The older woman working in the office at Gerber was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, She absolutely chewed out my grandson son and my elderly husband for bringing in his truck to attempt to get an estimate on repair - she intimated that they should know better than to bring the truck in without having a prior appointment. She was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and discourteous. I call this elder abuse!To add insult to injury their first report to my son on the damage was on someone elses vehicle...they had to call back because the estimate was not even on our vehicle.

These guys produce great work and are super professional. There was a small isuue and as soon as we pointed it out, they covered everything until it was fixed.Stuff happens in this business and they could not of handled it better .

I was in a accident and used Gerber for my auto repairs. They are amazing! They are so detail oriented, quick, and REALLY keep you informed. They really went above and beyond ANY expectations I had. Keith made sure to call me any time anything was changing and when my car was ready for pick up. He even waited to detail my car until I was able to pick up, to make sure it was as clean as possible. Everyone here is very nice, professional, and organized. I will forever be their customer!

This place has been amazing! I can not rave enough about Deidra (sorry if spelled wrong) She is absolutely amazing! And Armando (spelling) has been on top of keeping me updated every step of the way. My car has been in the shop for over a month due to lack of parts and having an older car. They went above and beyond to be involved with the dealer ship and making sure they were doing everything in their power to get my car back to me. I will forever be a customer and will recommend them to everyone. The owner himself personally reached out to me to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Which I had none because his team is absolutely amazing! Y’all rock! And I am grateful for y’all making a difficult situation easy and for having and showing compassion 🥰

The staff was AWESOME... I enjoyed them for sure! The worl was great... Compared to my only other choice through the Insurance company... so definitely pleased qith the oveeall experience..

0/10 do not recommend. I was rear ended and they took THREE MONTHS to repair my car. Every time I called it was always were waiting for more parts or itll be another week or so. Had I not told them I was moving out of state and absolutely needed my car back, I have no doubt that they would still be working on my car.
