, first serve. Plain and simple. This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had. Managers are rude, the mechanics are rude. Last time we bought tires they were tossed down at our feet. Very unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.

Stella the clerk at the automobile center. Was absolutely rude today to ever guest that walked up to the counter. I walk up she having a discussion with a co worker who she was also rude to. Instead of greeting people she was rolling her eyes and acting if like she hated her job. I can understand its busy being rude will not make customers like me go away it makes me give bad reviews.

Misleading and insufficient. If you need my Id to replace a battery then you should let me know before the end of the transaction. If the battery was replaced before why would she wait until its time to checkout to tell us. She tells us to pick out a new one to replace this one and never mentioned price. Since it was replaced before under warranty which it still is why didnt she let us know? Well just get it at batteries plus.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went and bought 4 BRAND NEW TIRES and had them installed. The next day when I went outside to my car one of my tires was FLAT! I called Walmart and they said they will not fix it and it is not their problem. I took my car to a dealership and it turns out Walmart had cracked my wheel when they replaced my tire and DID NOT TELL ME! I could have gotten into an accident and they DID NOT CARE! I will NEVER go here again and would not recommend anyone to go there unless they want to pay even more money for damages.

Went to purchase tires. The desk told me the tires I wanted were in stock. I waited for 15 minutes for them to tell me they had one left. I asked to order the tires and to make an appointment for installation and was told they dont make appointments. Needless to say I purchased my tires somewhere else.

Not good. Because they over fill engine oil and broke my truck.

No organization no focus. They jump from car to car never finishing one or communicating with the customer . 2 hrs I waited to get a new tire .I was the third customer from the time they opened and I watched at least 3 people who came after me get helped and leave . If you have all day to waste then this is the place to come, utter incompetence. Wouldnt recommend to anyone . Careless and inconsiderate to customers. But believe it or not very friendly .

I went here my last oil change and when it came time to do my next oil change i decided to do it myself and they over tightened the oil drain plug and the oil filter i cant get either one off the drain plug stripped so now i have to buy another oil pan a simple oil change turned in to an expensive headache
