I have to say these guys are the best. I purchased 4 new tires from them almost a year ago with the insurance (get the insurance). Today I noticed I had a flat leaving the gym. Luckily I had fix flat and drove straight to them at 5:30 pm (30 min before closing). Even though I was there so close to closing they treated me amazing. All hands on deck. I was out of there within 15 min, and free (because of insurance). Highly recommend to anyone. Fast and friendly service.

Love this place! Needed a wheel rebalanced that was bought in Oklahoma. Got me in and out without any hassle and these guys were very polite and effecicent.

Nicholas Ruggiero was a lifesaver fixing our tire that had a bolt causing a leak. Traveling with a baby and five year old is never easy and he went out of his way to help and get us in, out, and back in the road quickly. He even made sure to rotate our tires and help us understand why we needed to on our new truck. If you need tires or have a flat while traveling I highly recommend stopping here over any other tire place. Amazing customer service, prompt attention and will get you back on the road quick!

I bought 4 tires on on 9/20/2021and they had the old tires off and the new tires on in about an hour very polite and friendly sales and mechanics. i recommend if you need new tires this is the place to go.

Pulled in for a tire rotation 30 minutes before my appointment and they took my van right in and we were out in a flash. The staff was very courteous and the place clean. They even shined my tires before handing over my keys

Had a blowout on I-75 just N of Lake City. Steven answered phone after store was closed and was incredibly helpful. Arrived at store at opening next morning, and Steven and his team took care of replacing the tire in record time.

Purchasing my tires was awesome 4 tires 1k the salesman was great awesome job definitely made me feel like they wanted my business but when I returned to pick up my vehicle it was totally different I felt like the 2 guys were trying to get rid of me so they can work on their personal stuff and thats cool Im not mad I just had questions and they wouldnt give me the time shut the doors and stayed inside as a business owner customer satisfaction is my #1 priority from the time I start till the time Im finished. On a positive note tires look good sales guy was good I would of gave 5 stars just didnt like being rushed out of there when I had questions.

This place is excellent! I took my truck there a while ago and accidentally left the tire key (its a special tool to get tires off). I called back and they told me I indeed left it and could pick it up... well I forgot to pick it up and now I took my truck in there for service and they called asking if I knew where the key was. After explaining what happened last time and told them I left it there, he check around and called back saying it was still there and theyd make sure to get it back to me this time! Very impressed after this time they still had it. Thank you for another positive experience.

First time customer here and blown away by how awesome they were. Very professional, clean atmosphere, and quick service. Planned to drop truck off for a rotation and balance (everyone else in town takes an hour +), literally too 20 minutes and it was done.Also, has a sensor replaced for tire pressure on wifes truck the next day. Roundtree Toyota quoted me $250+ to even look at it and that was just to test it, then over $100 to fix. Not to mention would have to leave truck with them all day. Discount Tire tested for free in about 5 minutes, went by next day and everything fixed for less than $100.If you need tires or tire work do yourself a favor and go see these guys!

I had a scary blowout due to a screw in my rear tire on my way to work this morning. My car was towed here as I have used them just recently to replace the tires. They were so helpful and able to get me right in. And even though a screw was in my recently replaced tire they were able to get me $40 off a replacement plus add warranty coverage to all four tires for $125 out the door. I couldn’t be more pleased! I would recommend this location to anyone! This is the only place I will use in the future for sure.

I was extremely disappointed with my last appointment. I went to see why my tire wasn’t holding air and found I needed to replace it. Totally fine. However, when I got to driving home I discovered they had filled the tire way too full for my car and seemingly hadn’t check any of the other tires as they were too low. Also, as I went to fix the severely differing pressures, I discovered that they had never even put an air cap on the tire they put on. Overall I was very disappointed in the execution of my tires.

This is my second buying experience at discount tires. Deals on tires are great, warranty is amazing. Today I was helped by Robert, who was really nice and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through every detail. Also, all of the young gentleman working were friendly, helpful, and fast. Seems like everyone here really enjoys their jobs and have manners. I was impressed, as I am not a morning person and I was there as soon as the doors opened.

Had a flat and came in for a repair. Said they could not repair and quoted us a price of 152.00. They then said dont have our size and said they would have to change the size of the tire but we would need 2 tires. 304.00. We went to Walmart and they had the size of patch for the repair. 30.00. Two ladies walking in do not have the word stupid stamped on our forehead. Dont treat us like we are stupid.

I had a wonderful experience at this shop in Lake City and I am so grateful to the many employees who helped us. I was driving my husbands truck that rarely goes on long trips, from Gainesville to Atlanta when it began to shake badly at highway speeds. Luckily we stopped at this shop and they gave us the best service and ensured our safety with new tires and some other needed adjustments. I plan to go there for my next set of tires even though I have plenty of shops to choose from that are closer.

Me and my family was coming back home from vacation and had tire issues. Not only did they wait on me after I called being they close at 6 and I didnt get there till 610 they found problem fast. Fixed it and sent me on my way for no charge being that it was only a valve stem wow great guys

This place just lost 3 stars from me. Went in to have a hole patched and got hit with the you need 4 new tires! 2 of the tires we bought from them 40k miles ago and they have 55k warranty. I couldnt believe they have changed their business model to treat people like this. We ended up walking out mad. Gonna give them one more shot to make it right otherwise we will give our business to someone else.WOW!!! This place is great. Came in for 2 new RV tires and the customer service from everyone in there was fantastic. Blue went above and beyond to teach me about my current and past purchases. They also move fast in here for a Saturday morning. I was in and out. They also have a free rotations policy which was surprising so I had my truck tires rotated at no cost and I didnt even buy the tires here. I will definitely be back.

When we first arrived, everyone was very pleasant. They said they would get us in and out quickly. 2 1/2 hours later I got my car and left furious! They took forever to change 4 tires and ended up locking my keys in the car while it was still running! I was late picking my daughter up from work, and had to get my father-in- law to pick my 4 year old up from day care! I guess it was all good for them tho, cause I could see them laughing away thru the window while trying to figure out how to get my keys out! They ended up calling a lock Smith. I will never go back there again!!!! Did they at least give me a discount for my troubles, you ask? No!

I bought a set of wheels and tires from these guys, they called me to let me know that everything had come in early, and that if I wanted to come up they could throw them on for me right quick since they had mounted and balanced the tires already. Well I made it up there with maybe 3 minutes to spare before they closed and despite being short handed that day, they were still willing to install my new wheels and tires right then and there! As far as Im concerned, I have no reason to go anywhere else! :)

I got 2 new tires, Vogues for my Mercedes-Benz C350, I just got them on today. So well see how they are going to work. The service was fine they got me in and got me out very fast. The only complaint that I have with them, is that they didnt call me to let me know me ordered tires were in...that may because they just got them in today.

Needed 4 rear tires for my dually and got a nice set for a reasonable price. Had an appointment but arrived way early so my daughter and I sat in the truck and watched as the guys worked. I dont think I have ever seen teamwork like I saw here. The guys work together to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. I am already in the process of getting tires there for another vehicle. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tires.

Great experience, 4 new tires installed and out the door in 45 minutes. I believe the salesperson name was james, he new his stuff and was very customer friendly. I have been to other discount tire locations before and all were good, this location seems to be very focused on customer service, as I sat in the waiting room there were 4 people pulled up just to get a little air in their tires, always was an employee out the door before the customer even got out of there car to check and fill for free. This will be my go to tire facility from now on. Thank you for the great experience.
